約朋友happy Friday，去狗毛酒吧飲酒之前，去一去酒吧隔離嘅日本餐廳，醫個肚先！見每一台都食日式磯燒，就叫了蟹味噌甲羅燒、鮑魚燒、帶子磯燒呀！蟹味噌甲羅燒經烤後，散發淡淡的焦香，口感醇厚濃郁。蟹殼作為天然的容器，不僅美觀，還保持了蟹味噌的原汁原味，加入蟹子搞拌，非常惹味！帶子磯燒以新鮮的帶子為主角，店員即場燒烤，帶子的鮮甜多汁，保留海鮮味道！鮑魚燒選用新鮮鮮嫩的鮑魚，外表呈現金黃色澤，內裡鮮嫩爽口，每人食一隻都唔過份呀！最後，我們更叫了三文魚冷麵，將新鮮三文魚肉切成條狀，猶如冷麵的形狀，配搭純正冷麵汁，入口冰冷又帶些三文魚香味，值得一試的菜色，出面都未見過呀！不過餐廳人氣非常勁，等位都需要10至20分鐘，好在門口可以吸煙，一邊跟朋友聊天一邊等位！…Read More
