舖頭d麵好似話係自己做既,所以d麵幾煙un,不過就比較淡,牛腩係一塊塊好完整,唔似有d爛晒,幾好味,:)不過菜肉餃就一般,無乜味,70%以上係菜.:(舖頭前面有電視女主播同食家同店主既合照,真係估唔到佢地都會黎呢d咁一般既舖頭食麵,荃灣食上海麵始終都係江記最好.至於服務方面,永遠無人會主動問你要叫乜食,成日都要叫先有人黎,不過下午茶時間間舖係小貓三,四隻,d人好似睬你都傻咁.真係要改善一下先得啦.…Read More

呢檔由細食到大,直到目前為止都未食過好食過佢既上海麵,唔係講笑.最好食係佢d鹹菜,炸菜肉絲同雲吞,鳳爪亦好多人食,不過我未試過.不過環境真係差勁,如果夏天真係熱到死,冬天又會凍到僵.另外,可能人多關係,成日都無人招呼,同埋要等好耐先食到,有時要15分鐘先有得食,份量方面就一般,細個時食好多ga,不過呢家好似越來越細碗咁,老老實實,d上海麵幾多錢斤吖,唔駛咁孤寒啦…Read More

cst_hk2004 因為佢地d麵係有鹹水成份,所以先咁爽,如果用普通上海麵煮,一定唔會好似佢地咁好食囉.
