2020.9 午自己很少很少走進將軍澳,剛好過來工作打算走進新都城「過冷河」。一入門看見《吃茶三千》便買杯飲品解解渴,隔離有間台式餐廳順便醫肚。雖然養生藥膳牛湯麵好吸引,不過還是想吃些涼食,便下單點了一個醉雞卷拌麵…本來對醉雞卷沒有什麼印象,食物來到的時候感覺份量很足。入口清涼帶點醉汁味道,不算太濃,但因份量足夠,多吃兩件後醉汁味道反而讓我感覺剛剛好,不會太Over。最重要說三次:無骨無骨無骨最得我心粗麵條拌麵暖暖的,帶點蔥油炒拌,略油膩,不過配上醉雞卷去除了油膩感。整體十份飽滿。下次行到熱熱地,會想再點這個爽一爽。…Read More

用膳多年期望甚高 可惜今非昔比

去得又一城食飯,其中一間常吃的一定會是EXP。雖然不時排隊需時,不過總想耐心等候入桌進膳,因冰場美景令人心曠神怡。可是近日再次光臨時,從服務中發現水準不如前。先是舉手已久得到不侍應的理會,就算明明留意到客戶揮手也可以裝看不見,視而不理。成功點餐後滿心期待美食,可是就連比自己更遲上桌入餐廳的客戶,也到齊所叫的餐點,我就連一杯果汁出未到。結果追問下單的侍應,才看見她往前下單,然後回來重新確認所點的菜色,並以藉口說因前面較多單所以需時。明顯是自己出錯忘記下單,但不是承認責任面對錯失,掩飾自己的錯誤比起原來的錯誤更令人生氣。…Read More

「有下次」的日本飯店 至愛海膽魚生飯

紅磡德民街,你聽過沒有?或許你知道有間糖水店名叫「芝麻綠豆」,但你又知道隔兩道小街,有一店名為--德美壽司嗎?早前德美壽司輕輕重新裝潢,店內燈光變得更光,座位與座位間變得更闊,改善了以往的逼夾感。或許你會因店內正中心的黑衣(多數)男士的臉容和態度而退返,不過德美值得一試(筆者在德美進餐不下20回)重點介紹:前菜,或許會選三文魚沙律,不過60多元想對不太化算,倒不如直叫一客「德美」蛋,或是直吃便當的沙律。不過,三文魚刺身--腩位,可以一試,肥、味的確有所不同。另外,必吃清酒煮蜆,筆者為「愛蜆人士」,多會完成鍋內清酒,而蜆的份量足,大小適中(不是人人愛吃大蜆),缺乏沙石。主菜一,軟殼蟹牛油果卷,筆者是牛油果控,不過軟殼蟹斬件兩邊,分為4件安插在壽司卷上,可以一試。主菜二,鵝肝帶子卷,不好意思沒有拍照,但大家相信我的話,這個必吃。然而筆者每次光臨必叫,騙你麼?主菜三,海膽魚生飯,如你是「魚」生控*,這個不能不試。海膽細心放於墨魚上,因為墨魚多襯海膽;三文魚子放於青瓜筒裏,「魚」生不下三四片三文魚、「三白」油甘魚、鯛魚、章紅魚、帶子等。其實係包羅萬有。只能說,德美,是一家中價錢、中高質素的日式餐廳。質素>價錢,去吧。*有人喜歡吃魚生,但並非人人愛吃魚刺身,可能嫌腥,可能嫌無味。…Read More

Lady M 要排,是常識吧。光臨海港城的Lady M不少於五次,最近一次來發現多了士多啤梨味(可能我遲發現)。以往一綠茶一原味的千層叫法。今回以士多啤梨取代原味,另加伯爵(Earl Grey)千層。雖然士多啤梨千層有士多啤梨原粒配置於千層內,不過其味道沒有領導這款千層的特色。意思是原味有著原味的特色,綠茶有著綠色的特色,閉眼嚐一口也能分辨出來。如果配搭士多啤梨味的奶油在千層內,或許將味道提升。伯爵千層頗有特色,奶味偏重。綠茶千層,是出色的。Lady M的千層,不少於二十層,皮薄。綠茶控不得不嚐Lady M的這個綠茶千層。Lady M唯一的問題是,大多人排,外賣隊堂食隊皆是。…Read More

親臨粉嶺,不得不提一店吃豬手的麵檔。首次來到群記,本以為周日會像華嫂等餐廳排得人山人海,豈料入門前眼看未有人排隊,心感幸運。入店後原來首要觀察那張枱的碗子特別空,便靠攏站着等座位。是有趣的,因觀察到站着的人你眼望我眼,猜度誰要搶誰的位。入正題。第一次來,「盡量試」的心態。先叫「大手腩米」,即豬手+牛腩+米粉,大的;另加一碗細淨牛丸。每人一小碟辣椒醬。先談「大手腩米」。先嚐湯,很出色,濃味而不油膩。在筆者不熟悉「啜骨」的情況下,豬手的皮,乾淨無毛,且「煙韌」。本以為全是連骨的,卻有「擔擔肉」。牛腩其實一般,皆因襯托豬手便比下去。然而,牛丸的湯底有別豬手米的。牛丸size偏小,不算太彈牙,但也是不錯的小吃。一家懷舊味重的豬手小店,天花只轉大風扇,沒有空調,正好凝聚熱鬧的氣氛。怕熱的你/妳,帶定Tempo吧。…Read More
