We came to Antonio’s with a booking for two for dinner. We were assigned a table in the basement near a table yet to be cleaned. We politely asked if we could be moved to another table and we were literally invited to leave the restaurant by Sugar Zhang, the restaurant manager. Since we made our way from Hong Kong to eat at one of our favourite places in Macau, we then offered to wait outside for another table. Her reaction was to tell us that no one would leave in at least an hour. Surpringly, 4 people left when we were still having this conversation. In short, we planned a long time this dinner, and although food is great quality, the poor attitude of this lady ruined our whole night. Service still matters, so probably not coming back. …Read More
