工作忙到午餐時間都過了,餓了大半天,打算食餐好慰勞一下自己,在屯市尋尋覓覓,遠見有不少人在餐廳門外排隊,很少見下午茶時間出現這樣的光景,相信是引領我午餐的明燈,於是來會一會它。一進入餐廳,時尚的格局,卻擁有50多年的經營歷史,是一間港式風味的扒房。餐牌上羅列出不同的經典扒餐和午市套餐,餓到要死,於是點了扒餐來試試它的水準。牛柳餐,奉送餐湯、餐包、餐飲。餐包 - 經典款式,餐包暖暖的,塗上滿滿牛油,簡直開啟了我食慾的引擎。餐湯 - 羅宋湯,蔬菜十足,酸味適中,味道濃郁。牛柳 - 以傳統鐵板上,有薯條蔬菜墊底,侍應還貼心地給予紙巾,因為他要為客人的扒餐淋上醬汁,(我點了黑椒汁),果種喳喳聲和一擁而上的香氣,已經令滿足了視覺的享受。當我一切開牛柳,中間剛好5成熟,肉質軟嫩,很輕易就咬開,老人家都岩食。牛柳的大小有手掌心大,一節手指厚,一份兩塊,份量十足,每啖都是滿滿的享受。特別想講上菜速度迅速,午餐可以有足夠時間享用。屯門從此又多了間性價比很高的扒屋。…Read More

夜晚在元朗放工,諗住逛下有甚麼餐廳選擇,點知遠處傳來陣陣酸辣的香味,於是跟隨著香味走到那店的門口,抬頭一望,店名很特別,店內格都很有獨特風格,於是決定入去試試它是甚麼來頭。一看餐牌,種類都很多,主打螺螄粉,還有許多特色小食,幾乎所有食物都以辛辣香口作賣點,對於無辣不歡的我,實在合哂河車😋於是我點了嗦爸螺螄粉,追加鍋燒,小食方面實在有選擇困難,我請老闆給我推介,然後點了霹靂炸豬手、壹口炸豆腐、PaPa炸單骨雞翼,最後點了幾串炸串(麻辣雞皮、雞胗、雞軟骨、羊肉串、肥牛泡椒、肥牛芫荽),飲品點了冬瓜茶嗦爸螺螄粉(小辣)配料很足,湯底味道豐富香濃,真的用了石螺製作,螺螄粉質地夠米線煙韌,很索汁,小辣剛好增添惹味,酸荀能令人越食越開胃,炸腐竹索了湯後變成了主要的餸菜,整體不錯👍🏽鍋燒原來五花肉夾青瓜,五花肉外皮燒得很脆,夾著青瓜吃能中和五花肉的肥膩感,由於肉是沒有特別調味,略點黑醋整件事會更為可口PaPa炸單骨雞翼外皮香脆乾身,吃落香口仍保持肉汁,有啖啖的孜然味和微辣,令人要一隻接一隻地吃壹口炸豆腐老闆用了新鮮滑豆腐去炸,外脆不在話下,首先吃到香口惹味,然後吃到軟滑的口感,值得一點霹靂炸豬手可為全晚的期待,賣相已經很吸引,調味十足的外皮,內裡的骨膠原很軟糯,令人食慾大增,老闆仲要將豬手切開才去炸,進食可以更方便👍🏽炸串每串炸後都灑上惹味的香料,很有地道的風味,每樣都很出色👍🏽冬瓜茶味道不算太甜,飲落就感受到真材實料,包裝得很有文青風格服務很周到,態度有善,不會有催促的感受。…Read More

元朗收工等巴士時經過見到一間新開嘅食店,門口貼滿了林林種種嘅食物相,於是停低望望,點知越望越餓,決定一試。點餐時跟老闆聊天,他表示在元朗開將一個多月,原身是錦田樂悠悠茶座,於錦田經營了十年。原來是老字號,信心即刻返哂嚟。得老闆介紹下,最後我點了以下幾款食物。首先係花雕醉雕冷麵,雞是雞脾肉,所以很嫩滑,雞肉很入味,花雕味夠香不會太濃。冷麵上鋪滿了青瓜絲、黃瓜絲和紅蘿蔔絲,每淡都有豐富的口感,再淋上胡麻醬和冷麵汁,味道既清新又酸甜,很開胃。之後係韓式牛肉餅配餐肉煎蛋配韓式薯仔沙律。牛肉餅肉味香濃惹味帶少許甜,彈牙不會鞋口,餐肉厚切,煎蛋半生熟,尤其薯仔沙律有驚喜,不太辣,味道豐富帶甜,冰涼開胃。孜然椒鹽雞軟骨炸得夠脆,我叫了小辣,不會辣得嗆喉,加上孜然椒鹽變得更加惹味,份量仲非常多。鮮奶朱古力金磚,每件都煎得金黃,乾身唔燶,吃落仍保持鬆軟,麵包塗了沙律醬和煉奶,加上朱古力醬,簡直欲罷不能。飲品揀了凍陳皮檸檬,飲落喉嚨感到清爽舒服,不會太甜,真心推薦。另外,再點了2款凍飲,桂花雪梨茶和菊花杞子茶,每款都真材實料,夏天消暑一流。…Read More
