久違了的食評!雖然吃了很多好東西,但太懶一直沒有更新開飯啦。這次來到新落成的地方吃同事介紹好吃的南亭。之前看過舊鋪的食評還怕service 不好呢。上來後發現店員服務真的非常不錯。執 table, refill tea好frequent。Menu 上的如果沒有特別說明是兩串,剛好這晚同行有兩位友人,店員話可以幫我地將個order adjust變三串收1.5份錢。這個idea非常好方便啊!參考之前的食評及自己想吃的就order 了:白菌、雞賢、芝士雞翼、牛舌、白鱔、sweet potato、蘆筍卷豬肉、燒三文魚飯團。先說table上的醬料,一坐下來店員就給了大大 spoon有點像豆辯 & bbq sauce 的非常惹味 (went well with the carrot and cucumber sticks on the table)...還有sea salt被安排坐的位子有點像小房間一樣的間隔,有 privacy 而且實木 wood furniture也很得意。menu 拍得很黑 oops非常迅速的食物一件一件的來。每次一有食物上,店員會幫我地分開擺落隻碟度,好貼心。本來對白菌有很高期望,但貌似只有表面上涂了一層汁的味道。sweet potato有驚喜,很甜。雞賢雖然細細粒但燒得剛剛好,不會(火農),而且很入味。牛舌最 impressive。食串燒必叫(真係好少會難食)。這間的出品雖然少少貴三十六蚊一串,2.5片,但勝在 juicy,不會太艱。白鱔也非常彈牙!雖然鱔對身體唔係幾好,不過久唔久一次都ok。最麻麻係芝士雞翼 & 蘆筍卷豬肉 - 早知只叫純雞翼,雖然前者唔係唔好食,但d芝士味replace左雞翼的味道。後者我以為自己叫了燒大蔥,唔見到有豬肉亦食唔出,只有蘆筍味最後到燒飯團,每塊有一大片紙菜跟埋,唔會好似一杯屋要再加錢。燒得很脆,好好食啊。呢度既服務真係好好,除左訂位個度會再 confirm,refill 茶真係勤力度我唔好意思。食完d簽又會幫手執落筒,如果唔覺佢有 interrupt 到既話,我覺得服務周到。至於食物方面,多選擇好似係一杯屋,但燒出黎既水準係呢度好d,無咁「得過燒左啦」咁既感覺,味道自然d。:應該會翻桌的D…Read More

呵呵,身為第一批 VIP 客,答應要為這間店寫一篇食評。在附近行街行到九點半,黎這棟搵地方吃晚飯。見到這裡九樓貼著試業中的 label,還有什麼紙藝主題餐廳。因本人係手工藝愛好者,所以亦很好奇會是一間什麼樣的新餐廳。一上去就已經被這間 restaurant 的裝潢深深吸引了!!!!! 主打是京滬菜式。天哪,這裡的牆、檯、椅子、紙杯、杯托、窗簾、燈、等等全都是用上紙皮做的!非常精緻喔!!!門口過有可以買回家的紙精品:帽子、note pad、clock、還有Eiffel Tower、比薩斜搭等等。Every decor are made of paper!連 Exit 都有用紙做的蟬係上面。裡面還有一個 corner 有月亮的紙燈罩與貓頭鷹互相輝映。因十點是關門時間,好彩負責人說可以招呼我地。Menu 上有飯與麵套餐,還有小食。原來這裡跟地鐵的西龍飯團是同一個集團喔。紫米瓶裝飲料是瓶上,有機豆漿則是從西龍的瓶裝,再倒出黎的。我亦很好奇要如何保養紙皮做的傢俱呢,負責人說會塗蠟上去作保護層喔。因為是試業,人流很少,所以亦可以很肆無忌憚的周圍影相與坐得幾舒服,一想到中環 lunch time 多人的時候如果黎這裡就很難拍照了。因為實在太欣賞它的裝飾了,所以食物的注意力就減少了。餐前小吃我地要了海哲拌青瓜 $48,拍黃瓜 $28,古法燻魚 $48,肉鬆凍豆腐皮蛋 $32。 海哲配上幼青瓜絲,不會油膩。 拍黃瓜帶點麻辣,很爽。 燻魚,多肉少骨,比出面可以以呢個價錢食到的份量多 d 呢。 豆腐皮蛋,豆腐是用一 pack pack 好的,但皮蛋晶瑩通透 quality 不錯。我同事們要了, steam 芋頭饅頭 $15、酸辣湯 $18、旦旦麵 $29、香煎豬扒紅米飯 $48、靈芝菇五殼拉麵 $45、我則要了五香雞翼菜飯 $45。落單的小姐把靈芝菇拉麵落錯了變成靈芝菇紫米素炒飯 $45,但無問題,既然煮好了,我地姑且試試。這個炒飯做得很美味,乾身又健康!同事說她的豬扒也很好味,因為夠淋。而我的雞翼也不錯很香脆,只是有點點炸過頭了所以有點乾左少少。但我覺得飯餐很可愛喔,因為是用紙盤的,上\面有四個孔放上像小膠杯的碗子。我地開玩笑說有點失望碗與碟不是用紙做的呢!=P 這個 size 的餐對女士 ok,但對男士可能會細左少少呢。至於套餐的飲品我要了珍珠奶茶,奶味夠,泡亦夠,只是珍珠應該是雪得太硬了,有點像 chewing 波子棋呢....Overall,service 很好,第一日試業,有一、兩次漏單都可以接受,希望這間店的水準可以 keep 到落去,因為我已經覺得佢似我既飯堂啦 LOL。P.S. 這間店的價錢比同一棟樓的 Night Market 定得 reasonable 多了,相信能吸引很多像我一樣的客人喔。…Read More

alegriasct went for lunch with a friendfirst impression all paperwork art / furniture looks quite interesting and fresh ideathen we were assigned to a very narrow table for 2. Sitting on a paper tool was not comfortable and the space was so narrow that my back touched the guest behind ?!The waiters do not even have space to serve to every table and had to pass the food to other table thru our side ?!I was surprised that the drunken chicken took very long to arrive since normally it has to be prepared beforehand but finally understand that it has to be de-frozen since the bite I had was still frozen.Then with all the paper-ware , it is not environmental and not for long term!Anyhow not that impressed and will give a 5 or max 5.5 out of 10. Have never been back since that day... do not want to be put in a squeeze corner again !!!
