Poor service from restaurant manager regarding rude attitude towards customers today. I feel highly dissatisfied regarding this.The first problem is about apps. Even I make an order and it disappear. When I express this to that manager, he said “my company is rubbish and many people always complain and I cant do anything” I cant even imagine how manager can reply this in this attitude. Actually yr company rubbish is none of my business what I concern is whether the food can deliver to me .The second problem is when the apps is not working and one waiter help me take order. I already waited around 40mins and the spaghetti is still not deliver to my friend. I asked why other dishes can deliver faster and he said only one person cook spaghetti and he cant manage the order. He said thoses words in a very impolite way make my friends feel also irritated. 話說上次等咗40分鐘都入唔到去，今次終於等到，直入，叫咗all day breakfast, matcha latte and honey tonic! All day breakfast 都係正常味道，啲包比較硬，冇乜特別！Honey tonic味道幾清新，可以一試！Matcha latte 非常普通，拉花又唔靚！不過佢個環境真係差，坐得唔舒服，間鋪又細！我見到有其他客人哋走嗰陣，全間職員同人哋講拜拜多謝晒，我哋走嗰陣乜都冇講！感覺非常差，好坦白講，一定唔會再去，更加唔會推介俾人！元朗大把餐廳同Cafe，無謂貼錢買難受！…Read More

個日同屋企人食午餐，叫佢地餐廳職員俾幾張紙巾，個職好唔情願，仲要黑面！之後d炒粉麵到左，味道唔錯！食到中途，喉嚨有d乾，叫職員拎幾杯熱水，跟住好大力放係枱面！後來我地話要搵經理，原來頭先個職員就係經理，我地問佢做咩甘大力放幾杯水，你地係咪覺得好麻煩，係咪唔想俾，仲要跟住仲要同我地理論！做服務業一定服務行先，身為經理，冇以身作則已經唔啱，犯錯又唔承認！就算嘢食幾好味都冇用，以後一定唔會幫親佢，同區有大把選擇…Read More
