呢間野隔一陣就會再試牛扒,覺得分量大質素好,但係再試擺盤全換了⋯沒試過吃完心情這麼差,一開始發現,茶杯洗不乾淨換了兩次,餐包黃油凍的像冰,切不開,像冰格里拿出來直接上盤的,餐湯也是南瓜湯有纖維感打得很粗,等餐等了一陣,結果牛扒中伏,叫7成熟上來邊切邊冒血水,加熱之後還是肉紅,汁熱成血沫汁了,土豆塊很硬,剛剛斷生,貼手感覺不到熱氣,直接配了黑椒汁,這個真是從出邊茶can直接批發來的,之前都未試過這樣,碟都好看好多,不會再來了…Read More

舊年11月專門定了鐘搶到的位置,四個月之後終於得嘗,期待非常之高,最後吃到的菜肴沒有失望,但也總感覺少了點東西。菜肴的色澤和口感很不錯,但是除了豉油雞有香料味和陳村粉擺了蔥有黃酒味之外,其他菜都聞不到香味,我未中過Covid ,嗅覺正常,看了影的相,也有蔥和香菜,但就沒有存在感,也未有放芝麻或者花生堅果都沒有。當然粵菜可能不放這些,隨便說說。頭盤1號 桂花冰肉豆腐花桂花幹的口感很特別,沙沙的,在嘴裏可以化開,豆花有若隱若現的豆味,白果不苦,有點甜,沒在其他地方吃到過類似的頭盤2號 花椒釀土魷小魷魚一條,有花椒味,但沒有辣味,味道分的很開,花椒可帶一點點苦味,裏面填的像是潮州果粉的脆脆蘿蔔(猜的)頭盤3號 炭火厚切叉燒是招牌來的,很大一坨肥瘦相間的肉,是不帶皮的,掛了很多汁,紅色甜味叉燒汁,燒的很好,表面有燒到脆,肉嫩,肥肉部分像是啫喱,不膩主菜1號 雞油花雕蒸蟹這道菜也是招牌,花雕酒的味道很明顯,湯汁帶點酒苦,蟹很大只,食材應該是很新鮮的,感覺是海蟹,但是沒 有海鹹和海苦味。粉皮也是勁道的,比一般的腸粉皮要好吃。但是沒吃出啥雞油味,感覺湯汁挺薄的,主要還是花雕酒的味道。十八味豉油雞雞皮厚軟彈,雞肉很薄很嫩,吃不出吃清遠雞還是哪裏的雞,但是感覺應該很年輕。聞得出香料味,但吃的時候只有豉油的味道。豉油常有,但好雞不常有,還是不錯的這道菜。話梅肉桂排骨巨大一根排骨,甜口的,沒啥話梅的酸味,炸過的很脆,排骨的部位選的有脆骨的部分,雖然很大塊,但骨很小。瘦肉為主,咬下去能見到肉絲絲。感覺這道菜缺點芝麻和堅果碎。魚湯白木耳浸瓜絲白湯,頭一口喝的時候有魚味,但之後就是胡椒味,料很多,但都是菜絲兒,加點瘦肉不是更能香迷糊了?感覺沒有家裏樓下的肉片湯令人印象深刻,一點肉真的很香。幹蝦鮮蝦蟹肉炒飯因為本人喜歡吃幹的、粒粒分明的飯,所以覺得很好吃。而且這個飯香而不油,簡直是終極版路邊攤炒飯。而且幹蝦在飯裏面的口感非常神。但是趁熱吃會比較好,涼了之後口感有些變了,幹蝦吸了水容易有點渣渣的。甜品三位有三個小點,杏仁露,桂花糕,枸杞奶油雪糕。杏仁露:在杏仁露界應該是好喝的,濃稠然後是熱的,但我不愛杏仁味。桂花糕:平均水平,沒什麽特別的,但感覺調漿的比例是合適的,不會過硬。枸杞奶油雪糕:很濃的奶油味,好吃的。…Read More
