5大1小係天水圍行完街,媽咪話想食上海嘢,就揀咗呢間!片皮鴨鴨肉唔肥,皮烤得好脆皮肉嫰,切之前仲比咗隻鴨嘅全相我地睇,侍應仲同我地講鴨架記得攞,鴨架可以返去煲湯,因為我地一食,個鴨架比返我地。麵粉皮包著,青瓜,大蔥,甜醬來吃,正!酸辣湯湯唔算杰唔算稀,個人比較喜歡濃味,唔夠酸唔夠辣,不過材料都好十足!花彫醉雞雞唔夠入味同酒味,雞皮下有一層油, 好肥呀!火腿津白不算太咸嘅火腿,可以入口,津白甜小籠包我地5大小所以叫咗兩籠,好juice,小籠包算大隻,內裡很多湯,肉餡料味道不錯,好味道!鎮江肴肉肉味鮮濃,肉爽而不膩!上海粗炒賣相幾好,望落不是太油膩,入口麵條彈牙,而且不油膩蔥油餅我冇食過,但屋企話好食,唔油。應該ok因我見冇剩!全程服務態度好好,由落單侍應有介紹,冇水好快加水!埋單連加一$510,抵食!…Read More

今日收工一班同事一行5人到公司附近新開的日本餐廳試食,鋪頭不算大,大約可容納40人左右,店內環境同氣氛都幾好,樓底高!一開始先上個沙律,沙律的賣相吸引,服務員提醒我地食時記得要撈埋一齊先好食,再配埋沙律上嘅酸汁,清爽開胃!盬燒牛舌牛舌厚度適中,口感軟中帶爽又有肉汁!大蔥黑豚串豚肉是五花腩,不算太肥,豚肉再配上大蔥,鮮而不膩,很特別的組合!粒貝刺身爽脆,每一口都滲出甘鮮味道,服務員還細心奉上岩鹽和松露油,提點我地只需以小量岩鹽或松露油可提刺身鮮味!免治鷄肉棒雞肉加上雞軟骨碎粒,口感豐富又不失彈性。伴上新鮮的日本生雞蛋,肉棒霑上蛋黃,有肉香,也有蛋味,很滋味!師父遠替我們做上心形圖案,很有心機!生蠔刺身隻隻都好鮮好肥美!刺身拼盤池魚鮮甜爽脆嫩口的質感!不過個人比較喜歡鰤魚。 鰤魚魚味比較濃郁肉質細嫩入口鮮甜!加拿大海膽,海膽肥美,肉質較豐厚,味道甘香!黑豚露筍豚肉薄切後包在露筍上燒,豚肉沒有很乾身,相反其油份滲出來包著露筍,口感清爽!5人埋單獨$2,200價錢合理,食材絕對新鮮!值得再食!…Read More
