一行四人打完邊爐之後想搵甜品食作個完滿結束,朋友提議去松記...GOOD!可以試下呢間我O係銅鑼灣做野幾年都冇試過既糖水之餘,亦可以散散步為飽到想嘔既肚皮運動運動!!近期因為成日食綿綿冰食到厭,但天口熱又想食好凍既野,於是叫左個香蕉冰,朋友們都另外叫左2個,但我唔記得咩名.....可以走奶同芒果汁,或者另上,想多奶或者芒果汁要加$5等左5分鐘度就有..3個冰既外觀都幾靚,不過一眼已經見到D冰刨得唔夠碎,咬到我D牙好淵味道幾好,唔太甜...其實最主要係佢個奶好正,好滑好香.....食到一半既時候,大家都發現中間有好大舊等佢溶都要幾粒鍾既大冰塊,跟本就食唔到,所以放棄左......另外又叫左個芝麻雷沙湯圓,皮夠薄,食入口一咬,D餡涌出黎,朋友們都紛紛讚好朋友話食完好似冇食咁!因為唔太好味唔盡興,所以又叫左個糖水,呢個就真係唔錯!D珠彈牙,加埋D奶,正!成碗野唔花巧反而幾好味!其實成餐都幾好,係俾D冰扣晒分,如果冇食冰應該會俾笑…Read More

近日於OPENRICE發現此餐廳好評甚高,於是相約友人一起來湊湊熱鬧....出發前先訂枱及半隻招牌燒乳豬;得悉狗隻可內進,即訂了戶外的枱(下午時還擔心因為下雨要取消呢~)7:30到達時,幸運地還有一個車位,泊好車就趕緊坐好點餐~一行三人點了冬陰公湯($88),紅咖哩牛肉($78),泰式串燒-豬肉及雞肉($78),薄餅($18),和預訂了的半隻燒乳豬($250),不用十分鐘已陸續上菜了!先喝冬陰公湯,眼看已見到數隻大蝦,用料頗足,味道酸多於辣,香料不會太重,不過不失!接著上場是燒乳豬,紅咖哩牛肉及薄餅,此時侍應順道過來替每人加飯,飯是免費任添,對於身為一個飯桶的我真是一件天大樂事!!不知是否先入為主還是期望太高,燒乳豬沒有想像中的美味....當然它仍是比坊間的優勝,但還不夠鬆化,皮肉分離,還要$250半隻實在有點貴,此時令人懷緬起法蘭度的燒乳豬.....紅咖哩牛肉的汁用來配飯跟薄餅都好吃,但沒有太大驚喜薄餅早已放涼,吃時感覺只能說是普通餅皮....最後泰式串燒-豬肉及雞肉上場,燒雞肉是整桌飯中最好吃的!夠滑夠香!燒豬也沒有燒得太乾,配沙嗲醬撈白飯一流!總括來說,個人認為這個價錢應該有更好質素....似乎..它不能令人留下深刻印象!…Read More

基本上市面既壽司店(羽,一,阪前,元氣,活,峍........)大致都試過,唯有和花亭一直保持水準而且能力壓群雄!魚生新鮮,大小厚度適中;壽司飯軟硬及酸度亦拿捏準確,不會一夾就散,外觀味道都屬一流!!必須推介鰻魚芝士卷($25),鰻魚夠甜夠軟,與芝士及牛油果一同放入口非常夾;另海老天婦羅壽司($25),蝦夠大隻,炸皮薄脆,不會蝦還蝦,皮還皮;咖哩甜蝦壽司($22)既蝦亦彈牙,咖哩咪濃郁之餘又唔會搶左蝦既鮮甜味,可見食材新鮮!!玉子壽司($10)更加係必食,大大件玉子中間夾住一口飯,玉子又熱又香,GOOD!!其他食物如: 海膽魷魚軍艦,燒牛肉壽司,帆立貝壽司,炸蠔壽司等都值得一試!可惜上水分店裝修後已取消半價優惠,如果正價食會建議去總店(尖沙咀海運);另旺角分店水準較上水遜色~觀塘分店只在開幕時食過兩三次,海老天婦羅壽司是眾分店中最好食~…Read More
