酒店價錢的平常川府菜

川菜,係中菜當中我最愛既菜式之一,而且唔會想過學煮,因為無論用料/辣椒/油/河鮮等等,都唔會容易搜羅,何況廣東人煮辣根本就係事倍功半,所以我情願出去嚐辣!近來見CWB開左間川府宴,標榜傳統川菜,所以滿心歡喜約三五知己去開餐! 不過今次就有意外"驚"(無喜)!打開餐牌,我差d以為去左酒店川菜館! 酸辣土豆絲$88??其一呢款係愛最愛的湘菜,屬唔屬川菜都係一個問題。其二我用少于$10都可以煮到既菜,我唔會用$100去食唔肯定係正宗的菜式。好啦,再諗下叫條正宗水煮魚啦,但見到要差唔多$500食條桂林魚,我真係說服唔到我自己囉!唯有再選其他啦,叫d普通川菜啦! 點知再望仲驚…麻婆豆腐$128??莫非四川空運到港的山水豆腐,食完識飛?我再次說服唔到自己叫!結果我意興闌珊,交返個波比朋友點菜:1st 紙包牛肉:朋友見台台都叫,應該係招牌菜,所以點左呢道! 上台既時候,賣相就一流,用玉扣紙包住,要切開來食,唔講以為食緊鹽焗雞添啊! 店員介紹個牛係安格斯黎架,肉質嫩滑! Well,個牛既質地幾好既,不過真心食唔出同旁邊辣椒有幾大關係。牛肉係多少吸左辣椒既辣,但得辣椒味無辣香! 講真唔明點解要紙包,鹽焗就話鹽香經紙焗入雞,咁紙包牛肉又係咩原理?2nd 藤皇麻香雞:呢個菜好味既,起碼花椒味濃,麻而不辣! 係味道上係一個特別配搭! 相對$288既紙包牛肉,$168既麻香雞顯得性價比幾高!雞有好多塊,雞皮算滑,口感都okay,!咁當然呢度酒店級既價錢唔好預係食新鮮雞啦! 冰鮮有呢個質素算唔錯!叫左兩個主食,我地見埋單兩個都成$500,所以朋友仔話加個飯同擔擔面就算啦! 正當我以為可以食返正常四川擔擔面,但原來驚嚇未完…點解個擔擔面係干身既?個麻醬呢?辣辣口感呢?咁跳tone既擔擔面真係第一次,似涼伴多d! 食落其實味道都唔錯既,麵身好爽口…但真係好少下…似小食多過麵食!食完埋單見連埋茶位加一都成$600! 其實,兩個人食$600就圍都要,但係要視乎食乜,呢餐食完好似同無食過一樣! 真係幾失望,所謂雷聲大,雨點少,不外如是!…Read More

逢每個周五晚上,我哋倆口子都會出去拍拖浪漫下,揾下好野食! 今次再去返太子的Sky726,s因為上次食過覺得好食!Sky726的意菜或法菜質量係幾高,用pizza xxx黎比,係街頭街尾的距離! 貨真價實的用料,色香味俱佳的菜式,自然價錢合理地屬中上水位!1st Oyster soup - 西式蠔湯真係第一次,雖然望落青青地既色,但望落去好濃綢! 飲第一啖已經覺得滿口蠔味,好鮮好香!湯身充滿顆粒,應該用好多蠔同薯仔等好多配料打出來,所以個湯除左香,整體texture係really good!2nd - Miso Salmon: 今次點左味噌三文魚扒,聽過名都知係fusion做法,日式味噌+西式慢煮三文魚扒! 上碟果下發覺,三文魚扒好厚身,好大塊,望落似午餐肉…仲驚會好鞋口!不過諗黎都多餘,切開果下一落刀就feel到好淋,但切落又唔散!食落口感好鬆軟,無骨之餘,入口即溶!加上帶甜的味噌,令到個人更加開胃,既甜既味道中和左本身三文魚既酥美,真不錯!3rd - Penne Carbonara, 主食叫左個卡幫利長通粉! 當然一睇就知高質啦! 個汁要做到濃綢但又唔揭,係好難架! 以前見過人整Carbonara,蛋黃同芝士既比例要預得好準確! 否則一係個汁揭到無朋友,一係cheese味濃到想嘔,又或者淡到你無胃口! 不過呢度個汁prefect! 長通粉食落仲有d粉粉地,好有嚼頭,唔會太淋,係正宗意式煮法!高質!今晚雖然叫既野唔多,但每樣都高質! 真係兩個人歎左一晚食好野,下次一定再來…Read More

曾經的G點,一到中午食飯時間門口就企滿人等位,最出名的是燒味 (尤其燒鵝+半肥瘦叉),我都試過訂燒味返屋企做節,因為性價比高又好味。不過又唔知幾時開始,燒味水準下降左。唔可以話差,但就係無以前果種味道。上星期lunch去食左個半肥瘦叉+油雞飯叉燒水準仲幾好,本肥瘦得好分明,入口即溶,水準係九龍灣區屬上品;油雞就差少少啦,肉偏鞋,皮不夠爽,水準一般。不過講到底,水準差左既,主要係個汁! 現在的汁只得豉油味,無左以前既香味…唔知係咪換左做法?講到底,G點都係我lunch既膽,希望以後可以回復水準啦!…Read More
