我都算是新斗記常客，很喜歡這裡的食物，但對這裡的服務態度真的是不敢恭維。服務人員數量不足、態度惡劣、漏單嚴重。我一來就叫了燒豬，等了一個小時才發現漏單。仲要叫好耐先有人理... 太差勁了！

RC216 贊成以下是我貼在 Tripadvisor 的 ReviewServices taking a nose dive as their business slide quickly down hillWe (HK native living in Canada) have been coming here for years and watch it's business grew and gotten an M-Star. Somewhere alone the line, everything just went downhill and their business went from fully packed from 6-11pm, to only half full most times. We were there just now and got totally disgusted.When we were ready to order, we tried twice, not once, to attract attention of two different server and were told, both times, that she'd come right back. They never did. We finally got hold of the floor manager. When we tried to complain about the lack of service, the manger, with no "sorry" nor apology, asked "What is it that you want?" When we replied that we wanted to order, he asked "What do you want to eat?" Again, nothing on bad service.I will not bore you with further rude services, which, for your information, they charge 10% service charge.There are many many * in Hong Kong wioht good food and service. There is no reason to go to Xin Dau Ji, Causeway bay.
