我哋一行五人,叫咗最貴嘅極緻和牛套餐,每位連加一都要666蚊,滿心歡喜諗住同好朋友一齊盡情享受和牛,點知叫咗幾十碟牛肉全部都係同二百幾蚊嘅牛冇分別,都係咁差,一啲油花都冇,又韌。我望住個QR code入邊啲相同實物,真係同卸左妝嘅港女一樣,完全係兩回事。最後我哋總共叫咗四、五十碟牛,只有一碟係值得叫做日本和牛、充滿油花嘅級數。你呢間嘢咁樣對客我會永久Blacklist同埋會通知所有朋友,永世都唔再嚟你呢間舖頭度食,而且琴晚連埋我哋都係得三至四台客,我唔明點解佢哋切牛肉可以切咁鬼死慢。我order咗之後要等成最快五至十分鐘,最慢試過20至30分鐘先至上菜,實在令我哋非常掃興。…Read More

明閣,掛著米芝連一星的大名,早有想試的衝動。奈何其價錢和名氣成正比,只能望門興嘆,適逢最近酒店做推廣,房價全數回贈於餐飲,是以馬上訂位以一嚐心願。我們一行四人,點了龍皇披金甲、至尊蜜汁叉燒、酥炸釀鮮蟹蓋、明閣炸子雞、香煎黑椒牛舌粒、蔥香鵝肝M9和牛窩燒飯、點心 (蝦餃、燒賣、鹹水角)。酥炸釀鮮蟹蓋:蟹肉量雖多,而且在視覺上和嗅覺上令人感到驚喜,可惜的是因為其濃郁的醬汁再加上洋蔥令到完全吃不出蟹肉的味道。香煎黑椒牛舌粒:用上超市的鹹牛舌,令人失望,我還以為在米芝連一星最起碼會用澳洲和牛。至尊蜜汁叉燒:終於遇到比較像樣的菜式,叉燒既鬆化且肉味香濃。明閣炸子雞:炸得皮脆肉嫩、令人回味。龍皇披金甲:龍躉和蝦膠完美的配合、美中不足的是炸得太油膩。蔥香鵝肝M9和牛窩燒飯:完全吃不出是和牛、名字要改一下蔥香鵝肝碎牛窩燒飯。點心方面蝦餃燒賣鹹水角也沒甚驚喜。總結來說,可能是我期望太高,又或是我只點便宜的菜式,總之吃罷就只有失望二字。…Read More

沙田一,睇個名即係話沙田第一名,呢間野睇落好似好出名,門口掛起啲燒味睇落都唔錯,又多人幫襯,咪諗住去買半隻燒鵝外賣返屋企加餸,點知返到屋企打開個盒,發現起碼冇咗最少五六舊,我都明師傅有時會攞你一舊半舊,但係攞成五六舊真係好過份,半隻燒鵝,我食咗兩舊胸,其他嗰啲都唔知去咗邊,仲有隻鵝脾,隻上髀又係唔見咗嘅,半隻鵝都要成$248 㗎,隻鵝味道係唔錯嘅,但係啲師傅手腳咁唔乾淨,影衰晒成間店。味道係唔係第一名就唔知,但係偷工減料來講我買咗咁多年外賣燒味呢間真係第一名啊…Read More
