最近比我在旺角發現了一間充滿特色情懷的西餐廳——吃扒,到平時在旺角鬧市街頭巷尾的食肆有着截然不同的風格。吃扒位於豉油街108號地舖,我就係比佢好靚的紫色配拱形大玻璃櫥窗所吸引。因為行街行到攰,好想坐得舒服d。Menu的主菜好抵食,加$25有餐包、湯、甜品及飲品。每次去食西餐廳,羅宋湯是我必點的,因為飲完好開胃,這間「吃扒」落足料煲,睇相就知,正👍🏻主菜我同朋友分別點了挪威三文魚扒檸檬牛油汁配炸椰菜花及5成熟特選肉眼扒配薯菜。第一印象係好足料好大份😆,小妹特別欣賞廚師烹調的檸檬牛油汁,小小酸帶點牛油香,配煎香三文魚扒,魚質又脆又滑。無誇張,炸椰菜花必食。如果主菜配的炸椰菜花唔夠食,可以再點這客小食:炸椰菜花配煙肉酸忌廉。另一主菜的肉眼扒5成熟度剛剛好,滿意👍🏻。肉與脂肪比例均勻,肉眼天然味道非常濃郁,入口即化。配菜炸薯條熱辣辣,我唔係講究,但比較怕食到一些凍冰冰的薯條。另外,我建議唔好將汁(除了選熱溶芝士)倒落去鐵板,因為會整到薯條唔脆。最後我們都食得太飽,連飯後甜品雪糕都食唔落。…Read More

這間九龍城樓上火鍋店「大邊爐」名不虛傳。平時嘴刁刁不愛吃飯的女兒都讚好食。有好多款火鍋湯底,我點了海底椰青雞湯窩,$128,湯底濃度恰到好處,湯料十足,除了有海底、椰青及少許雞件外,還有豬骨、花膠,湯底不似有味精,由廚師精心肴制,火喉夠。這裡的手切封門柳是必食,我只是叫了例牌,睇相就知都好大碟,肉質鮮嫩,師父切功了得,厚度剛剛好,$338。這裡的海鮮刺身也是必食,我點了半條鱆紅魚刺身,都好大碟,當天的時價是$268,每片大大塊,超級新鮮。另一推薦——特式魚蓉麵,可吱到約2-3人份量,魚蓉麵質較烏冬煙靭彈牙,$46唔貴。「大邊爐」自家制多款特色手打丸,今次試食三寶丸,有牛肉、豬肉丸、墨魚丸,$108。其中牛丸添加了陳皮,豬肉丸則加了梅菜,味道非常夾,兩款丸爽口之餘帶點陳皮和梅菜幽香,這種配搭是高質火鍋店才有,墨魚丸則沒有添加其他食材,但口感彈牙好新鮮,鐘意食辣,點些特制辣椒油,好正。配菜小食還有由醋醃製的青木瓜,酸甜爽脆。…Read More

平時聽到以「任食」兩個字作招徠的火鍋店,我總會有些少顧慮,因之前都試過中伏,價錢又要有競爭性,重量之餘就難些重質,從商業角度出發不難理解。不過,今次我就的確找到一間高質任食的火鍋店——蚊蚊豬老火鍋🍲。大人星期一至四,不同時段$248/$298,小童則$138/$168,五至日、假期及前夕另加每位$20。免茶芥、送任飲。食物質素到位,務求最新鮮。火鍋湯底是好好好重要,舌頭要感受多元味道,鴛鴦鍋是必選的。這裡的餐牌,選擇多多,連萬州烤魚都有,可選清江魚,盧魚,都係多肉的鮮魚。平時食火鍋,除了食物是否新鮮外,我都特別留意店家有沒有推出自家制的炸物。蚊蚊豬老火鍋無令我失望,其中有即叫即炸嚮鈴、炮椒爽魚皮我很喜愛。牛肉都有許多部位,本身我是比較惜食之人,不會因為「任食」就有幾多叫幾多,所以我同朋友兩個人就點了牛的4個部位,分別是牛舌芯、極上牛肩嫩肉、牛板腱、封門柳。識食之人,睇相就睇到牛肉的質素,這方面無得呃人的。食過不同部位的牛肉,已經好飽了,份量都蠻多,之後點了的脆肉鯇及魷魚刺身都好新鮮。…Read More
