一向喜歡去有日式放題的食店食晚飯或慶祝節日,今次走出旺角,走出兆萬(食遍數間),去到尖沙咀區試,希望見識一吓不同區、不同價錢(連加一每位要$207),新開的一間 "西日放題"食店。- 食店環境及裝修都比較新(新開),坐位寸金尺土。- 刺身一般,水準一般。- 壽司、手卷、卷物選擇不多,水準一般,但唯一鰻魚壽司幾OK。- 焗的食物,無半小時或吹單唔到枱,但芝士焗蠔等得有價值。- 串燒要久等如上,燒軟骨唔軟(無牙力唔好試!),燒蝦D肉梅甩頭無肉(死蝦),燒羊架沒有燒烤味、沒有肉味,有D似煑熟後返焗爐返焗上色的感覺,但上面的香草芥辣醬令我落多了一次單,醬汁為食物記上一功! 另外值得讚的是燒羊架,件頭一口尺寸易食,件數沒有像其他同類食店,斬件計算又同時打折扣,一讚!- 鍋物湯底好OK,當晚叫了"地獄海鮮鍋",野味夠熱又菜多。- 辣灑煮花螺唔辣,但螺本身夠鮮甜,OK!- 甜品好OK,尤其木糠布甸(Nice!),蛋卷(Good!)。- 炒烏冬無吹單所以無到。- 沙律杯上十分好,唔介意無"料"到,但自在食新鮮菜的司一叫再叫。- 店員十分友善、有禮貌、吹單有跟進,令以上點點問題都減了不少怨氣,讚! 讚! 讚!***抱歉,可能以上會以相約的食店作"比較"來表達今次經驗。…Read More
