一套電視節目「飲食男女」令我對”車仔麵之家”的小店留下深刻的印象, 原來除了食物的味道及賣相外,食物背後的故事都能吸引食客的光顧。星期六的下午經過灣仔, 當然要來試試這間聞名以久的站立式車仔麵店。入到小店, 客人不多, 基本上不用排隊即可買食物, 因避開了繁忙時間。大部分食客都是站立在店外食, 其實店內有一小排鐵枱, 可讓食客放上鐵枱食(但亦要站立)。以下有些分享: 1.      蘿蔔: 每次食車仔麵必會點蘿蔔,不過不是每間都做得好味。除了華姐外,這間我都非常喜歡,無論  蘿蔔大小做得非常入味。2.      蠔油齋: 小店出名的甜酸齋已售罄,唯有試下蠔油齋,外層略炸,佈裡軟綿綿,用齋來吸收湯汁,好味呀。3.      咖哩魷魚: 每份只有3-4件,厚厚的魷魚包圍著咖哩的味道,口感十足。一般車仔麵店的魷魚做得淡而無味,但這裡的魷魚咖哩味十足,必試。4.      墨魚丸: 大概有3粒,好大粒,但只屬一般,可以不用選擇。5.      河粉: 一般河粉,我只要小碗。如男士可能要中碗才夠飽。6.      湯底: 加入了腩汁的湯底,覺得一般,我估加點咖哩會更好味。…Read More

情人節老公帶我到筲箕灣東大街的峰之燒,站食的串燒食得多,今之試下坐著食的串燒,慢慢享受一下。店內不算大,只可容納十張枱,枱與枱之間頗近,舒適度一般。因早前在openrice訂了枱,所以不用等位。第一味燒冬菇,每客有三件。師父燒到剛好,冬菇外圍略燒,內裡軟綿綿,加上燒汁,好味,一定要試試。第二味是我的大愛,千島醬混和蟹肉作為多士醬,上層放上兩隻新鮮彈牙的開邊大蝦。特別是醬做得非常好,千島醬加了蟹肉,帶出了鮮味,口感豐富。令人想食多一件。老公建議如多士能燶一點更好。作為$18杯的飲品真是不錯,巨峰沒有太濃的酸味及藥水味,飲起來好fresh,食串燒最好就是有杯清涼解渴的飲品。把蕃茄內的籽及肉去掉,只剩下旁邊的蕃茄肉,中間是濃濃的白汁加少量蟹肉,上面有一層燒過的芝士。這是一道頗膩的菜色,中間除了白汁及一些蟹肉外並沒有其他食物。如可加一點面包粒點白汁會更美味。服務員態度有善,不時推介店內的新食物。…Read More

第一次寫的食評 報喜不報憂 同kim去完海防博物館 行行下來了聞名的東大街 曾在openrice見過這個低調高手的正面的食評 就試一試他 是唔是咁好食 因為是假日晚上8點左右人流開始多了 我排在最後 老闆即時問我要雞蛋仔定格仔餅 我就試試格仔餅 老闆好細心 先問客人要什麼東西 可盡早安排食物 而且可以把格仔餅分開兩份 獨立紙袋 咁樣可以同朋友分甘同味但又能保留格仔餅內醬料 10分鐘後熱熱的格仔餅 表面同普通的格仔餅沒有太大的分別 當一大口食它 您能感受到格仔餅內的糖 花生醬  奶溶合一起的感覺 好幸福呀 ~ …Read More
