Today I have my lunch here, wait for 20mins for a dish of Fish & Fries which cost me $75 with no drinksThe fries is ok, at least its crispy, but the fish is as hard as .....something I don't know, anyway the texture and taste of the fried fish is bad and bad.When I was eating, another customer asked the manager about her dish of Fish & Fries and she has waited for a long time. Then the manager ordered his staff to take away a dish of Fish & Fries from another customer's table because they haven't started eating yet, and they delivered the dish to them for some time already.Since it was a hot day, I asked the manager for two cup of waters, he told that they only provide hot water in a really bad attitude since they sold bottled water, but the empty bottles are bad to the environment, and its a norm in HK that restaurants provide water to customers for free. The manager later on carry my two cups of hot water, and "bom" them on my table, and one of the cup have some dirty marks.. properly from last time when it was usedSo I paid $75 for a bad dish of Fish & Fries(no drinks), uncleaned stuff and bad customer service.
