自助餐,就是貪選擇多。這個「味歷亞洲」海鮮自助晚餐,囊括港、日、韓、泰、新加坡菜。15日前訂位$288免加一,心動了。準備開動之際,送來一人一隻冰鎮鮑魚。原隻上,超彈牙。日式磯煮,淡淡的甜味剛好。必食之選北海道鱈場蟹腳,大長腿飽滿鮮甜,自帶海水鹹香。冰鎮海鮮較少見的魷魚圈,調味恰好,不韌好咬。刺身軟滑無筋,中規中矩,三文魚油脂滿滿。蘑菇湯勁足料,啖啖都是菇碎,遠遠就聞到香味,讚!燒牛柳生熟度控制得不錯,可惜是貨尾不算太熱。主角亞洲多國菜,大多是熟食。港式/中菜代表中,砂鍋螺頭雲吞雞雞肉嫩滑,鹵水豬腸、豆腐都夠入味。蠔仔粥勝在蠔夠大隻,但味道偏鹹。日系炸物香口好食,吉列豬扒算肉厚,還有一整鍋咖喱汁任加。韓系的幾款,基本都偏向fusion菜,哈韓族表示一般。至於泰國、新加坡菜,即煮新加坡喇沙、龍蝦冬陰公、烏頭看著吸引。不過要留肚,唯有pass……甜品款式超多,切餅、葡撻、馬卡龍、麵包布甸、奶凍,花多眼亂。連懷舊雪條,和自助班戟機都有!Mövenpick雪糕只有一種,正正是大愛的士多啤梨味。好搶手,手慢的唯有慢慢挖邊。甜品控,力戰了一碟又一碟。當中,以芒果大福最出色,外層軟糯可人。臨走才想起,沒吃到最初相中的藍莓芝士蛋糕。大概,refill後的款式,未必跟原來一樣?好吧,有藉口再戰了………Read More

說起話題牛肉麵,想起的就是這間!單是從台灣老店引入,已經夠吸引。這晚抱潮聖心態而去,結果一試愛上。紅燒三合一麵 ($95)遠遠就聞到香濃的味道,聽說湯底用牛骨熬了8個鐘。中辣不太夠辣,反而突出了湯底的醇厚和油香。牛筋、牛肚、金錢肚每樣幾件,餸多得能鋪滿大大的碗口,超有誠意。牛肉牛筋厚切軟腍,足足有女仔拳頭大小呢!配彈牙十足的硬麵,叫人念念不忘。蕃茄牛雜三合一麵 ($95)蕃茄湯底,最明顯的,是煲湯那樣大塊的紅蘿蔔?看上去跟紅燒相似,喝起來多了一點點開胃的酸。這是從另一張menu上發現的,大概是限定特別版?價錢一樣,餸換成牛板筋、草肚和牛肉。牛板筋和草肚,比原版更煙韌有嚼頭。喜歡咬口的話,記得叫這個。滷味拼盤 ($38/2款)滷豬大腸入味唔韌,滷得剛好無過鹹。中間的肥膏全都清掉,可以放心大啖食。滷豬血糕,切成條狀幾方便。蜂蜜檸檬珍珠紅茶 ($31)、台式珍珠奶茶 ($29)白珍珠晶瑩剔透,賣相可愛,可惜中間有點硬……蜂蜜甜香,同時有檸檬和青檸,味道清新,比珍珠奶茶那杯吸引。單價$100內,罕有的無加一,店員又有禮貌。牛肉麵夠哂足料飽肚,絕對encoreable! …Read More
