New Japanese Omakase restaurant in Yuen Long! Sushi Shari opened for less than two months and I had made a reservation while their soft opening (one month in advance🤫)! Usually I will not order the omakase menu with Sashimi but pure sushi. I checked with Sushi Shari and discovered they have 𝐒𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐤𝐨 白子☺️. So we have chosen the 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐦𝐢 & 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐇𝐤$𝟔𝟓𝟎)!Now is the perfect season of Sirako 白子 and Sanma 秋刀魚🎣!!! Especially for the Sirako, it was really really creamy🥰🥰💯💯💯For the sushi, we love Mirugai 象拔蚌, Sumi ika 墨魚🦑, Akagai 赤貝 and Amaebi 甜蝦🦐 most!!! The crab roll at the last picture was delicious although it looks less attractive😛Chef was so friendly and shared lots of his experience in omakase👨‍🍳 The overall experience was amazing!!! This lunch experience was much satisfied comparatively to several omakase restaurants in Causeway Bay or Tsim Sha Tsui🤫 The ingredients were definitely more fresh and in higher quality!
