終於可以見證到華星嘅沒落。由於係附近番工,以前為左快都會到上環今華星因為流動快。食左一段時間終於忍唔住,再發現好多朋友都同我感受一樣,罷華星。有一位本身控制人龍嘅員工,平時態度麻麻都算。每次未食完就會唔望住個客人,講「食完多謝」「食完唔該幫幫忙」,一句睇無乜野嘅句子,係佢把口出黎真係難聽過食米田共。總之食完啲野食,未開始飲杯野就開始食完唔該食完多謝趕你走。華星啲野食又唔係平,點解每一次食都要受啲咁嘅氣。今日經過12:40黃金午餐時間,無人排隊,我係隔離食完1:15走都無人排。…Read More

本人十分之鐘情越南粉,見到近期有間好火嘅蔡瀾越南粉係返工附近開咗,見成日都有咁大條龍排隊終於行動喇,結果就變左唔會再食嘅清單系列。先講座位,相信去過嘅朋友都試過個隻高座位同更高枱!我都算中等身高,坐上座位到發覺張枱真係高到唔成比例,對手好似夾硬擺上枱面,食嘅姿勢都咁辛苦,我都希望可以食返一碗我覺得好味嘅越南粉。睇吓上載嘅第一張相,相信越南粉粉絲都有一樣嘅同感,呢碟調味嘅presentation真係同街邊普通越南粉同一個等級,呢一份調味已經唔可以講做一份係叫做各一粒粒。真心講見到呢一份調味我已經覺得唔專業了跟住就叫咗生牛肉牛丸粉,喺度要讚一讚返個越南粉,其實用了係好靚嘅生牛肉同埋牛丸個質素係高過出邊街食個啲,跟住個湯底其實又清又甜,係各方面我評論都係好味嘅時候你可能會覺得呢一碗越南粉真係好好味,不過個人覺得各樣野都好,只係唔夾。好似一份迎合地方品味嘅越南粉,並唔係越南越南粉。利申: 不是試食活動…Read More

一間平民價錢的米線店

喺網上見到很多正評吸引了,所以即管試一下到底值不值,點了口水雞,其實質素真是一般,雞都是肥肥的,醬汁跟外面差不多。再點了大和米線,其實用料感覺可以,但我明明點了麻辣湯底,結果來了清湯。跟店員投訴了他只説我點了微辣所以感覺不到辣,可惜我朋友也點了麻辣湯底,我試過他的湯底我發現廷好吃的。結果店員隨便為我湯底加上了辣椒粉便過渾去了。今次總體都是不滿意他的服務。但其實麻辣湯底是很香四川的香料味。點了紅薯粉,覺得紅薯粉煮得不夠霖,食落去感覺還是硬的,跟廣東菜的瀨粉差不多。下次是米線應該會好一點。我在點了五香牛展和涼拌木耳,牛展感覺普通,牛展的肉質和調味料配合但是牛展的口感實在很普通的用料,有一點用微波爐弄熱的感覺。涼拌木耳其實是一款很容易整的前菜,我在國內吃的都很好吃,但是他們第一兩半的醬料很差,辣味跟萬我在國內吃的都很好吃,但是他們第一涼拌的醬料很差,辣味跟麻味配搭份糧錯晒,最激氣就係連木耳食落去都唔爽,有煮過頭嘅感覺,林晒。所以都唔建議大家係度點前菜。但是價錢真的很平民化,下次去都只會淨點湯麵算。…Read More

食物質數唔錯!!!!!!12:45入座已經即時點菜當時餐廳有一半滿。見到餐廳有不少外賣單可能新開張員工工作簡直口忙腳亂結果1:15分已經嗺左上菜三次一直同我地講落左單好快有我地已經同佢12:50 对左落單紙1:30 嗺第4次一直都敷衍了事hea 我地結果1:35 先拎張單俾我地原來1:31先落單而家1:55仲未有得食最後食左痴心伴麵,小小麻但其實唔係好辣,仲有个雞脾,呢个可以不試,味道一般。總括而言,服務態度要改善…Read More

夜晚約咗一共五個朋友係度食飯要預約環境唔錯,因為人唔多收費就320人頭計。一諗收得320食中菜應該用料唔錯我地叫左三个頭盤蒜泥白肉口水雞豬耳其實佢整川菜水準幾好,啲汁好原味,迎合香港人口味佢唔真係川菜咁辣。好可惜佢用料真係好差,白肉同口水雞真係霉呀,口水雞仲用雪藏雞,凍鮮雞都無,肉質當然十分一盤。啲汁整到幾好你用料差都無用。主菜叫左水煮魚金湯牛肉川式四季豆魚香茄子仲有个唔知得水煮魚真係好味,啲魚食落口係鮮同好滑,我諗魚就有俾心機買料。裡面陳村粉仲好滑好入味。金湯牛肉堅係好辣!食到嘅朋友先好叫四季豆過左火候,炒得太耐老左魚香茹子唔錯總結:其實成餐飯都還可以,只不過覺得320蚊食川菜我會期望更高。頭盤用料已經好失望,我覺得白肉用料同譚仔差唔多添。320其實我已經可以食間唔錯嘅私房菜。…Read More
