上個禮拜六同女朋友喺觀塘行完街🛍️,夜晚就決定去附近嘅 Mini Friday 醫肚🍽️。間餐廳環境幾舒服,燈光暗暗地✨,播住啲輕鬆音樂,好有情調🥰,啱晒我哋拍拖撐枱腳。個場唔算好大,但座位之間都OK,唔會太逼。我哋坐低咗,望住餐牌,就俾啲名吸引住,最後嗌咗個 Friday雞翼(水牛城)做頭盤,跟住試吓個炸雞鎚蜜糖蒜片配蓮藕片,主食就要咗安格斯牛仔骨配黑松露燒汁,再加個經典嘅卡邦尼意粉share。成個氣氛都好chill,真係幾期待啲嘢食!🌃1. Friday雞翼 (水牛城) 8/10 🌶️👍呢個雞翼一上枱就聞到陣酸辣香,賣相好吸引!啲雞翼炸得啱啱好,外皮有少少脆,入面啲肉仲好juicy,唔會乾爭爭。個水牛城醬汁酸度同辣度都幾平衡,夠惹味,食落好開胃!如果個醬可以再掛多少少喺雞翼上面就perfect喇!不過整體嚟講,作為頭盤係非常唔錯嘅選擇。2. 炸雞鎚蜜糖蒜片配蓮藕片 7.5/10🍯🧄✨跟住嚟嘅係炸雞鎚,一份有幾隻,細細隻幾得意。個蜜糖蒜片味甜甜地,蒜味唔算太攻鼻,幾易入口。雞鎚肉質都算嫩滑,不過外皮如果可以再脆多少少會更好。最驚喜反而係啲炸蓮藕片,炸到超級脆卜卜,點埋個蜜糖蒜汁食,口感好得意!整體味道唔錯,但略嫌有少少油膩感。3. 卡邦尼意粉 8.5/10🍝🧀😋呢個卡邦尼意粉真係冇得輸!個醬汁超級creamy,忌廉同蛋黃嘅比例啱啱好,唔會太稀又唔會太杰,完美咁掛晒喺每一條意粉上面。芝士味好香濃,加上啲煎到香脆嘅煙肉碎,成件事好夾!意粉煮得夠al dente,有咬口。份量都好足,兩個人share食啱啱好,食完真係有種幸福感!4. 安格斯牛仔骨配黑松露燒汁 9/10🥩😍到主菜喇!呢個安格斯牛仔骨一上枱,個黑松露香味已經撲鼻而來!嚿牛仔骨炆得超級軟腍,用叉輕輕一篤啲肉就散開,肉質好嫩滑而且勁入味。個黑松露燒汁味道濃郁得嚟又唔會蓋過牛肉本身嘅味,兩者平衡得好好。配菜有啲薯蓉同蔬菜,索晒啲汁精華,正!呢個絕對係今晚嘅MVP, highly recommend!💯…Read More
