家庭式小店,老闆有禮。住附近,不是常來,但每次都食得很滿足,紅燒牛肉每次必點,牛肉好軟滑、有一點點BB辣,湯底似是鮮淆而不是味精湯,手撕雞都不錯但都不及牛肉好味。食物款式選擇不多,算是貴精不貴多吧?豆漿很淡沒甚麼豆味,除了拍青瓜就沒有其他菜類選擇了,而且拍青瓜帶點辣,建議另做蒜蓉口味,配合不同口味的食客。如可以有油菜就更好了,入貨量不用多,賣完即止。小小建議,希望日後可以作出改善。會繼續支持社區小店。…Read More

好耐之前新開張嗰時黎過1次,好多菜色都比較辣,因為唔食得辣之後就唔敢再黎,今日心血來潮想食酸菜魚,係openrice search見到新餐牌寫住<辣唔辣由你話事>,貪佢地方幾好坐於是比次機會自己亦比個機會餐廳,希望以後會多一個選擇,點菜時講明要不辣,係少少辣都唔要,店長叔叔好明確表示知道,到上菜時就發現唔對路,睇賣相都覺得有少少辣,店長叔叔再強調話唔辣架,但一食落口就知伏左,味道係正正常常,其實啲魚係幾滑的,但並非走辣囉!食到我同我媽都頂唔順,佢食左少少已開始咳,唔敢再食,我就有喉嚨唔舒服。菜花比較油,亦非走辣!走前同店長叔叔投訴,佢話會反映比廚房知,下次再黎會改善,但我話應該唔會有下次了!其次係份量少,加$12轉米線,份量少到一個女仔都唔覺飽!再其次係冷氣唔夠,尤其窗邊位更甚,原本貪佢地方闊落先黎,今次真係一個錯誤的決定…Read More

如題,當你越趕時間,你需要嗰班車總是遲遲不來、當你越肚餓時,你需要的食物總是遲遲不上枱!越窮越見鬼……你懂的昨天趕往睇醫生前,見就腳就黎左呢度。點了午餐的刺身飯但等極都冇(當時是下午2點半左右,人流極少),眼見旁邊兩枱人客遲過我入坐、遲過我點餐但食物都已上枱,於是找來年輕女店員問問,她說幫我去廚房問,親眼見佢問完後完全冇回覆我、向我解釋的意圖:( 再等左陣,見到其中一枱食客已食飽了,我的飯先送來,食到半路……發現飯中有疑似蝦腳定小X腳的東西,心裡盤算應該當佢係蝦腳繼續食(但有此勇氣嗎?)還是當佢係小X腳就此打住?但大拿拿$118/餐,還未飽腹下我又不甘心就此作結!女店員幫我找來負責人叔叔理論(利申: 我由始至終都冇講過這條小東西是小X腳,我只是想知道自己應不應該、可不可以安心地繼續食而已,我只想來享受美食而不是來找麻煩的),店員叔叔的第一個回應竟然是: 會唔會有可能係木匙羹上的刺? 佢話担心木刺會拮親我(其實我担心這是小X腳多一點,佢再細看話應該不是昆蟲腳(因為腳上冇尖刺),但佢不敢肯定於是找來廚師問問(佢認為廚師的專業知識能分辨這是蝦腳還是昆蟲腳),廚師叔叔也來研究一番後話應該係蝦腳(對話中他承諾往後會小心注意),我半信半疑下還是不敢食,最後佢地肯換新一碗同等份量的刺身飯比我,我認為可以接受。不過在食第二碗飯時,再次發現刺身上有一小塊蝦殼(但第二碗是冇蝦的),很“有趣”吧?希望師傅們往後會認真注意此問題題外話: 埋單時店員叔叔主動打了個9折,不過都補償唔到已受影響的心情及浪費了的時間…Read More
