好少出食評,親自去食,食物質素好好,員工服務殷勤

本人聲明,以下為真實食評,自費。呢間燒烤放題,是朋友聚會時,朋友介紹。訂位時,要收$500訂,我即時打個突,心諗酒店都唔需要俾訂金,呢間嘢真係有啲串。睇見其他網頁嘅食評,亦都評價唔高。原本唔打算落訂。,不過太太想食,唯有一試。約咗星期六5:00,我哋早到分鐘,餐廳都俾我哋入座,即時開餐,我哋叫咗個大將餐,頭盤好多嘢食,有又唔同嘅牛肉,亦都有海鮮和刺身。肉類嘅質素都好高。跟住就開始自己叫和牛食,亦有叫刺身,整體嘅種類都算多。員工嘅服務都好好,好殷勤,當中有一個員工,主動走過來,教授點樣燒海鮮,建議我哋海鮮燒幾多分鐘同埋點樣燒,值得一讚。另外落咗達嘅食物,亦都好快送上嚟。整體覺得呢間餐廳,食物同服務質素都非常好。三個鐘頭嘅時間好快就過咗唯一嘅挑剔嘅係我對海鮮麻麻哋,一心淨係想食和牛,不過太太就覺得海鮮都好新鮮,店員亦都有主動講解點樣燒海鮮。我欣賞店員的講解。應該會着去光顧…Read More

第一次試食,原想海鮮包是凍食,但原來是熱食,感到有點浪費,應該是凍食的海鮮包,卻轉做熱食,味道有點下降,海鮮湯,味道一般其它食物,例如和牛、三文魚他他,也算尚可,叫左個黑松露薯條,松露醬是用松露加沙律醬混合,分量好少,要再加要加錢,有點不合理。,最感意外是意大利粉,味道唔錯,口感好好,是全晚最好食的食物,比主餐海鮮包仲好食,三人食左$1600,有點貴,不過員工服務很好,只了一份甜品跟太太慶祝生日,員工會一齊唱歌,氣氛不錯。…Read More

老婆突然想食打冷,原來去教育路的潮洲菜館食,不過又想試新野,上openrice找其它,找到呢間鋪,見食評唔差,就去試。去到鋪頭,約8:00,見一個人都冇,心想冇人,應該有問題,不過專程來到,見到鋪頭出面又有Michelin一星,於是一入去。叫左鹵水鵝翼、潮洲炸豆腐和炒面。先講鹵水鵝翼,得一個字『鹹』到七彩,粿條(潮洲何粉)就多『油』冇料,最後得一個潮洲炸豆腐叫正常,不過唔算好食,作為一個潮洲人,第一次因難食,出post,好心老闆自己試下其它鋪的潮洲,免得人地覺得潮洲菜今難食…Read More
