無黎又一城好耐,以前嘅劉一手已經變左間拉麵店,一場黎到,當時要試下。拉麵6月底前做緊優惠,但得自己一個,又實在太掛住劉一手,所以最後揀左食壽喜燒。嗌左個$98牛板腱,另外追加薩摩和牛。壽喜燒先落小小湯煎煮3分鐘,之後就可以好似打邊爐咁食,湯底味道適中,唔會過咸或唔夠味,始終有追加肉,所以之後都有要求添加湯底(個湯壺啲湯太少了)。整體唔錯,但如果可以有其他湯底選擇會更好。餐廳人手少得可憐,雖然無乜服務,但起碼甘嘅工作量員工們仲會細心回答,同埋唔會黑面。…Read More
