本人食過很由新加坡人做的很一流海南雞飯，所以對這個飯很了解，我之前也去過佐敦食過一間專做海南雞飯的店，結果大失所望。我本來也不抱其望，尤其之前評論也不好。結果是驚喜。雖然不及新加坡的好，但有八成水準，佐敦的那一間我只給緊緊合格分，這間我給七點五。雞很滑，但可更滑，冇啫利。佢用白雞，冇用黃雞，所以很滑。雞飯不錯，可以大粒一點，因為太碎了。最差是姜容，很差。湯不錯。…Read More
