WORST WORST MANAGER AND SERVICE EVER. DEFINTELY THE WORST service attitude of manager of the year. We ordered a lot food, food was slow, cold, and when we asked if the rest of the dishes were on the way, the manager rolled his eyes as if we didn't see it. The other waiter was just lazy. Stood there and wasn't even doing much. Food was ok, but certainly not worth the price they are charging and on top with such poor service attitude. It's certainly not worth it. 全九龍城服務態度最差嘅金金侍應入去餐廳食晚飯，點餐前問一問侍應佢哋係咪10:00關門，佢決定要一個不肖嘅眼神望一望我然後先至答8:30 last order. 點餐嘅時候只係問一問個all day breakfast 可唔可以中間嘅配料轉一轉做其他嘢，侍應一副不厭其煩完全唔想接單嘅態度話唔可以。 去到最尾我只係問佢有冇外賣盒可以俾我打包啲食物。 佢嗰個不厭其煩和厭世嘅眼神和零服務態度咁話 「外賣盒我哋收$5一個，紙做嘅，咁你仲要唔要？」最後我去咗對面茶餐廳兩蚊買咗個膠盒。首先我想話- 如果真係好唔想做呢一份工嘅其實真係可以唔做。全晚都只係得兩枱客。一啲都唔忙。其實咁樣嘅服務態度去茶餐廳去街邊大排檔都好過佢！ …Read More

我叫外賣一路都冇人接單， 已經唔係第一次發生，次次都要落咗單俾埋錢，再打電話去叫佢哋接單。我都未試過俾完錢外賣仲要打電話去返間餐廳嗰度提人哋要去接單。接完張單之後仲可以有人撳錯掣拒絕張單再打電話嚟叫我再落過。態度惡劣完全唔覺得自己有問題。自己冇留意入單機已經係一個問題終於人哋打電話嚟提你入單之後你仲要再唔覺意去cancel人哋張單。仲要唔覺得自己有問題冇sorry . 天婦羅我話唔想要青椒同秋葵佢話俾我聽只可以轉一樣嘢因為係公司Policy. 完全唔想再同呢一間公司買外賣。 態度惡劣做嘢冇責任心。…Read More

I had one of the worst dining experience with my friends. Horrible attitude from that pathetic unprofessional self claimed manager who told us that two out of six main course dishes would be sold out because I should have known Saturday night dining at 8pm is late. They open at 6pm for dinnner so I should have started dinner earlier in order to enjoy their restaurant. Horrible attitude and I will urge no one to EVER EVER GO TO THIS HORRIBLE restaurant.
