最近睇電視見到有節目介紹林洪記水產既黃金蟹黃飯,搞到我都流晒口水,好想去試下。今日終於有機會去食,果然係名不虛傳,真係好好味呀!黃金蟹黃飯 份量好足,一上枱就聞到陣陣蟹香味。蟹黃好鮮甜,啖啖肉,食落口啖啖都係蟹膏,正呀!飯粒煮得啱啱好,唔會太硬或太軟,吸收左蟹黃既鮮味,我地都食到停唔到。仲有配料炸牛奶,呢個炸牛奶外脆內軟,口感一流,配埋蟹黃飯食,我想像唔到原來係咁岩既味道!就咁129蚊食到既蟹黃飯,的確真係抵!講開又講,我對清潔要求都好高,所以會留意埋對筷子。佢地既筷子洗得乾淨,用落食得放心,呢方面都做得唔錯。…Read More
