台灣感。一人一鍋。自由感。過下癮。

火鍋粉絲。突然間又想打邊爐。喺附近搵到呢一間。台式嘅臭臭鍋。印象中以前去台灣都冇食過臭臭鍋。就試吓啦。一入到去。感覺環境都尚算舒服。枱嘅分佈都尚算寬闊唔會太迫兩個人去食,侍應最初叫我地坐中間嘅二人枱。朋友見到有張卡位啱啱要走,四人枱。就嘗試叫侍應俾我哋坐。 侍應猶豫左1秒之後都俾我哋坐卡位。加分。細心睇返餐牌。再望望周圍嘅食客。呢度嘅打邊爐其實跟一般打邊爐會有少少分別。感覺應該唔需要特別去加餸。 因為佢嘅型式係每人一鍋。而每一鍋入面已經有好多餸。如果比較大食你可以向餐牌上面再加一啲單點嘅項目。我哋叫咗一碟安格斯牛肉。好可惜,侍應轉頭就過嚟話安格斯牛肉已經沽清。我即時有啲失望, 因為最初打邊爐其實係想食牛肉。不過算啦試吓台灣臭臭鍋啦。打開餐牌,湯嘅選擇都有唔少。有辣有唔辣,有臭有唔臭。有雞肉有牛肉有羊肉有豬肉。所以應該大家都會揀到自己想食嘅湯。選擇太多有啲令我三心兩意。黑蒜油雞肉湯?定係招牌臭臭湯呢?注意返。等嘢食都等左好耐雖然只係一鍋食物以為好簡單但係好似都等左接近有半個鐘。最後揀咗招牌臭臭湯(7/10):個鍋入面都放足晒餸。臭豆腐味道都正常。入面有唔少嘅娃娃菜同粉絲。有兩粒蜆。不過使到食咗等於冇食豬肉份量都算適中,都算好味。好兩舊叫做咪血高(米血糕先啱)。其實食落好似糯米咁樣。但係始終聽到個名都唔係太敢食只係食咗一啖。我估佢應該係入面有飯,。。。 而釀左一啲豬血入去掛。。。豬大腸細細粒。但對我來講係一個好處因為我都唔想太肥。仲要湯底都幾好味。整體上都合格啦。二、朋友嘅蒜蓉牛肉鍋(5/10)窩嘅湯其實 蒜蓉味都好足。 算係唔錯。但牛肉只係得幾片。而且好細塊。仲要係好硬。 變咗牛肉乾。其實個喎一嚟我已經叫朋友可以夾起啲牛肉, 避免太熟。不過似乎真係麻麻地。其餘嘅餸都係一般嘅材料叫做不過不失啦。三、飲料。荔枝梳打(7.5/10)味道唔錯可以解渴盆栽奶茶(2/10)其實係Oreo朱古力加奶茶:好稀好水唔夠味。唔好叫呢個。整體上用餐都滿意嘅。不過如果比起一般嘅打邊爐,滿足感真係爭好遠。叫做可以嚟一試啦。服務都算可以。亦冇特別限制用餐時間。我好掛住啲任食牛肉嘅火鍋呀!下次等你哋事嘅時候叫安格斯牛肉再話我知好唔好食啦。Tips :呢度冇得訂枱如果可以有選擇可以要求坐近門口嘅兩張卡位會比較舒服。退而求其次,可以坐兩邊叫做都有沙發位。中間嘅位置嘅鐵櫈感覺好似唔會坐得太舒服。。。。。我睇返大家寫嘅食評佢好似有午餐嘅細鍋供應。好似會平啲大家都可以試一試。我可能要預番多少少時間…Read More

今晚同朋友食完牛扒。由於牛扒唔大塊。所以食完當然係唔夠飽啦。又可以食甜品啦。本身對pancake唔係特別大興趣,但知道呢度有一間日本開過嚟嘅pancake店,當然都唔介意去試吓啦。 意料之中,黎到要排一陣隊。大概等左十幾分鐘就到我地喇。餐廳好細。枱擺得好逼。如果唔係對食物有少少期望。 呢個擠迫環境真係唔係我杯茶。我地被分配到最入面張枱。我就小心翼翼側住個身響兩張枱之間嘅一條小隙慢慢一步一步移入去。唔係誇張。我本身都算係比較瘦。我同朋友講, 稍為肥少少嘅人都可能要買外賣返屋企食。 似乎店主太進取啦。想儘量喺店入邊坐多啲人。 一坐低。當然就係不斷聽到隔離枱嘅對話內容啦。如果你鍾意八卦鍾意熱鬧,呢個地方對你來講可能唔錯。好唔緊要,都叫嘢食啦。問侍應,你哋嘅signature係乜嘢。原味。綠茶。同朱古力都好食。我問"朱古力好唔好食㗎""你可以試吓。我哋個朱古力好rich,但係又唔會好甜"我心諗,正喎。 食完希望唔好太肥。叫左原味。同朱古力味pancake。佢個Menu入邊仲有其他嘢食。包括刨冰,三文治,French toast等。不過冇乜興趣。坐。傾計。睇人食。結果等左大概45分鐘。原味pancake終於黎啦。。。。聞落去都幾香蛋味。但係一食落口,質感怪怪 。 唔硬唔軟。而食落其實冇咩味。 佢有一細啖蜜糖俾你加落去。但份量只係好少。而且蜜糖味都冇咩特別。食完我真係對個朱古力pancake冇晒期望。朱古力pancake嚟喇。其實食完個原味pancake都已經有啲濟。食慾大減。個朱古力pancake侍應冇講錯,真係一啲都唔甜。直情係冇味。我同朋友講我食唔到有朱古力味,又話好Rich嘅?朋友話都食到有少少少少朱古力味嘅。佢仲講笑,rich 係老細rich。唔係朱古力味Rich。笑死我。當然佢冇比水我地啦。想你叫飲品。我見隔離果兩個靚女到嗌咗壺茶。入面只不過係有一個茶包。。。。我朋友想食藥問佢攞杯水。佢俾咗一個超細嘅杯我哋。入面大概有兩啖水啦。老細係孤寒嘅。不過我會理解,佢哋會想賺埋飲品錢。無奈你嘅食物質素真係唔會令我想叫任何飲品。食完。。。。真係覺得。。。。。等咁耐就係為左呢兩舊。。。。$140+I will say ,Utility level is extremely low .大家可以放棄唔試。希雲街其實不斷都有唔同嘅鋪頭嘗試開業。有長做到嘅,有一啲鋪頭根本生存唔到。你條街都幾多食店 ,知名度好似越來越高。不過可以長期生存到嘅又會有幾多間呢?我。。。會覺得斜對面,近入面街尾間pancake 好食好多倍。不過之前都係要等好耐。所以要有心理準備。但水準一定高過呢邊好多。…Read More

今晚約咗朋友睇戲。喺銅鑼灣JP戲院。 因為時間唔多所以要搵一間比較近嘅餐廳。當然都唔會放過試新野嘅機會啦。又用openrice 幫一幫手先。咦發現兩個Apps都有呢間餐廳喎。仲要同時都有優惠添!OpenRice就有一個特價套餐優惠。好啦試咗用OpenRice個優惠先啦。感覺抵啲。所以兩個人都係食同一個餐。安格斯西冷牛扒配煎鵝肝。一、龍蝦湯首先嚟咗龍蝦湯。原先對個湯都冇乜期望因為諗住過嚟其實就係食牛扒。竟然又唔錯喎。個湯都幾香。 平時飲龍蝦湯, 傳統嘅整法都會有一陣苦澀味。 其實我麻麻哋呢一陣味。呢碗就啱啱好啦。冇苦味。好快就飲晒。轉頭夥計行過嚟。問麵包到咗未。先發現原來自己快到連個麵包都未黎個湯就已經飲完啦。二、麵包原本麵包唔應該專登開一個項目寫。 但係真係唔得。 有睇開我嘅食評嘅朋友都知道。 我對食物嘅溫度都會有要求。 你個包好得。熱架。出煙。辣手。新鮮冇得輸啦。如果份量可以多啲。就會叫完美啦。兩細塊。兩個人食。唯有少食多滋味啦,傾咗一陣間計發覺就嚟夠鐘睇戲啦,吹吹個夥計先。三、安格斯西冷牛扒配煎鵝肝。因為比較鍾意食牛。你放落嚟我已經大概知道好唔好食。賣相似乎OK喎。原本諗住特價餐$200應該唔會有啲咩驚喜。真係估唔塊牛都幾好食。為咗客觀我有問吓朋友覺得點。佢話呢個價錢有呢個質素抵喎。鵝肝就正常啦。 略為薄身左少少。不過都係果句啦, 呢個價錢我覺得真係抵夥計都幾細心記得我哋趕時間。我哋一開始食牛扒嘅時候, 佢已經主動問我地會唔會想叫埋餐茶因為怕我哋趕時間。加分啦。四、 個凍咖啡都幾好飲五、甜品。兩舊細細的蛋糕。都好食㗎。如果比大舊少少會開心啲嘅又講返個環境。其實呢個鋪位之前都做過兩間餐廳。之前上嚟食都好靚。 生意麻麻地。今次上嚟就唔同啦。坐滿左。但都幾鍾意個環境,夠寬闊。而且坐滿左都唔算好嘈。我會再黎食其他扒。不過我驚我忍唔住又係會揀返呢個優惠餐。如果食其他套餐嘅話我見到佢外邊有個沙律吧。睇吓你地有冇興趣啦。Tips:1/ 用openrice book賺asiamiles 同可以食我呢個好味餐…Read More

今日過開來太古城見個客。又係時候搵下有咩食啦。同朋友一齊搵,搵到呢一間餐廳。 算係法國餐廳。 見評分都唔錯所以就book咗七點鐘。兩位。一到步覺得環境都唔錯。今日禮拜四竟然到差不多坐滿。叫完餸。有個朋友又話一齊嚟食。 所以叫老細+1個位。見佢都比較滿。冇刻意要求玩張大枱。不過老實講張枱係細咗啲嘅。老細亦都冇主動換張大啲嘅枱比我地。算啦放工都攰攰地, 就坐得親熱啲啦。就係原本叫咗嘅嘢食上面再加左個龍蝦意粉。怕多咗一個人會唔夠食。叫左呢啲。一、餐前麵包。 其實睇個樣都知唔好食。 一拎起手。凍嘅。 我自己覺得麵包最緊要就係要夠熱。先來第一個失望。二、焗田螺。Garlic and parsley butter。 成個面都係綠色嘅。個樣都幾靚咁喎。不過食落就真係好一般。冇咩味。亦都食唔到選用嘅香味。三、墨西哥雞肉餡餅。 失望完兩樣野之後。終於你返個比較正常嘅餸。我餡餅嘅皮算幾好食。合格啦四、意大利雲呑。一放落黎。又係一個嘩字。其實呢個餸佢可以叫大碟或者細碟。由於係喺第三個朋友話嚟之前我哋叫嘅。所以叫咗細碟。個賣相真係好唔得。放上碟似寵物食物。味道算係合格啦。插曲老細突然間走過來。話我地原本係某訂位平台定位時候係話兩位。而家最後嚟咗三位。所以個優惠部份將會取消。其中一個主菜將為冇折扣。原本道理想我都會同意。 我都會講道理覺得呢個情況都算合理。但係始終會唔滿意。係我加位時候你冇講。響我加咗餸之後你亦都冇講。不過算啦。都會繼續食嘅不過印象分即時下跌。五、西冷。牛扒始終係牛扒。冇得輸。我唔否認呢個我覺得都幾好食。六、龍蝦扁意粉。呢個真係好唔得。個意粉個汁唔知佢點煮㗎呢。浸味好腥。又冇其他海鮮只係有龍蝦咋喎。唔明個腥味係邊度走出嚟。。。朋友亦都俾咗意見話過龍蝦啲肉唔太新鮮。大家千祈唔好叫呢一個。七、甜品叫咗朱古力心太軟。同埋蘋果批。正常質素。有優惠都可以食下嘅。正價我就會建議大家skip 了。 過隔離京林屋食雪糕好過啦。其實服務都正常。環境唔錯。但食物質素真係好參差。Tips : 1/用某訂位平台訂位人數要準確。👨‍👦👨‍👨‍👦2/其實呢間餐廳我唔會再嚟㗎啦。不過如果讀者真係諗住試嘅話。叫西冷牛扒啦。😂…Read More
