放假同屋企人行去海傍搵嘢食,見Donki隔離條巷好多食店,見呢間Fish n Chick比較光鮮同埋多人就入去食。雖然我一家人多納集嘢,但三大兩細都仍然坐得舒服。午餐價錢合理,揀咗四個set lunch:煎鯛魚配雜菜、炸比目魚配薯條、半隻香草烤雞、與及卡邦尼意粉。另加白酒汁煮蜆。比目魚肉質鮮嫩多汁,皮薄香脆可口,蘸上估計加咗酸瓜碎的沙律醬,我覺得好夾味好好味。而我老婆話呢種就係去外國旅行時啲炸魚既味道。咁即係咩味道?總之大家意會啦。而小朋友就最鍾意食薯條。煎鯛魚賣相立體好看,魚皮煎脆咗好香,肉味濃,配洋蔥三色椒等雜菜味道也很配合,而且隻碟有花心思裝飾過,真係色香味俱全。呢個味道我識形容啦,就係去高級西餐廳食煎魚main course 時有啲賣相的味道。烤雞就皮香肉滑,唔會榎歰歰(鞋烚烚)咬落有雞汁夾少少雞油流出,唔會好重香草味,可以食出雞香。而雞皮都烤出大部份油唔滯口,所以我也忍不住連皮都食埋。問職員啲雞好食係咩地方的雞?得知係清遠雞,唔怪之得。而卡邦尼意粉就無需形容,都係有蛋黃、忌廉、洋蔥、煙肉、芝士。但食落我覺得不錯唔油膩唔滯口,我老婆就好鍾意,佢話成餐最鐘意個意粉,有酒店食卡邦尼的味道。咁即係點?大家自行理解吧。另外我就最鍾意白酒汁煮蜆,蜆肉新鮮嫩滑香甜,有少少辣特別惹味。試飲蜆汁雖然有少少鹹,但因為辣辣地仲有濃香蜆味,所以我都飲咗好多匙羹蜆汁。飲品方面,海鹽檸檬梳打酸酸鹹鹹幾得意爽口、鮮榨檸檬熱飲就夠晒健康、熱薑味檸檬蜜糖茶就香口惹味、鮮榨橙汁我個仔話好飲(我諗佢甜甜哋乜都話好飲吧,haha)。而餐廳環境舒適,鄰近海濱長廊同Donki Donki方便散步行街,旁邊便是商場洗手間又十分寛敞乾淨。整體感覺舒適愜意,實享受休閒假日的用餐好地方。…Read More

食個鹹蛋肉餅快餐加杯凍奶茶,基本嘢應該無得輸啦。點知中伏。個餐一到,碟餸。。。兒童餐碟上,碟的內圈圈唔到舊直徑7-8厘米的肉,而舊肉斷開兩部份唔完整的,肉餅厚度一厘米以內,肉上只有四分一粒鹹蛋黃,鹹蛋白。。。可能入咗肉掛。盡晒力連肉碎都撈埋,都食唔到半碗飯。卡位對面的情侶望住碟肉餅都陪我呆一呆,繼而有少少傻笑又唔好意思笑出黎。我知,我笨實咗。但縱不想掉假,都要夾晒啲肉碎以食埋那口飯。但我無用,食得半碗,剩下一半碗飯真係梗唔落…Read More

最難食海南雞

和太太周末諗住食好啲,叫半隻海南雞(約$109),一個蕃茄牛腩煲(約$70)同豬頸肉炒飯。想不到上菜時,海南雞半隻得例牌5件雞胸肉1隻雞翼,而蕃茄牛腩煲得幾粒牛腩碎粒(少過一碗牛腩麵)。咁我諗可能好好食,就試蕃茄牛腩,一試就知茄膏汁加芡開水。咁就叫侍應講蕃茄煲無蕃茄,半隻雞變例牌幾件雞,係咪攪錯咗,佢話係咁無錯。我於是直接找老闆,佢就同我講唔好意思,廚房姐姐新黎。唔緊要,肯改番俾我就算。換過碟之後,我見到店方從原本6件雞加咗多一半肉,看上去係半隻雞。食落發覺加番幾件肉,包括雞肶肉。這6件雞肶肉同出面食任何一間海南雞差唔多。但其餘的雞肉就係有一半咬到有渣的雞胸,有雪味同埋係隔夜唔新鮮的。從未食過咁難食!而再煮的蕃茄牛腩有改進,加咗兩粒車厘茄!成餐兩餸一飯無飲嘢,盛惠305!…Read More

感覺蘇豪有人喜歡大排檔大件夾抵食、有人喜歡去半島歎廚藝吃環境。食在蘇豪,就是要吃那份BOBO族的格調和特色菜式的味之感動。以往去蘇豪尋味,經過「紅雙喜」定必給大宅門般的紅底金字醒目牌匾所吸引,但隨即給「無理由黎蘇豪食中國菜」的諗法而錯過大門。今次走進紅雙喜,發覺原來此店中西合壁,菜式美味之餘,令我感到一份貼心。小店富有中國特色,紅土牆、紅燈籠、囍蠟燭、紅布匾、紅揮春、木桌椅、串對聯、囍剪紙、囍屏風、繡花布、對鞭炮…,似喜慶、似新年、似嫁娶。小小地方,負責人不惜在牆隅設置層架,以洞房花燭夜為題佈置,除囍蓮、紅底印花鋁熱水壺、嫁囍茶杯套裝、紅囍燭、紅囍結外,仲加送紅雙喜火柴、囍淡奶罐等裝置,甚具特色。架下備有多款棋牌遊戲,給三五知己消磨。紅雙喜廁格寛敞,有懷舊街道相片、囍火柴盒等佈置;門鎖以深褐色金絲帶扣著打開;廁格潔白、無臭無香 (沒有史偉莎香精味),光潔乾爽。我敢肯定,負責人應該係一個女性。餐桌上置公雞碟,沒有傳統青花大碗的「阻定」,是長方形小巧膠碟,不礙位,餐紙淨啡色,不喧賓奪主,有一種無印的感覺。餐前佐酒小食為點心籠合桃,點心籠精緻小巧,內置四粒合桃,讓人客在等候之餘落手落腳有勢藝。好。空有格調而食物一般,蘇豪比比皆是。令我不得不寫食後感的原因,是此店食物的素質。夏日炎炎,開完合桃飲番杯龍眼冰先。龍眼冰超過十粒龍眼肉,龍眼淡淡香甜,與坊間的台式甜水截然不同,飲得健康。餐湯為節瓜螺頭老火湯,無加味精,足料鮮甜,螺頭肉鮮嫩有咬口,啱晒成日無住家湯飲的我。前菜為萵筍海哲頭,萵筍鮮嫩海哲爽脆,陣陣麻油香,再蘸介末真惹味。此介末是高級貨,介香撲鼻。主菜煎羊架煎得恰到好處,表皮香脆、色澤粉紅、羊肉鮮嫩無羶味、肉汁豐富,蘸上薄荷葉醬及介末醬。超越高級扒房數百元的,物有所值!甜品心太軟,朱古力蛋糕並不太甜,配以雲呢嗱雪糕的甜香,不錯。但如果能焗耐啲,蛋糕外皮脆些就更有口感。見微知著,在食物的味道、營養、環境的舒適上下工夫,為錢是做不到的,相信小店老闆對經營餐廳和食客笑容有一份情意結。後記:飯後拖著老婆的手,踏上石板街大小不一的石頭,走過都爹利街的昏黃煤氣燈,雪廠街偌大的GUCCI廣告及中銀匯豐的霓虹光映入眼簾。感覺蘇豪。…Read More
