午飯時間去, 諗緊食咩好. 灣仔食晏一向好多人, 最後揀咗喺公司附近嘅譚臣道, 有幾間食肆.  呢間未試過, 又見到竟然冇人等位, 便拿拿臨入去坐低.  餐牌有幾項飯類, 但主要係食面類和四川辣嘢.  不過咁嘅食物選項好似有啲奇怪, 不能用單一類別去歸類間餐廳. 最終因為幾肚餓,想食飯, 所以揀咗個豬扒菜飯 + 熱奶茶.  豬扒菜飯收我$65, 奶茶要加$6.  但塊一塊豬扒切咗得返4小塊, 仲要好幾嚿係肥膏嚟嘅.  成餐lunch就係用啲菜飯填飽自己.  很想和侍應理論因為覺得太離譜, 但忍住在此才寫食評.  唔怪得之喺灣仔但1:15pm 去到仲有好多吉位。希望唔好再有人好似我咁俾佢呃. …Read More

午飯時間沿著逸東邨前的河流入口走進村屋中,看見新華酒家,雖然門前聚集了數隻狗,但牠們都是有人養的,所以見慣途人,最後安全踏入店中。進去後地方寬敞,有數張大枱,只見各食客都熟煉又自助地去裝飯畢湯。原來湯飯任斟任食,每個午巿小菜都只是$34。我們三人點了 時菜牛腩煲、斑腩煲和老闆推薦的「鹹魚煎肉餅」。兩個煲都整得好好味,食落估計沒有下味精,牛腩牛筋都好好味。但最警喜的是「鹹魚煎肉餅」,鹹魚味好香,十分香口,煎得好脆,用來送飯一流!第一次嚐到這菜式,想必是此店的殺手鐧。只是老闆告知每天只做午巿至下午2時。相信開店也不為賺大錢,因老闆和伙計的態度親切有禮,希望這驚為天人的「鹹魚煎肉餅」得以承傳下去!…Read More

我和朋友當天放假,我還特別要求朋友陪我到跑馬地找尋這間新式的車仔面檔,但怎料食過一次後,相信以後不會再幫襯。事緣我在飲食雜誌裏得悉跑馬地新開了一間特別的車仔面檔,有特別的餸(豬潤)和湯底(冬蔭功味),於是心想少有到跑馬地逛,於是便特別走到跑馬地一心想找尋這間鋪頭。走了很久我們也未找到這間鋪,相信是因為不熟悉跑馬地的地方。終於找到了,但幫襯後的感覺十分不爽。首先,我叫了一碗有豬潤、雞翼尖和紫菜的面,另加冬蔭功湯底,不記得是送的還是要付錢,我還有一杯豆漿。朋友點的與我差不多,但不記得詳情,不提了。但我這碗份量少得可憐的車仔面,最後竟要付上$42的價錢!對於一碗份量那麼少的面,已經不提什麼環境或服務質素,純粹一碗3餸面+豆漿,竟要42元的價錢!完全是不值而且令人氣憤!成碗面的味道不錯,豬潤幾好味,其他的也ok,但亦沒有想像般好吃。成個過程最恐怖的是,我和朋友坐在一張細小的枱,因根本不設什麼堂食位,只是老闆為我們開了張細枱(可能feel到我們是遠道而來),在吃面的短短20分鐘,我們枱上和背脊上不停出現很多細小的黑色昆蟲,不知是什麼昆蟲,但最後我們數到有8隻的黑色蟲仔降落在枱面,碗面裏和我們的身上。懷疑牠們是從店裏的風扇或其他地方飛出來,我們只好加快的食完和付錢走人。唉,我也不想對這店說出這些負面的批評,但事實的確如此,我亦沒有任何誇張。這店的賣點,相信是那些印有英文的點餸紙,和一家人的老闆們。但這樣的價錢,相信他們只target於跑馬地的有錢人吧,相信只有沒金錢觀念的人才會拿40多元來吃車仔面,還要在冇冷氣的戶外裏。我想我和朋友已經作出了很大容忍,冇冷氣、食物貴得離譜,最不能接受的是那些黑色昆蟲。留待有錢人去欣賞這間名過其實的車仔面檔吧!…Read More

我們一家人住在品香樓附近,所以每逢假日都喜歡到品香樓吃晚飯,因又一城的選擇又不多,寧願多走幾步到南山邨。但是最近的經驗,讓我對品香樓卻步,真的不想再食了。昨晚10月1日國慶公眾假期,我們一家四口又到了品香樓。其實心中已有盤算這頓飯又要吃上豈碼一小時,因逢假期或週末,品香樓是極其多人,如有訂位是不用等位,但叫了餸之後卻要等至少20分鐘才上菜。就像昨晚,我們7時到達,只叫了雜菜煲、中式牛柳和椒鹽九肚魚三碟餸,但第一碟餸竟然要等半個鐘後才來!食到最後的中式牛柳來臨時,已是8時正。我地4人等到呆晒,已經費事催促侍應了,他們亦忙到死。其實品香樓開左成3個鋪位,但它的兩邊廚房根本不能應付如此多的食客,完全做唔切,之後就往往要食客等成半個鐘先有一碟餸,那碗白飯一早已經扒完,到最後一碟餸來時都食晒飯,令人無奈至極。就算品香樓的餸菜有幾好味都好,要客人等咁耐真是灰爆,如果這間是法國餐廳就不同講法罷,最弊就是這裏是嘈吵非常的地踎菜館嘛。我們一家一直支持品香樓的食物,可是如此的等相信我們今後也不想再去了。…Read More

可以一試的,但要帶備足夠金錢!

星期六上班後,想到處走走,順便享受一下陽光。想起早前飲食男女介紹香港的漢堡包店,便打算約友人一起去試試中環那一帶的burger。其實本來係想食shake em buns的,但霎時間只想起burger republic的名字,於是便到了歌賦街的burger republic食lunch。burger republic的店子毫不起眼,大家到歌賦街通常都是衝著九記牛腩和勝香園而來,但再走前一些轉左便是burger republic啦。我order了一個叫"spicy J Lo"的burger,朋友order了"chilli chicken",兩個包都好好食,我的burger還有肉汁流出來,塊漢堡扒好厚,味道亦很好,夾埋cheese和洋葱一啖咬落去,very good! 我們還order了一杯baileys milkshake,味道好濃郁,落足baileys,但都要40多一杯。最後還order了一個..."cheese chips" (類似的名字),有cheese溶在薯條上面,都幾好味,但食完好漏...來這裏食漢堡包要講英文的,waiter全用英文和你溝通(好像很高級咁...-_-"),同埋一個burger都要$60,如果要埋set的話就要$90,都幾貴。我們這餐兩個人食左$230左右,一個lunch咁ge價錢都幾貴,抱著試一次的心態。但食完呢餐我地都飽到唔想食dinner,應該試一次就夠了~…Read More

上星期六和舊同事們來這裏食晚飯,也是多得公主同事「何超儀」的介紹和她的「小天使故事」所吸引,終於由她帶領來到這間似乎是名不經傳的意大利餐廳。其實見到班舊同事已經好開心架啦,所以也抱著興奮的心情用饍,而小天使餐廳也沒有令人失望。大家11個人點了西芹湯、牛尾骨意粉、煙三文魚夾面包(仲有好好味的吞拿魚醬)、兩個pizza、意大利飯、兩大碟豬手、羊扒意粉、田螺等等(以上全部不是正確名稱),甜品則叫了蘋果批和tiramisu。其實每碟都好味,尤其是煙三文魚夾面包最最最好味,沾上了秘製的吞拿魚醬令人想食完再食。其餘的肉類,如牛尾骨等,也食得出是很有肉味,肥瘦得宜,我唔太鍾意食肉也吃得很滋味。最後是甜品如蘋果批,也都頗為特別,蘋果是新鮮切的,味道很真。基本上每碟試少少,也都叫我們每人飽死了,最重要是每碟的味道也好。講真唔係朋友介紹,我相信來到赤柱也不會進此餐廳吃飯,因為它在一條巷仔中,門外又陰陰暗暗,而且兩位侍應也是伯伯的年紀,沒有什麼特別好的service。但其中一位「火腿」叔叔侍應,成日走黎跟我們吹水,卻又是十分搞笑。下次入赤柱都會來這裏再吃。…Read More

這次我們一行4個女仔去這間法國餐\廳食晚餐\,大家都抱著「試下食法國野」的心態。首先我地打電話去book位,老闆建議我們不要叫set dinner,因為4個人他可以弄私房菜給我們,而且講明價錢約每位$160,也是合理的價錢吧,老闆並告知整頓晚餐\會吃個半鐘左右。我地4個都認為le rouge的食物水準不過不失啦,坦白說不是超級好吃,但食個感覺和試下法國野,這裏是個不錯的選擇。吃了香檳沙律、什菌湯、焗三文魚球、雞卷、肉眼扒、焗什菌、cheesecake、sorbet等(這只是我概栝寫出來的菜式名稱),大概來了有十碟食物,也算很多。但最好食的是焗三文魚球和cheesecake,主菜如肉眼扒的味道只是一般。不過,這間le rouge也值得去試下,因為環境ok,價錢又夠平,service都很ok,希望有多d食客去試下,支持下這間店子。…Read More

昨晚和2個朋友去左呢間上野度食,發覺都幾唔錯呢~我地叫左個300蚊左右ge二人餐,有刺身、燒八爪魚、炒雜菜、豆腐沙律、牛柳粒、三文魚炒烏冬,另外再叫多個海鮮炒飯和燒雞軟骨。最好味的是牛柳粒,配那個洋蔥汁,好好味! 其他的菜式也不錯,但炒烏冬冇乜味。最後埋單每人$150左右,其實可以叫少d,因為我地3個都食得太飽。但總括來說,這間上野值得試下! 因香港似乎沒有太多這類鐵板燒日式料理。…Read More
