今日同友人去荃灣探貓,途經見到尼間小店個名好攪笑,所以就入去試下。我叫左碗麻辣象拔蚌、豬軟骨、酸菜米線中小辣,友人叫左麻辣豬紅、魚蛋、墨丸小辣米線,其實我地兩條友都算食得辣,但原來中小辣都已經好辣,比譚仔既中辣仲辣少少,個湯老實講,不夠濃郁,比較淡,但食完無好似食完譚仔咁口渴成晚,所以佢應該唔系太多味精。而佢有好多款小食選擇,我地揀左土匪雞翼同拍青瓜,雞翼即叫即焗,上枱時好熱,每隻都脹卜卜,好juicy,好味,拍青瓜都好味,不過就好少囉...佢既雞翼仲有麻辣同鹵水兩款,下次再試其他味先😋…Read More

今晚一行三人大吃一餐,我地好鐘意食麻辣火鍋,所以成日周圍去試唔同既麻辣火鍋餐廳,而本人較喜歡四川既麻辣火鍋,好似比較精緻同埋味道無咁搶。 雲長系食四川麻辣火鍋,佢有唔辣既湯底選擇,而我地因爲系嗜辣既朋友,所以叫左麻辣同芫茜皮蛋湯底,由於第一次食,唔敢去到咁盡,所以叫左中辣,中辣真系有辣味,但又未至於好辣,下次可以叫大辣。 由於諗住大食一餐,所以三條友叫左好多野食,最深刻系牛腩、極品手切肥牛、竹蔗茅根水同埋佢個麻醬。牛腩好有牛味,佢本身已熟,放落麻辣湯底煮一陣就食得,好好味,手切牛好多雪花,好食但牛味還是牛腩強啲,而佢既花生醬令我十分驚喜,多年前系北京鼎鼎香食火鍋,佢既麻醬點牛肉一流,好香好濃,但香港啲麻辣火鍋店供應的麻醬好一般,所以一直好期待可以食番鼎鼎香既麻醬,點知可以系雲長搵到,好開心😃而佢既竹蔗茅根水甜度啱啱好,又足料,讚!反而佢個即叫即炸的響鈴我覺得太油,其他各樣食物都好有水準。只系佢個通風麻麻地,食到9點時,個空氣好渾濁,加埋啲麻辣味,令到我地個個都濁到咳左幾聲。…Read More

一般的串燒,不能與南亭比美

平時都是在香港島食串燒,因為質素好一點,但因為唔想成日過海,所以特別系Openrice尋找九龍區好味的串燒,見到尼間餐廳其中一個食評說可以與最愛的南亭比美,我當然要去試一試啦﹗星期五晚上7點半去到,因為訂左枱所以有位,之後有好多客walkin都無枱了。我地叫左沙律、帶子牛肉、厚燒牛舌、燒銀鱈魚、芝士雞翼、芝士年糕同燒牛肋肉,本人好喜歡南亭的燒牛舌,因為燒得好香好有牛味,平時一個人都會叫兩串,今次我地諗住叫兩串每人一串,職員提議我地叫一串兩個人share怕兩串太漏,這個溫馨提議我是欣賞的,但串厚牛舌真系麻麻,燒得唔夠香同埋中間唔熟有血水出。好失望,沙律只系一般雜菜淋上在超市買到的芝麻醬,帶子牛肉只系普通牛肉包住粒帶子,帶子燒到無出水,還可以,燒銀鱈魚一般,芝士年糕也是失望,塊紫菜上到枱已經系林左,南亭的芝士年糕上枱時是熱辣辣紫菜是脆身的。而燒牛肋肉是職員推介的,滿心期待,味道好,但太多筋,食既時候既感覺唔多好,最好食系芝士雞翼,外皮燒到香脆,味道亦很好,本來encore左,但職員漏左落單,因為星期五太多單,如果再落要多等半小時,所以我地就決定放棄埋單走了。可能期望太高,所以出來既結果麻麻,這小店真的不能與南亭相比,只可以說是一間普通的串燒店。…Read More

今日去左尼間餐廳食lunch,坐位唔多,所以好快坐滿。門面既裝修同隔離間日式拉麵店差唔多,入面裝修亦很日式。每一位客人有一張點餐紙,所有可點的食物已在紙上,款式唔多,我點了半筋半牛肉麵、滷肉飯、皮蛋豆腐、滷肉青菜。皮蛋豆腐-第一次食到非百福豆腐的皮蛋豆腐,心裏已經欣賞,佢個豆腐系類似布包豆腐,蠻有豆香味。滷肉青菜-鐘意佢無落油滷肉飯-飯是珍珠米、滷肉都很香,不會過咸,好味半筋半牛肉麵-湯底略淡、牛筋不入味、麵是類似粗身的上海麵,比較硬身,個人不太喜歡這類麵的質,但牛肉就好好味。喜歡食辣的朋友,系尼度你唔會食到,佢既辣油是一點也不辣。而任加的酸菜不是一般你在台灣食到的,這裏的酸菜只有菜頭沒有菜葉,而且味道偏咸,不酸。…Read More

今日同幾個辣朋友去劉一手打邊爐,聽個名就聽左好耐,但一直都無去試,今日終於試到。餐廳是分兩輪的,6:30/8:30,我選擇左6:30, 因為8:30先開始實在太晏。但我地最後打到9點半都無人叫我地走。因為同食得辣既朋友去食飯,所以諗都唔諗就一定系食麻辣火鍋,仲要叫大辣!! 但因為有一個朋友啱啱病好,所以另一邊就叫左椰子雞鍋。唔知系咪又系為左遷就香港人口味,所以就算大辣都唔辣,唉﹗(不過已經好過麻神) 材枓方面,可能系因為重慶麻辣火鍋,所以所以好多內臟選擇,由於我地大部份人都唔食內臟,所以可以叫既野好limit, 佢地有海鮮,但麻辣火鍋打海鮮麻麻,所以我地又無叫,D丸又好似佳記買個D,所以我地淨系叫左九根丸,都還可以,叫左個牛肉併盤,有唔同部位既肥牛片,同牛肉粒,牛肉粒好好味,好林好有牛肉味,墨魚滑釀油炸鬼吸左D麻辣湯都好好味,另外叫左茼荀、雜菜盤、鱔片、響鈴、餃子等,但都系一般。不過,系尼度要鄭重咁同大家講,食完劉一手,你番屋企系除左要由頭到尾沖涼之外,所有跟你入去間餐廰既物品都要清潔或噴除臭劑,因為食完餐飯之後,我地5個番到屋企D 袋套西裝D褸,全部都好大朕麻辣火鍋味,久之不散。 …Read More

不令人失望的米芝蓮餐廳

今晚同友人去食飯,友人鐘意食中菜,但兩條友食中菜叫唔到啲乜,見到明閣有一人餐,所以就去試下。我地睇完全個餐牌,好多碟都想試,但散叫又叫唔到太多碟,但一人餐裏面有啲又覺得有太普通,有幾碟好想試但散叫又無得叫,一定要叫一人餐先食到,諗來諗去都決定唔到,最後侍應哥哥好好咁提議我地叫一個一人餐,再加兩至三樣散叫,嘩!咁我地就可以試到好多唔同款既食物。首先是明閣三小碟,本來對尼碟無乜期望,因為覺得只系燒味併盤,但個义燒同個豆腐都好有驚喜,銀稔醬配豆腐好特別。之後系散叫既陳醋銀雪魚,好味,啲陳醋好香好甜。再來散叫的芝士焗蟹蓋,雖然好多蟹肉,但無乜特別,食完好漏。之後食左唔記得咩名既大蝦三味,😛其實頭先點菜咁苦惱就系為左想食尼個菜,點知出尼麻麻地,個用尼浸窩粑既蝦湯唔夠熱,所以浸唔到入味,煎蝦球都好味,最後個酒釀浸玻璃蝦球個味怪怪的,我唔識欣賞。之後上既都系套餐既菜,最好味系個椰皇花膠湯,好清甜,個欖角鹹檸和牛炒飯都炒得好好,啲飯炒到一粒粒!而且啲材料配搭好特別。最後就系佢地既signature dessert甜夢仙境4款甜品各有特色,我個人最鐘意個豆腐布甸,好香黃豆味。總括尼講系一餐沒有失望的米芝蓮晚餐,環境舒適、比一般中餐廳寧靜、啲侍應哥哥好好,好有禮貌、又細心!尼餐值尼個價錢…Read More
