Such disappointment with my recent dining experience at your establishment. I ordered a burger, which unfortunately was dry and lacking in flavor. To add to my frustration, the meals were not served in the correct order, making it even more difficult to enjoy the burger.When I brought this issue to the attention of your staff, the response I received was unacceptable. I recently visited this Subway restaurant and was disappointed with the service I received. While the sandwich itself was decent, the staff were dishonest about the amount of sauce I could choose plus salt and pepperWhen I asked for the 3 sauces (which max is 3) with salt and pepper, the staff member informed me that I was only allowed to have the 3 amount, including salt and pepper. I found this to be strange, as I had never encountered this policy before. When I asked for clarification, the staff member became defensive and insisted that it was the policy all along (when in fact it's not), she then called her supervisor to ask whether or not she's allow to give me an exception (which in fact no exception were need, because the policy were not what she said), after the phone call she suddenly said to me from now on we can allow salt and pepper to be separated from the 3 amount limitation. I was disappointed to find out that the staff had lied to me about the amount of sauce with the salt and pepper I could have.Overall, while the sandwich itself was decent, the dishonesty of the staff left a bad taste in my mouth.
