In my experience many have walked down the path of fusion and missed the mark. However Sugo Sushi pulls off the fusion of individual cuisines within each roll.We had the Spy-Da roll (soft sea shell crab), which was fresh & tasty, with the light crunch and flavours one would expect. Washed down with a dry soda, yum!
