標榜德國菜的連鎮店DAS BIER兒子買了三張DAS BIER 半價的團購在母親節一家享用,指定在佐敦分店用 (另一家在大角咀區,一家在大埔區)定了晚上七時,佐敦的那家位置不易找,最近的是柯士甸港鐵站行過去渡船街,門面也不顯眼,門口裝有兩塊大透明膠,裝修簡單,裏面座位不多,普通枱椅還顯得點擠,活像一家快餐店,問店員用完團購的面值後,可以用現金買(歡樂時光)的啤酒嗎?一輪無法的溝通,終於叫經理,那位經理走到我們面前時的態度,不滿的語氣,強烈指我們用的是特價團購,還想怎樣,極像出來同我們講數……..終於開始點食物,3杯啤酒,1客鹹豬手,1客炸魚薯條,1客什綿德國腸要評食物呀,真的普通普通很普通,先說鹹豬手,炸得皮有點硬,肉的味道還可以,配上酦菜,還可以入口;德國腸有二至三款,但不覺得同超巿買的有太大的分別,有些還頗鹹;炸魚不是用COD FISH 而是用了最平的鯰魚,二小件真的太小了吧,配上薯條,醮上汁來吃,只可用炸得脆口形容。以上的食物理單正價約660元,以正價價錢再加一小費共730元,當晚實則的價錢是460元 (90元團購X3=270 加上現金差價 190元)以當晚所見全是團購客,說真的這個地方及格局,不值用7百多元吃一頓飯,這個價錢可以到好多好的地方吃,真的不會再光顧,不會…Read More

大角咀是舊區,因租金比較便宜好的食店不難在這裏發現,上址以前也曾光顧,是一間主打食魚,現改為"老掌櫃'朋友介紹經常看見人龍,應不錯,終有機會到訪我喜辣,先來虎皮辣椒,老闆提醒,小心辣,可能當天來貨品不同,一點也不覺辣,廣東的做法會把籽去掉,但這裏,整隻連籽一齊煮,原來籽並不難吃老媽喜扁皮鴨,我最反感的菜,因未曾吃到一家好食的,但各人喜好不同便點了這餸,鴨很廋,但用來包着鴨皮的薄餅皮大厚了,平平的不過不失,老媽卻吃得津津入味唐蒿菜-太驚喜,生吃的像沙律菜,但有唐蒿的香味,加了陳醋調味,很清新,不知在那裏可以買到這種菜酦辣湯-不錯,裡面材料頗豐富,基本的都不缺,酦同辣的比例剛好,份量不會太少友人說餃子不錯,便點了,但當日餃子皮太厚,失準,幸好餃子餡不差,否則大跌眼鏡再點了羊肉麵,友人說湯底沒有上次的濃,我一向不吃羊,羊肉很羶,但麵條很彈,很地道北方麵條最後甜品,高力豆沙-我喜的甜品,豆沙很好吃,有豆沙的香味不甜,但那蛋白不夠鬆,中規中矩若100分滿分我比85分,有5分是價錢合理…Read More

老掌櫃東北菜館 多謝你給我們寶貴的意見,其實我們每天都在改善。你提到包鴨的皮太厚,其他客人都有提過,我已經立即同師傅講,叫他做薄一點;至於餃子皮,我們已經換了好幾間供應商,有些太薄,有些太厚,有時同一間供應商,今天薄一點,明天又厚一點,激死!反正,我們現在每天收貨都會檢查一下皮的質量,不合心水的就會叫他退貨。多給意見,我們就會做的更好 !

老掌櫃東北菜館 還有,你提到高力豆沙 "蛋白不夠鬆" ,我又同師傅提過,師傅說是因為放多左面粉,他以後會放少一些,就會鬆軟很多。

多次經過這間舖沒有信心入內,但經友人推介後,終於有機會約兒子試下.進入舖內,感覺很舒服,一並不噪吵,二燈光柔和,星期六只得幾枱客,還是二人居多,顯得很清靜,並不像其它舖吵得很看二人套餐選擇不多,便選了二份一人餐先上了份薄趣,再上咖喱角,剛炸好,內有青豆,土豆...很地道咖喱牛腩-我本身喜辣,它做不夠辣,可能我沒有要求加辣,牛腩只有4-5塊,不夠肥,還好夠淋,咖喱汁不太濃,沒有煮溶洋蔥質感,我只可說緊合格波菜芝士-味道可以,份量不少,不知是否印度煮這菜的芝士味是偏淡,多次在不同咖喱餐廳點這菜,芝士都是淡味的,但我兒子極欣賞我反而欣賞它的薄餅,份量夠大,又熱呼呼很好吃套餐加芒果酦奶-78元,加啤酒88元(啤酒是印度啤酒),沒有加一但我比較喜歡傳統的印度酦奶,看這舖是家庭式,也很用心地道,但不知印度咖喱在香港做出名堂並不容易,如'恆河'那麼出名,但說真的,恆河只是攺良香港咖喱,像這家家庭式咖喱,真的不容易經營,希望下次再去的時候,它還未消失…Read More
