又落雨,拖著沈重的身體上班,沒有太多工作,決定早啲約埋同事收工,食餐好啲,大雨的街上,店鋪冷清清,我選擇咗一間情調很好,平時冇book枱基本上冇位嘅The Grill room, 而家醒目咗,識得上 sevenrooms book 枱,今晚就決定上去飲番杯,松一松。Book左8pm , 提早 7:30pm 上到去,居然已經 full house! 張枱未ready,經理 Mac 問我計唔計坐住 bar , 可以對住個廚房偷師,當然唔介意,成間店鋪都系靚仔靚女,呢個壯觀,證明呢間餐廳人氣好高!呢個颱風後大雨嘅天氣,居然仲有咁多人,冒著大雨上嚟食嘢,肯定好唔錯!令我充滿期待。二話不說先來一支白酒,呢個系經理 Mac 推介,三百幾蚊,非常好飲,有花香,順滑,果然冇介紹錯!不知不覺,菜都未點好,已經飲咗大半支!今日我同同事都好想食肉,而是一個叫牛、一個叫羊[害羞]。趁呢個時間,我哋又叫定一支紅酒,配襯紅肉。US Angus Sirloin $388燒美國安格斯西冷扒配黑松露薯蓉五成熟的安格斯西冷扒做得非常之到位,外脆內嫩既肉質,加上適當嘅脂肪,恰到好處!最鐘意佢嗰兩只唔同嘅醬汁,一個系燒汁,一個系青汁,兩個都各有所長。Braised Lamb Shank $268紅酒自家制燒烤汁燴羊膝配黑松露薯蓉充滿膠質嘅燴羊膝,諗起食咗之後塊面充滿膠原蛋白,就忍唔住食多兩啖,飲多兩杯。羊肉好嫩口,^_^!坐bar頭的另一個好處,就系見到唔同嘅美食,我問 Mac 呢個斧頭扒 menu 好似冇寫?佢話佢哋有啲特別菜式,按客人要求而做,太令人驚喜,我已經諗定下一次要食斧頭扒同埋青口! …Read More

營足四季,一聽就係計對後生市場的餐廳,後來實地打咭,先知係camping 露營的意思 :) 估計店主是個露營愛好者,將興趣成為餐廳主題,果然有創意!餐廳由門口、洗手間,到另一邊室外座位,都係絶妙的打咭位。尤其是不要放過這部露營車!飲品方面,十分喜歡這杯有蘋果汁做的沙冰,除了造型滿分,名字也非常可愛,叫阿婆的秘密 $48前菜方面,最令我印象深刻和驚喜的,就是這個自家製洋蔥圈 $68。用新鮮洋蔥切開,大大小小的尺寸,吃上來非常酥脆,後來店員解釋,他們用特製的做法,加了點啤酒去做醬, 讓每一位客人吃到洋蔥的鮮甜味,同時外皮口感非常鬆脆,難怪百吃不厭。配襯炸洋蔥圈的,有這杯愛爾蘭黑啤 $88, 淨係見到奶油般的泡沫,已經知道好嘢!今日其中兩个推介,法式香草檸檬牛油蜆配酸種麵包 $158由法國空運的酸種麵包,沾上檸檬牛油汁,好食到停唔到口,恨不得大啖大啖咁將牛油汁送入口!粒粒彈牙的大蜆,沾上檸檬牛油汁,鮮味活現!日本活性水飼養育豬腩肉 ($88),肉質柔嫩,大有少少脂肪,燒後香脆而肉香四射,日本豬腩肉,果然唔同!甜品方面,叫了呢個阿華田瀑布蛋糕 ($108), 食前要攞開個膠套,阿華田濃醬,秒間如瀑布四散,建議拍片在社交媒體,一定十分吸睛!…Read More

去佐敦地鐵站對面既平昌食韓燒真係好方便。 呢度晚晚爆場,今晚特登訂左六點食燒肉放題,做第一個準時到既客人。地方大,冷氣足,夏天食燒肉都無問題!平昌支持環保,所有 order 都係寫落張過膠咭紙上,無浪費紙張,讚!叫左貴少少既 luxury package ,取其可以食到靚肉類!套餐每人都包左海鮮拼盤同雜肉拼,叫人唔洗三心兩意,食左頭 round 先再 encore !食韓燒最中意就係一大堆素菜為主既菜。泡菜好夠味之餘,芽菜都唔錯!總括黎講,平昌既場甘爆,同食物質素、服務同價錢都攞到一個靚價位。店員非常友善,常主動替我地換鐵鍋,一晚兩小時,換左四五個,呢種工作態度好讚!燒酒、啤酒、汽水、無酒精飲品,雪條等,全部都係外面嘅雪櫃飲揀包你吃到超滿足!…Read More
