平時最喜歡找尋抵食的食店用餐,而這次介紹這間西餐廳,如果你不大重視環境是否寛敝舒適,會是個不錯的選擇。和友人一人叫了一個餐再一齊分享。68元一個正常份量的意粉可在哪裏找!真的抵食。不過味道略淡,沒有很濃黑松露醬味,蝦也只是一般大,嗜濃味的我沒有感到很滿足。幸好,另一碟拉上補下搭救了。羊肉叫了7成熟,不會很老,沒有羊顫味,不太大塊但厚身,配菜有豆、薯仔和南瓜塊,想不到南瓜會這麼甜!身邊很多桌都有點德國鹹豬手加酸菜,都是100頭,賣相也不錯,但因我們熱氣沒有點,只好期待下次了。…Read More

這天,突然想選質素好又坐得舒適的餐廳,最後想起了這一間日本餐廳─之前我在這區返工時,想食得好時就會和同事來吃午飯。 選擇魚生飯,因為又能吃到魚生,又比較飽肚,符合我這個大胃王的需要。在多個魚生飯的選擇中,這個是價錢偏高的一個,但不是最貴。沒有海膽,有的是帶子,三文魚,魚子,不知名的魚及甜蝦-經理說這天的赤蝦(本應有2隻)不夠新鮮所以給我換了4隻甜蝦。所有食材都很新鮮,很有海鮮的鮮味,值得一讚。對男生來說一個魚生飯仍不夠,所以加點了一個菜─份量很足很大碟,味道正常,沒有很大驚喜。晚市需加一,埋單176元,吃得很滿足,值得。…Read More

今日與朋友來了這間西餐廳晚飯聊天,因為這間甚獲好評。一早到了但未到預約時間,在門外等待了一兒,後來店員見我們等了一陣子,也先叫我們入去坐著等,服務方面可加分.......但試過後覺得名不符實。我們一行六人叫了七個items, 水準一般, 沒有覺得太好吃,反而其中有兩碟想提一提:先說說這小食拼盤:價錢貴、份量不多,食物幾乎都是炸的,沒有很多汁和脆口,而墨西哥卷也只覺得可以入口。或許我們誤會了幼長通粉的意思?!它的外表就像意粉,但比意粉"鞋"口,有點像自己搓的麵條,但既不彈牙也不好吃,蝦米也跟意粉不搭。這個價錢配上這食物質素,真的不會再光顧了!…Read More

今日呀媽唔煮飯,我地一家四口唸住求其去茶餐廳醫下肚,點知呢度晚餐唔係一般茶餐廳咁簡單,直程好似大時大節成班親戚一齊去酒樓食個啲套餐,但價錢卻好親民,佢地做緊個海鮮三寶優惠,一條海斑都係$88,仲好高水準。我地四個每人叫左一個晚市套餐,可以用優惠價試兩寶。魚蒸得啱啱好,骨位冇唔熟,但好滑。而另一寶我地叫左炒蜆,睇相應該都睇到好大粒,好厚身,冇沙,而豉椒都冇搶左蜆嘅鮮味。可惜如果我有多兩個弟妹,就可以叫埋最後一寶嘅避風塘炒蟹。唔緊要啦,會再黎食再試!講下晚市套餐啦,相比起兩寶就冇乜特別,不過我本身唔係好中意食太鹹太濃味嘅中菜,因為食慣媽咪健康住家飯,而呢度每碟味道恰到好處,又夠鍋氣。唯一美中不足就係碟椒鹽豬扒拼鮮魷,鮮魷炸粉太多。呢度海鮮咁好食,廚師師傅下次唔好咁重手呀。整體黎講,我好欣賞呢度嘅海鮮,其他都超越普通茶餐廳嘅水準。下次可以提議親戚過節黎食,代替平時去個啲酒樓。…Read More

在OPENRICE搜尋旺角的便宜食肆,看到這間日本拉麵店比一般的便宜一兩成,便決定和另一半去試試看。我點了和風豬軟骨拉麵($54),女朋友點了叉燒拉麵($52),麵條比較硬身,湯也沒有很香濃, 而我的豬軟骨還不錯,入味又夠稔,而女朋友的叉燒則較遜色,切得又薄又不太有肉味。加$8就可加配一大杯果茶,裏面真的放了不少水果粒,我點的是芒果青檸果茶,要自己把青檸啫出來後變得更好喝。總結這一餐,以這個價錢,有這樣的質素,性價比已算高了。…Read More

這天約了很久不見的朋友吃飯聊天,由於我們都放得早,因此我們6時半就到了餐廳,那時只有小貓三四隻,座位任挑。這是一間FUSION的台式餐廳,有不少意粉可選擇,但我們怕會怪怪的,所以沒有試。先點了一客鹽酥魷魚頭($52),想不到的大份量!魷魚炸得恰到好處,不會太油膩,肉質也很多汁。又點了一個套餐,可選擇的都是比較傳統的台灣菜式:我們點了鳳梨糖醋魚柳,跟餐配魚湯黃芽白、白飯和一杯飲品。這前菜令人有點失望,份量極少,菜也沒有魚湯的香味。主菜的賣相極佳,紅紅綠綠的,鳳梨吃得出很新鮮,而魚塊就一般,就是常吃到的雪藏魚塊,沒有甚麼魚味可言。屋喔酥炸雞盤($88)份量也算大,有雞塊和雞翼,但都不大有雞味,比KFC 遜色。這一餐沒有覺得很好吃,也覺得吃了太多炸的東西頗不健康;但勝在價錢較相宜,而服務員多次主動為我們加水,又容讓我們由六時半坐到十點,也是個聊天好地方。…Read More

新年之後的聚會都變多了,我都忘了是誰提議韓燒,在幾個選擇裏選了可以坐得較舒適的梨滿院。由於男生眾多,結果就是多肉少菜,多種菜式重覆了,以下是整合出來的賽後結果XD餐前配菜:由於我都預計了燒烤會以肉類居多,因此點了如圖的幾款餐前配菜以作調劑。這幾種配菜我都蠻滿意,因為味道都不太濃,包括泡菜,都很清新。海鮮煎香葱餅:忘記是誰點的,有點似本地薄撐,味道不過不失,需要點其特別醬油。但我有點想試另一款香煎辣泡菜餅,相信味道會濃郁一點。燒烤的主菜來了無醃製的牛肋骨及五花腩:我本人是比較喜歡的。兩款肉均未有醃製,但還是可以點一碟店家準備的麻油溝鹽。這個燒法可以品嘗肉的原味,牛肋肉如圖所見脂肪比例非常均勻,吃起來時嫩柔沒有筋,口中充滿牛油的香味。五花腩亦非比尋常,脂肪亦只是薄薄的一層,而且由於豬肉耐火,烤的時間較長。完成之後,香脆可口,以生菜加蒜片捲起,再醮點韓式麵豉醬,也難怪韓國人常常以這款菜式招待客人。醃的牛肋骨及牛舌:先說牛舌,吃法與五花腩相似,喜歡牛多於豬的,可以以這個代五花腩。而醃製過的牛肋骨,我就十分推薦,是必吃之選。味道變得更為豐富,即使不用生菜捲來吃亦不會覺得很油膩。唯一壞處是燒烤板會很快變燶,需要多換兩次。又叫了一碟醃的五花腩:如圖所示,是會比無醃過的較少脂肪,因為醃料會使烤板較易燶,所以肉質切得較薄,瘦肉的比例亦合理地增大,適合怕肥的人士。男士來說用來送酒也十分合適。大海鮮及帶子:海鮮的味道當然不需要我多作介紹啦,不過我還是較欣賞大鮮。除了個人喜好外,更難得是每一隻大蝦均有蝦膏XD蝦肉彈牙,絕不淋散。醬油鮑魚:我們都是貪新鮮點了這款新菜式,感覺十分難忘,亦推薦一試。鮑魚本身味道不多,經醬油醃過後,反而味道變得豐富,肉質亦依彈牙,鮮甜味就變得更突出。…Read More

與一班老友聚餐的地點,今次選於較遍遠的屯門三聖興記,是最令人興奮的海鮮餐。頭盤是燒鵝。雖然今晚的主角是海鮮,但是興記的燒鵝是特別不容錯過的。皮脆肉嫩不在話下,而且脂肪極低,整隻鵝的皮下脂肪都是極少。最最最難得的是牠的味道很清,沒有一般燒蠟店的濃烈,可以清楚吃得出鵝的味道,絕對令人回味。之後是冰鎮鮑魚。雖然鮑魚是相當明貴,但由於牠味道不濃,賣點是爽口彈牙。一般鮑魚的腸胃部份都有點沙石,吃起來會很麻煩。不過由於這些鮑魚已經吐沙,所以可以吃得盡情一點。接下來是我最喜歡的海中蝦,分別作為兩道菜,美極煎蝦碌及蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦。由於蝦本身十分新鮮,因此味道十足,兩種做法都極具滋味。如果喜歡味道濃一點,會喜歡美極煎蝦碌,因為以蒜蓉清蒸的味道較為清甜。豉椒炒蟶子王加炒米粉底 - 蟶子味道不容多說吧,不過幸好豉椒的獻汁不太濃烈,以免不會令人太容易食膩,更難得是蟶子下面的炒米粉。米粉乾身,將多餘的獻汁吸收,既脆又惹味,而且還可以飽肚,十分超值。蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子 – 這味是海鮮餐中十分常見的菜式。帶子鮮甜爽口,粉絲及蒜蓉的份量又十分足量,唯一令人遺憾是每人只有一隻XD。一魚三味 – 芹菜炒斑塊、蒸魚腩及炆頭腩。我本身並不太欣賞魚類,但仍然忍不住吃了很多口。首先炒斑塊,主要賣點是沒有骨,啖啖肉,最合適怕骨的我。我想不用多說蒸魚腩的優點,可以說最能表現魚鮮味的烹調方法,一口就能知道一條魚新鮮與否。至於魚頭及魚骨部份,先以麵粉炸至乾脆,然後用蚝油炆一下。其實味道層次並不複雜,但是就十分適合用來作下酒物。哈,所以最後我們一行人都全清這碟。…Read More
