「志Kokorozashi」我total食過六次由於拖延症嘅理由依家先終於寫食評,四次lunch兩次night,當然compare午市晚市性價比lunch抵食夾玩冇得彈啦Menu: seasonal omakase 13品 $580 / omakase sushi set 13/10 $350/300 omakase sashimi set 7點14切 $300由於季節性選材問題佢嘅有時lunch用嘅材料都唔係特別高級或處理得好,不過勝在新鮮,本次係兩位十三品Feb冬末第二次再訪質素頗為下降嘅一個record起手依然係茶碗蒸,用料有唔同到,應該係seasonal change,上次係鹹口湯質今次係甜口醬感,之前係light啲今次就重口味啲1. 鹿兒島油甘魚腩刺身 紋路分布得好均勻,色澤粉嫩口感鮮滑2. 釜山瑩光魷魚首先瑩光魷魚都係日本北陸果邊更加出名,採用不知名嘅釜山產瑩光魷魚可能係control costs?捕漁季節係一年得春夏時節會湧上岸交配果幾個月先有嘅瑩光魷魚係completely seasonal menu 唔知去處理方法問題定係醃製方法問題完全冇魷魚鮮味甚至口感唔爽脆完全冇咩味3. 熟龍蝦刺身師傅話因為疫情問題怕龍蝦會帶菌將龍蝦刺身蒸熟咗配芽蔥,層次豐富咗,但龍蝦甜鮮並唔突出,唯一優點就係幾抵飽同幾有嚼口4. 低溫慢煮鴨胸去左幾次就知和食係Kokorozashi signature menu lol the sauce still too sweet並比起之前細舊咗,最後唔啱我口味俾咗男朋友食5. 北海道鮫鰈魚壽司通俗講就係比目魚、扁魚,學名叫鰈科,肉質緊實白身魚,爽脆又夠鮮甜6. 北寄貝壽司 maybe my problem again對我嚟講係又腥又難嚼既一款7. 金目鯛刺身 可能因為唔係上次果個師傅已經冇刀花了,金目鯛大眼仔點整都好難唔好食,不過不失啦8. 八爪魚I don’t got it😓好似嚼香口膠咁😓點解Omakase會有咁鬼cheap嘅材料,就算八爪魚春季產卵期當造都唔應該有兩種同一科嘅刺身或者吸物啦,我又唔係食全八爪魚宴9. 炙燒腦天壽司吞拿魚天靈蓋位,成條魚得兩三舊,滑身味淡,熟成完之後用灸燒逼出油脂會更重吞拿魚鮮味,基本上點做都好食10. 千葉鰹魚刺身 not bad at all11. 灸燒鰈魚邊 咬落去成口肥美油脂,入口即溶12. 雲丹海膽杯貴價雲丹口感一流唔使多講,基本上唔關師傅事係原材料靚到冇得彈,加兩啖仔左右嘅飯,海膽同飯嘅分量都比上次少咗三分之一,第一次甚至係三文魚子海膽杯,本回合就only雲丹海膽,雖然我明白雲丹海膽costs太高,但係呢種明顯嘅分量下降係會令人唔開心13. 蔥拖羅手卷香、嫩、滑、超好食,同海膽杯同一個問題,飯同拖羅份量都比起我第一次食少咗同質感鬆散咗啲14. 麵豉湯15. 唔記得咩味雪糕…Read More

「志Kokorozashi」係我一個好鍾意食omakase嘅friend介紹俾我嘅舖頭,total食過六次由於拖延症嘅理由依家先終於寫食評,食過四次lunch兩次night,當然compare午市晚市性價比lunch抵食夾玩冇得彈啦Menu:seasonal omakase 13品 $580 / omakase sushi set 13/10貫 $350/300 omakase sashimi set 7點14切 $300由於季節性選材問題佢嘅有時lunch用嘅材料都唔係特別高級或處理得好,呢部份留返詳細食評再討論,會寫返上年第一次大概October November左右食既$580 13品當時我揀咗seasonal omakase 13品同行朋友啱啱食完嘢有啲飽就揀咗omakase sashimi set第一樣:茶碗蒸(燉蛋),起手茶碗蒸同埋麵豉湯、雪糕都係唔計入十三品入面嘅,所以如果計埋呢幾樣總共有十六樣,首先蛋汁同埋湯汁呈現分離狀態,食到最尾個底有bubble maybe唔係師傅睇住黎整,食得出用蛋味濃郁嘅蛋但可能佢蒸嗰陣個底接觸左水,茶碗蒸有bubble係呀好低級嘅日本餐廳都唔會犯嘅錯🤷‍♀️🤷🤷‍♂️1. 油甘魚刺身2. 劍魚腩刺身3. 半熟鴨胸去左幾次就知這個和食係Kokorozashi signature menu but the sauce too sweet too heavy taste. 係OpenRice見到中環新開左一間正宗重慶麵館,屋企行落去大概四五個字,April May呢兩個月份閑閑地食左兩三次,每次都三百零蚊左右,甚至三百零蚊食到水煮魚喎,中環有呢種價錢嘅舖頭仔簡直係恩物。不過啲Staff有少少Hea,同埋每次係OpenRice Booking都唔幫我confirm要我重複申訴先記得幫我confirm返除左呢種問題其他一切Perfect佢地面嘅質感非常好,唔知係我食得辣食得麻定點,覺得辣度啱啱好可能唔正宗哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈(just joking)中辣加麻都唔算話好辣,辣度頗為適合香港人(maybe only me)裝修算有考思但Leung Leung地必食擔擔麵超平超抵食鱸魚沸騰鍋每日限量嘅高湯蒸蛋,由於放假或夜晚收工先去淨係食到過一次糖水好似叫重慶冰粉定叫咩,係小面套餐最後一環,唔算太甜收尾啱啱好…Read More

銅鑼灣成日行過見到有間裝修得好靚嘅舖頭,應該開咗唔耐,早排好多人排隊,望咗一眼發現係蛋糕之後,每次都好想買來食但係趕時間或者有野做就miss咗,上OpenRice睇到原來係戚風專門店更加有興趣試一試啦,係到舖頭出面黎見到價錢好平,mini size最貴都唔超過70 HKD仲要做得咁精緻,香港邊度搵呢種價錢嘅mini cake啊係銅鑼灣食完飯就順便去La Famille買一兩舊黎食下啦,原本係睇中咗期間限定嘅焙茶同生得好靚嘅法國玫瑰,但焙茶sold out already,屋企人又話想食白桃,就揀咗開心果同白桃啦紙袋簡單又可愛,牌子嘅graphic design做得好好重頭戲蛋糕,白桃同開心果,首先,兩個整體而言都唔係特別甜同膩,就算自己一個食晒成舊都唔會oily,所有野係啱啱好,特別要讚下開心果,好多details 有超重開心果味嘅mousse,有開心果朱古力脆皮,我估係開心果醬+朱古力再+牛油定型(?)就算有呢一層脆皮都唔會甜到冇人有,成舊蛋糕嘅balance very perfect白桃都好食,上面仲有幾舊新鮮脆桃,用料好紮實!…Read More

因為Lawry's訂唔到枱,深懷期待揀咗間之前未食過但OpenRice好多好評嘅餐廳食生日飯,點知食咗間咁鬼難食☹️ 完全諗唔明呢間咁嘅野點解有六百幾個好評,連普通「好食」水準都未達,OpenRice食客品味越黎越差?大部份食評都將呢間”French restaurant”吹上天,實際上overpriced(一個極度難食嘅pancake charge 98$+10%)(咁樣嘅pancake $98去HeSheEat差唔多夠錢食兩份)、菜式唔正宗(講fusion都冇人信😅),第一次見法國菜咁鬼hea同份量大,就算你行平民路線都咁話啦,唯一似法國嘅點就係上菜極慢,真係同巴黎啲上菜速度差唔多喎,食完主菜等九個字先有甜品,甜品仲要係史上最難食,係香港好難得有食到咁難食嘅pancake,我勉強食一半就食唔到,剩低一半我自己覺好浪費食物(有咩辦法難食到嘔)Steak tartare,牛肉份量多,toast比想像中大塊,問題係:tartare係正常情況下會係剁碎而唔係切成粒,韓國有啲做法係會切成粒但你唔係正宗法國菜咩?點解可以全pat牛都係粒狀?可能specially designed到咁留住「咬口」but not what I expectedDuck confit,食評人人都話必嗌必食嘅油封鴨髀,sidedish choices比較奇怪,之前食過多數用peach、fig或菠菜蓉,呢間野係用kale、蘋果同薯仔(蘋果都煮到好爛好大杏仁味) 鴨髀本身無功無過,唔係話好好食亦唔難食,明顯食得出有少少overcooked,對比其他幾樣算係好食,全靠同行襯托Crêpe Suzette,又係另一招牌菜,傳說中嘅火焰橙酒可麗餅,即係我全程話好難食嘅pancake,呢個dish-design本身就好蠢好有問題,酒精要燒得著起碼要35度或以上,火燒完酒精都未揮發,留係pancake上面成個甜品步入毁滅狀態,變超難食⋯難食程度唔知用咩字黎形容,只可以講難食到嘔,完全係得個樣既desert三樣野之外仲食咗個galette同食咗舊魚,份量巨大食唔完,埋單一千銀,絕對冇下次…Read More

如題。quite overpriced but not satisfying me😅係正屋企附近,上OpenRice睇食評見到大部份都okay就前嗰排book咗兩位食lunch setKuro Shabu主打日本鹿兒島產既黑毛和牛就lunch set基本上300起,咁其實係香港用呢種價錢食A4 or A5唔算話特別平亦都唔係貴到冇人有,你話食物質素好高其實中環周圍都有呢種質素& price嘅餐廳🤷‍♂️Several major points of personal dissatisfaction:1️⃣因為係reserved table一開始入到去職員好有禮貌帶位介紹,落完單到此為止都正常,上菜之後maybe lunch time nearly finish(就黎落場應該?),氣氛好hea,職員傾偈傾得好大聲完全冇理過其他客。其實就唔太介意stuff傾偈,問題係,飲到冇水要叫人先會幫客斟,傾傾下就係食緊野嘅我地面前洗抹布一個咁樣定價同個人定位嘅餐廳絕對唔應該係個客食緊野面前洗抹布2️⃣主打一人一鍋,用放滿昆布熬製的清湯唔會搶肉味,個湯底係清到好似水咁u know😅 stuff話先淥肉再食菜,我已經唔係重口味嘅人,但開頭幾塊和牛完全係清水淥肉😅3️⃣兩種醬汁非常老土且無聊⋯⋯我冇期待你有啲咩特別大特色,但至少唔會係街坊芝麻汁同醋醬⋯⋯4️⃣我見有好幾個食評已經講過overpriced問題,餐廳冇及時update Menu,Sep 21已經係358➡️398 258➡️298 話就話120g但五片有冇120g i’m not really sure🤷‍♂️$398 set$298 set 另外再加左一碟黑毛豬搵唔到相湯底清過水雖然上面貶一大輪,唔係perfect experience,但肉質擺係眼前好難唔好食嘅,整體黎講唔算話垃圾到不得了,應該就冇下次…Read More

壽司郎紅到不得了,當初得佐敦一間分店,香港地幾乎所有人都湧去嗰度食,當初開咗三個月我一開門就去排都要排三個半鐘,過海食咗兩次之後懶得等得唔耐煩就去冇食,今年年頭係港島(屋企附近)開咗就心痕痕,而家基本上為咗限定Menu一個月都會食一兩次係上環開大半年左右食咗差唔多十五次左右,除咗有段時間怠倦期無人等之外(淨係試過兩次哈哈),平日最快都要等半個鐘,最長等過三個半鐘差唔多四個鐘不過,品控&魚生水準同佐敦岩開嗰陣好大分別,肉眼睇得出hea好多,魚生切出黎一岩一忽明顯就唔係做開Japanese restaurant師傅切,懷疑開得太急請唔切師傅$12 蔥吞拿魚碎軍艦,平靚正$12 炙燒左口魚裙邊,油脂豐富嘅白身魚,飯同魚之間夾住半塊紫蘇(超愛紫蘇葉),正到喊$12 長鰭吞拿魚,張圖嗰兩舊真係切得好樣衰,不過好嫩$22 兩舊鯛魚,都係切得樣衰,有三舊因為當時奧運贏獎牌搞special event加量唔加價送多一舊,鯛魚唔使多講,香港人摯愛嘅爽口白身魚$12 厚切長鰭吞拿魚腩,十月限定,又系切得好樣衰,而且食唔出同普通位嘅長鰭吞拿魚有咩分別:($17 中拖 ,油脂豐富,但係一個月衰過一個月,越切越樣衰,每去一次魚質衰一次,好明顯係師傅唔識處理越黎越多筋⋯⋯咁樣好嘥料:($12 兩件赤蝦,十月限定優惠加量唔加價送多一舊,鮮甜爽口$27 雪花和牛雙味,上年限定食過一次念念不忘,今年再返黎一定要食,太正每人食兩碟呢種價錢食到呢種肉質嘅和牛其實冇咩野好講,但壽司郎最大嘅問題就係佢地拎貨嗰批海膽係發苦,完全冇鮮味之餘仲要苦到返尋味$32 海膽拌麵,上面都有講過海膽苦到返尋味啦,但呢個海膽拌麵每次都會嗌黎食,想問明明都苦到返尋味點解仲要次次黎都嗌?因為除咗嗰幾舊苦嘅海膽之外,剩低嘅海膽調味醬同紫菜super creamy. Unbelievably tasty缺點:發苦嘅海膽、紫蘇葉時有時冇$27 黃鰭吞拿魚腩炸串 本來九月限定冇貨拖到十月,好少食熟嘅拖羅見幾得意嗌黎食下,好鞋好乾完全唔好食:(可能因為原本唔鍾意食天婦羅$27一碟仲有一個原條海鰻好正好好食,大拖除咗壽司郎啱啱係佐敦開嗰陣油脂豐富入口即溶之外,之後每次都係勁多筋咬唔爛,麻麻綜上所述,魚質真係越黎越差魚生越切越樣衰,海膽好苦好澀,大拖每次食都勁多筋,中拖由一開始冇咩筋到近期都開始有筋,唔知係你地師傅處理得唔好定買返黎嗰批拖羅原本就唔得掂??但!係!以呢種價錢黎講仲想點L樣,算系抵食而且每個月都會出新既限定Menu吸引人哈哈哈哈哈…Read More
