This is a great little spot at the top of Water Street which is run (I think) by 2 local guys. All I can say is that these are hands down the best burgers I have had in Hong Kong and you can see that the 2 'guys' put a genuine amount of love and care into creating them . What struck me most is the perfect seasoning used in the burgers to give it that perfect meaty, melt in your mouth taste that is normally associated with an amazing steak. A lot of these new burger places tend to cook their meat medium meaning that the meat has a pinkish/red colour inside, which some people may find too soft. Personally I have nothing against this method but these guys manage to cook their burgers in such a way that they still retain the flavour of a medium done burger but without too much of a pinkish colour inside. This give the meat a bit more punch and flavour rather than being too soft and in some cases wet. So please go take a look if you can.
