Being a diet-conscientious person, I stress on putting tasty nutritious food into my stomach. Counting calories is also my concern. Furthermore, I regard a balanced diet each meal as vital. NOOD’s Tricolor Pepper & Chicken Salad (Tricolor) fulfills all my requirements. I meticulously checked the food items offered at NOOD Food (Quarry Bay) at PCCW Tower and discovered that Tricolor suits me best both before and after my training.
