係中環食日本lunch, 閒閒地都要百幾二百,都仲係普普通通的.聽朋友講呢度okay, 都好耐無去蘭桂坊哪,咪去下啦.呢度每日都有d special set lunches 的.呢度d set lunch 大約$150 至 $200 不等.我點了手卷配牛肉烏冬($150),是當日的 specials, 已平了$20.呢度坐位吳太逼,係都中環來說算好,不過多幾十蚊就係坐得好點啦.手卷有兩件,一件係三文魚,另一件係海膽,兩件都好新鮮.吳錯.碗牛肉烏冬都好好味,不過應該好多味精,因食完後好口渴.咁就吳係咁好啦.…Read More

星期日,見LK都無試過d懷舊點心,咁就黎飲茶啦,呢度星期日靜靜地,無乜人,都幾好坐的.我地點了古法灌湯餃,鳳城煎粉果,北菰燒賣,燒脆鱔,叉燒包和菜苗餃.古法灌湯餃$40,真係無乜酒樓有做呢隻點心喇.所以呢度收$20一隻都要試下喇.一黎到,兩隻好飽滿的灌湯餃出現在我地眼前,真係d湯全部比個皮包著,d味道都和以前的差不多,配上浙醋,吳錯唔錯.鳳城煎粉果$25,呢個都真係無乜酒樓有做呢隻點心喇.鳳城都有的,晚飯都可以點的.呢度的個皮都幾薄,幾脆,裡面的餡係蝦肉配上唐芹粒,幾鮮幾爽,真係吳錯的.北菰燒賣,呢度以前係sell 手切燒賣,不過今次黎食,明確吳係以前咁好味,同埋都算肥膩,都會有滴滴油流出來.燒脆鱔$60,呢個係一串串咁上,有四串.都吳係燒的,係炸的,所以好肥膩,唔算得好食.吳明呢度都吳係咁旺,但係師傅都咁懶,同埋真係誤導!叉燒包,呢個最差,一睇就知唔掂,皮有厚,d餡又吳好味,仲係古老那種橙色汁,怪怪的.一點也不及格!菜苗餃,呢個都幾多菜係入面,算正常,都okay的,不過都算油.總的來說,呢度的點心都唔係咁值它收的價錢,真係偏貴,茶錢仲收$12一位,那碟喬頭收$20不如去搶!…Read More

未黎過呢度食越南菜,就試下啦.差不多七點到,都未係好多人,呢度裝修吳錯,係那種摩登的優雅,白白的吊扇,加上那維港夜景,真係吳錯的.檯與檯之間的空間亦足夠,所以都坐得吳錯的.我地比安排坐在一個轉角卡位,設計吳錯,唔會迫得黎又坐得舒服.呢度仲有一個特別的卡位,係用紅色做主色,配一個雀籠做燈,真係幾有型的.我地點了番茄蟹肉肉碎湯,海鮮XO醬炒金邊粉,軟殼蟹紙米卷和雜菌翡翠苗.番茄蟹肉肉碎湯($58),呢個湯黎到都知吳係好對板,湯面浮了一浸橙色的油.d蟹肉都新鮮,亦有點去了皮的番茄,但係個湯就偏鹹.海鮮XO醬炒金邊粉($88),呢個金邊粉有蝦,帶子,魷魚等,d海鮮都吳錯.但個XO醬偏鹹偏辣,同油膩.真係幾唔healthy!軟殼蟹紙米卷($78),一碟四件,薄薄的米紙內包了些牛油果片,配合那炸得脆脆的軟殼蟹和一個金橘醬汁,都吳錯的.雜菌翡翠苗($58),呢個個雜菌條係用蠔油炒過,放在清炒翡翠苗上面,雜菌條尚算新鮮,但係真係好油膩.呢度的食物偏鹹偏油膩,都吳係幾配合到現時的健康生活模式.希望max group 改善一下.真係鹹到我地兩個不停飲水.其實越南食品真係不是一味濃味,它是會用香料,但係吳係一味得鹹.而且好多時越南食品都吳係太油膩!…Read More

幾想和hubby黎呢度試,因為他會喜歡呢度的香蕉蛋糕.我地都無試過CWB呢間分店.咁係一個星期六晚,睇完戲都九點幾就上黎.點之都九成滿,可能呢度真係幾popular place for hea, 所以都有幾多一group, 一group的不停吹水.好彩咁夾有個卡位,咁我地都吳使咁迫,兼咁嘈!我地點了海廬魚配波菜沙律,杏仁雞絲沙律半份和特式焗薯皮.海廬魚配波菜沙律$118,呢個沙律給我們印象幾深刻,一條廬魚fillet, 煎得香香的,放在一堆fennel, 新鮮茴香片,嫩波菜苗同一些已去皮的橙肉上面.廬魚食得出係新鮮貨,幾好味道,那新鮮茴香片尤其特別,食落它特別透出淡淡的香味,作為沙律的配料,係幾唔錯的.那嫩波菜苗和已去皮的橙肉亦係一絕配,那些橙肉是橙有橙味的,當今都算難能可貴的.杏仁雞絲沙律$54半份:半份的沙律份量算多,它主要是生菜絲,杏仁條和雞絲,整體來說吃來爽脆清新,醬汁有淡淡酸味。還想一提,配沙律的香蕉蛋糕都好鬆軟好味,不過記得叫呀,吳係吳會serve的.特式焗薯皮,有蕃茄粒,sour cream加上薯皮,熱辣辣,幾OK既,個賣相幾靚,只係我覺得價錢定得有點貴@$68四件。可以平$20就更好了.餐廳內環境都幾舒服,但就真係好嘈,嘈到有點令人頭痛,唔太適合傾計, 反而啱一大班人hehehaha, 熱熱鬧鬧聚一下.…Read More

和LK想食日式燒烤好耐,上網見到咁多人讚,所以黎呢間試下,本來想去銅鑼灣分店,點之話限時一個鍾,咁老土,所以黎呢度,無限時,上到去,都幾日式.入到去,分tatami同類似一間房仔既位 !唔錯唔錯!我地被安排了tatami, 所以要除鞋.d位都算有空間,都算坐得舒服.我地點了兩個左,一個係牛一個係雞,無加大.個set 好快就到,個set 包前菜,沙律,蒸水蛋,miso soup, 刺身,天婦羅/燒魚,仲有飯同埋一碟生肉可以BBQ. 個沙律係好像有點燒牛肉加生菜絲,加小小麻醬,幾醒胃,冶味.個蒸水蛋都吳錯,有好多料,有雞粒,有冬菰絲,蟹柳等.刺身就尚可,不過太薄,無乜口感可言.個天婦羅蝦出奇好味,燒魚係三文魚就麻麻! 好乾,好像柴咁!d燒雞肉同牛肉都吳錯.個set 係$90,都算合理!最後有一球柚子雪糕作結.服務方面,我地係度講野,但係呢度d亞姐係咁周不時申隻手黎收野,又無講吳好意思,真係好吳日式啦,同埋令我地覺得真係有點好趕的感覺!…Read More

想試下K11內的新食店,係openrice 度睇到呢度,咁就黎試下lunch啦.呢度係二樓一個鬼鼠位,吳問人都見吳到呢度.門面好有日式的佈置,又有小橋留水,幾吳錯,幾有feel好得意.我地比安排了一張貼住bar 的二人檯,其實裡面都幾大,但係d位就排得有點奇怪.不過都無損我地的雅興. 我們星期六都常黎飲早茶,當食早餐,星期六呢度吳算太旺,不過都有七成滿.呢度的早茶係十一點半前入單,就有優惠.我們點了咸魚雞粒飯(小點),蒸腸粉(中點),三星燒賣(特價$12.8),蒸鴨掌(中點),翠湖雙拼(蝦餃拼粉果)(特價$12.8)和蒸羅白糕(中點),不過呢度吳似鍾菜咁免茶介同加一.咸魚雞粒飯,對蒸飯有個情意結,時常覺得一碗靚的蒸飯會令人好溫暖.呢度的就吳算得好好,但係就非常抵食,只係小點.d咸魚幾香口,配上小小薑絲,真係吳錯.蒸腸粉,幾滑滑,肥肥咁,睇落好食,食落都吳錯,夠滑,一碟六大條.三星燒賣,乜野係三星,係冬菰,蟹柳同雞肉.個燒賣有原隻蝦,都幾彈牙.蒸鴨掌,呢個蒸鴨掌就吳夠鍾菜果個咁好味.同埋太多蒜茸.Too bad.翠湖雙拼,蝦餃拼粉果,呢個我地成日點的,因為一籠每樣兩粒,兩個人食剛剛好,呢隻蝦餃吳係傳統的包法,但係都一樣的餡,熱辣辣,幾好味.粉果材料亦好新鮮,真吳錯,好喜歡裡頭的葛,爽爽的.蒸羅白糕,d羅白係一條條粗絲的,配合那蝦米,臘腸等野味配料,幾好味道!呢間係杏花村黎講,都okay的,不過始終都係鍾菜好好多!…Read More

呢間都係人龍店,總之無番一兩個星期前訂位,你都吳會可以品嚐到呢度的buffet. 我足足早一個月前訂檯.我地準時7pm黎到,見到幾個著人字拖的男女,都似似地遊客的,想walk-in食buffet, 但都無位,不能入座.不過好奇怪,而家d酒店好casual, 著人字拖的,又比入的,呢度吳係pool-side café 喎.我之前黎過,知道呢度係坐得好迫的,所以特別requested 一個單邊位,at least 吳會好像比雙鬼拍門咁左右夾攻.但係當我requested 時,在電話裡個女仔就有d煩躁,吳係咁有禮貌咁講盡量幫我安排下.下,乜而家dservice 真係差左咁多既,幾多星酒店呀,真係吳慣!頭盤我地食了龍蝦(仔)同spanner crab.無乜buffet 有龍蝦(仔)在頭盤無限量咁供應,呢度d龍蝦雖然細隻,但係d龍蝦(仔)都算新鮮彈牙爽口.Café 預先調好六七款醬汁,eg 海鮮醬,千島醬 etc, 供配頭盤,不過就無我的至愛,醋,too bad! 但係mandarin的頭盤都有醋的, 其實d海鮮尤其是蟹,配醋食就最好味喇.Spanner crab 好大隻,我地凈係食蟹身,四份一個蟹身已經好似第二d蟹成隻咁大,d蟹肉好先甜,好好味.吳使點醬已覺得好好味.花膠,應該係呢度的出名食物.呢度的花膠都幾大件,不過吳係厚身那種,不過無所謂啦,都係補既.同埋自己懶得煮的.海南雞飯,呢度的海南雞飯d雞就麻麻,梅梅地咁,不過d飯就好美味,d珍珠米就粒粒肥味,盡吸那雞湯,幾好味.眼見那些洋人一碟一碟咁食就知道係好野啦.叉燒,呢度的叉燒係蘇絲黃成日講果d,一粒肉一粒肥那種,加上那香甜的蜜糖味,都吳錯的.其實叉燒呢d如果d用料係好的話,都吳會難食得去邊的.芝士焗龍蝦,呢隻就真係開邊龍蝦,仲吳算係細隻果種.配合個芝士白汁,都吳錯.呢度食buffet d人都okay, 吳會好像搶咁.所以應該每人都食到呢隻芝士焗龍蝦的.蒸東星班,呢度d蒸東星班大大件,好厚肉,好明顯係養魚,但係都好吳錯呀,起碼啖啖肉.第二dbuffet食吳到.鮑魚仔,呢度d係用蠔油炆過的鮑魚仔,吳錯,幾美味,不過食了咁多野,我都係食了一隻咁多炸.其實我吳係咁’好’甜,所以係buffet, 甜品對我黎講吳係咁重要,不過都要食點既.煎pancake,有個師傅係度煎的,個pancake 幾彈牙,吳錯,配合有blueberry sauce 同杏仁片,幾yummy呢!栗茸mousse,呢個都吳錯,有淡淡的栗子味的mousse, 都幾幼滑.低榶低脂cheesecake,呢個其貌不揚,有點像日式cheesecake, 不過竟然好好味,軟硬適中,有淡淡的芝士香,真係吳錯呢.總的來說,呢度的食物buffet 都算高質素,喜歡龍蝦,靚蟹同花膠的就don’t miss this!…Read More
