一黎到見到佢lunch set個menu,頭3定頭4樣都係沙律……冇得揀之下揀左牛扒同埋雞扒burger,唔可以話難食,但呢個價錢食呢個質素真係唔值!跟餐既南瓜湯其實我食完都分唔出佢到底係南瓜湯定粟米湯,我係食完曬問侍應先知道原來佢叫“南瓜湯”。因為飲落好香粟米味(我好鍾意食粟米架一飲就飲得出)冇咩南瓜味,但有南瓜既色,又深色過粟米湯……如果佢係一個粟米湯,我真係會覺得好好味!但以一個南瓜湯黎講……南瓜蓉少到幾乎唔覺,俾粟米搶曬風頭,好失敗!牛扒,七成熟我手機相機影得差,真實係比圖片更加深色更加燶!先講配菜,薯條整得唔錯,好脆,有薯味,唔會一入口就成口油。沙律菜正正常常冇咩特別。到主角牛扒,煎到好燶不在話下,燶得黎食落又唔脆口唔知想點,舊肉完全冇肉汁,超乾又鞋口,完全唔嫩滑,用作調味既黑椒又落得太多,完全搶曬牛扒本身味道!個汁個味道我唔識形容,總之係好怪,同件扒唔夾既怪味!個汁試完味就冇再掂過!相中既肉,真實中係比相中更紅,說好的七成熟呢?外面咁燶,入面咁生,好想問下入面個廚師係咪趕成咁,連將牛扒解凍既時間都冇,直接將未解好凍既扒放上去煎?雞扒burger麵包雖然可以再厚身啲,但勝在有煎過,脆脆地幾好食,亦有搽牛油,單食麵包皮夾埋芝士味道唔錯:)之後就出事啦,問題就出喺佢件雞扒度,雞扒同頭先牛扒一樣落左過多黑椒,搶曬味不特止,件雞煎到過曬火,好鞋口,唔juicy又冇雞味,仲衰過個牛扒,都唔知自己食緊啲咩……最後食左238蚊兩個人,用呢個價錢去換咁既食物質素,真係好唔抵食除食物質素以外,呢間店服務唔錯,一入黎個姐姐好耐心等我地睇menu先落單。…Read More

Yummy 首先多謝你的惠顧及寶貴的意見。因為打做健康午餐形象, 美國肉眼是草飼的, 草飼會比較少肉汁但最健康https://blog.bulletproof.com/why-grass-fed-meat-is-healthier-than-grain-fed-an-epic-series/請參考以上文章.而且以$128就可以品嚐到美國肉眼10安士厚切, 客觀說這個價錢, 已經把最好的給你.我們晚上的安格斯是$278, 級數上明顯會有分別.至於解凍方面我們是一早解好的, 牛扒有紅, 是因為貨源好, 是因為先用了大火封煎好好鎖住肉汁. 再放焗爐把裡面也煮好, 如果7成也不見紅, 我們收到的劣評一定會超多.餐湯方面, 味道因人而異, 有人覺得淡, 有人覺得濃, 我們只能盡量滿足大多客人, 總不可能有少甜少冰這樣給客人選擇吧烤雞方面, 我們是炭燒的, 會比較乾身但香口入味.題外話, 有時覺得旺角的客人很奇怪, 之前客人投訴心太軟不熟, 心太軟本來就半熟才會流心啊. 我覺得呢, 如果要吃到不紅的牛扒, 我們街的斜面有一家大眾化西餐絕對能做到你的要求. 而且會便宜一半以上, 謝謝

kl17021991 樓主。汁另上又話汁放太多?前言不對後語。再者七成牛扒見紅不見血是正常。再再再者,建議你不要食任何一間黑毛豬豬扒⋯⋯或牛仔扒veal chop 等這類食材。兩者只能做七成或以上成熟,還會一定見紅不見血。

michelleying1013 冇規定蝦沾麵一定要有蝦,佢湯底食得出真係用蝦,蝦殼煲出黎,講真煲完啲味都去曬個湯度啦,如果你硬要覺得要麵上面啲餸要有蝦先叫蝦沾麵,係咪對你黎講個湯底就唔重要?

去完AIA,諗住近近地去金鐘食我最愛既小籠包……點知,原來呢間分店係全線最難食,服務最差既分店!一直支持翡翠既我都忍唔住要俾劣評佢!肴肉入口有即溶感覺,但同其他分店唔同既係,呢間分店異常地咸,冇曬肉味,得個咸字!咸到一個點,你食完應該要狂灌1L水!小籠包皮薄,唔易穿,汁多,肉唔鬆散,但都係同一個致命傷:咸到爆炸!食落冇曬肉味,得個咸字,真係好難食!同其他分店冇得比!茶香燻乳鴿正正因為呢個乳鴿,我忍唔住要喺呢度打劣評,因為真係好難食!聞落唔香,食落直頭似食緊肉乾,仲有燶味!好明顯overcook左,咁都可以serve俾客人食?佢唔咸,但亦冇乳鴿味,質感勁乾,零肉汁,好鞋口!原本打算食完3樣再嗌其他食,但食完宜家寧願埋單走,出去再食過!服務好差,order野時都係5點幾,明明全店冇乜人,但可以冇人理我,倒左4次茶,但每次啲茶都係凍!係咪因為頭先一直冇客,所以啲茶放凍左,要盡快倒曬啲凍茶俾客人再裝熱茶落個水壺度,所以無視左我地都需要熱茶?同佢講想要熱茶先至俾熱茶,但佢望一望你就走左去,應一句好都懶。如果我第一間食既翡翠係呢個質素,我唔會再幫襯任何一間分店!…Read More
