唔怕你唔食得辣既川菜館

呢日同幾個朋友睇完模型車已經好餓,於是就响附近搵嘢食。行到嚟呢個門口,望到有火鍋,於是大伙兒入去諗住 “拾拾下”。點知其中一個 “拾郎”坐低咗先嚟講自己作感冒… X(好彩呢度仲可以叫餸食…但係睇睇下個Menu我就開始驚…喂,川菜嚟喎,我唔係好食得辣架喎!大家睇咗5分鐘,你眼望我眼,似乎都係諗緊 “辣”既問題…有個似部長,自稱 “肥仔”既哥哥見我地啲表情都知我地諗乜,主動走埋嚟同我地講唔洗擔心,師傅習慣就客人口味,一般香港人食唔到咁辣,可以試 “少辣”,但又唔會失咗川菜個特色。我地見佢拍晒心口咁,就即管試試 “少辣”菜色。由於花多眼亂,最後都係由呢位哥哥介紹,點咗幾味招牌菜:水煮豬面青(必試)平時叫得 “水煮”一定有番咁上下辣,何況單睇面頭既辣椒就夠辣啦…戰戰兢兢咁夾件豬面青試,嘩,堅係唔辣(少少辣啫),而且醃得入味又唔會太咸,啱晒一向鍾意淡口味既我。豬面青本身好新鮮好爽口,加上少少辣確實惹味。招牌烤魚(側魚 必試)據部長哥哥講呢個招牌烤魚之所以係招牌貨,原因係在於個酸辣湯底,因為師傅係用雞骨同魚骨熬幾個鐘,跟住將烤到半熟既魚一齊上菜再滾一陣就食得。呢次我地試咗條側魚,唔試尤自可,一試真係忍唔住要讚,因為條魚真係好新鮮好甜,夾雜埋呢個酸酸地既湯,真係好醒胃,連平時唔多食魚既 “拾郎”都一路飲個湯一路話正。不過今次少辣都真係辣咗啲,如果唔食得辣又想試就記得落單時講聲唔好咁辣。尖椒爆肺片食川菜當然要試肺片啦,不過今次試既係爆,唔係冷盤。老實講,可能本身食材冇點醃,少咗辣味之後覺得淡咗啲。不過食得出食材好新鮮,可能真係要食得辣先好點呢味餸。川醬爆臘肉呢味就剛好相反。據部長哥哥話,呢啲係正宗四川臘肉,醃得好濃味,所以如果你鐘意重口味一定唔好錯過。咪以為 “臘肉”就好肥,幾乎全部都係瘦肉,唔會食肥人。麻辣水鵝腸呢晚唯一既冷盤。如果你鍾意食 “麻”,我推薦你食呢個餸。因為佢冇平時食辣椒既辣,取而代之既係一種留响口腔既 “甘甘地,涼涼地”既感覺。而且個鵝腸爽口夾彈牙,絶對冇介紹錯。杞子菊花茶唔好誤會,呢壺茶唔洗叫架,一坐底已經係飲佢。菊花茶飲得多,加杞子都係第一次,(後尾發現原來係自己大鄉里,呢個茶有清肝明目,清熱祛火既功效)大概係店家體貼客人食辣之後要降火吧。我仲見到 “煎pan”………………………………..張相!總括嚟講我覺得如果唔係好食得辣但又想食到川菜風味,呢度係一個唔錯既選擇。食物新鮮而且價錢亦算公道(貴過茶記晚飯時間少許啫。我試過同等價錢既川菜館求其得多…)。美中不足既係,個招牌…離遠望真係唔知係間食店。…Read More

必試的隱閉店家

很難解釋我對"隱家"的情有獨鍾。或許是因為當初只是路過,卻被其拉麵香氣吸引而令我留下深刻印象吧!今天剛巧要到深水埗,趕頭趕命都要食番碗呢度主打"沾麵"(雖然我唔知同其他麵有咩分別,總之好食啦),同埋只係有三款湯底俾你揀。我今次揀"赤伝"。唔好誤會,唔好見紅色以為辣味,其實係好濃郁既蕃茄湯底。(應該係用類似意式茄醬做,所以唔係一般茶記果種蕃茄湯)點菜時服務員問我個蛋要半熟定溫泉蛋(吓,乜有得揀架咩?),平時食拉麵都係半熟蛋多,咁梗係試溫泉蛋啦!由於肚餓加趕時間,麵未到就先食個蛋。蛋本身無乜味,主要都係睇佢個汁。呢個汁唔係大重味,所以冇搶走蛋味,而且加咗少許橙皮(或者係檸檬皮),幾清新架!麵嚟喇(最鍾意係佢印咗店名既紙菜)。麵同湯係分開上既,因為佢地話沾麵係要好似過橋米線咁食,即係夾麵放落湯度再食架。(有相為證)當然我有聽教,加咗啲昆布醋落湯度,真係幾好食架!個人覺得呢度可以食到日本地道拉麵風味,所以大大話話都食咗四、五次。不過呢度缺點係地方細同埋坐得唔舒服,有時仲要等好耐先有位,不過食到好嘢就抵番啦!(今次食完仲要打的番工!)…Read More

果然是不能其待"美食"的廣場店 (補回照片編)

休假最好就是閒逛,以為一個人逛餓了也不用為吃飯太傷腦筋。這天逛新世紀,想起革新了的新世紀,3樓的美食廣場升格為"Food Opera",而裡面多了許多不同口味的店(不過還不是中,日,韓),於是一心找一下有沒隠世美味...來回走了兩個圈,最終選了"濠江風情小炒皇",因為賣點是現炒,就做快餐的地方而跟你說是現做,滿以為可以其待一下...點了一客"酥炸猪扒炒河",猪扒看不到如何炸,但你可以看見師傅現炒你的河粉。這是個套餐,附送例湯及油菜。光看賣相還可以。油菜沒話說。先說例湯,看到有青蘿蔔,可想而知是青紅蘿蔔湯。喝一口已知道跟預期一樣,非常夠味(精)!再來試一下主角:酥炸猪扒看上去非常鬆脆,但吃上發現皮是硬的,應該是預先炸好再翻炸所做成的結果。(他們應看"學是學非",加些少水先翻炸就會脆番)這還不止,最災難的是,猪扒本身吃上仍吃得出雪味...即未解凍透就炸了(或是翻炸未夠)...最後是河粉,現炒這點沒話說,只是師傅似乎重手了點,或是小弟習慣吃得清淡,總覺得這個河粉也太咸了。(吃完回家要不斷喝水...)總括而言就是失望。果然美食廣場的"美食"確是不能期待。…Read More

家鄉 雞以外的新選擇

今天休假,逛到旺角時已屆午飯時間,就在山東街找上這家"烤"雞店。起初還擔心要排很久,但可能因午市人們都比較趕,全店不到半滿,一出電梯就有位。雖然知道是烤雞店,但沒想到菜牌內差不多都是烤雞…當然是不同味道的烤雞。為了方便客人,每張桌上都有一個鐘,按鐘就有服務員招呼。這次選的是"蜜糖咖喱烤雞"上菜先知原來係成隻雞咁多…這雞味道不錯,少許甜味加上咖喱香味,食落幾開胃,加上香而不辣既芥辣,算是惹味。加上烤走了很多油,所以絕不肥膩。如果先吃掉皮再吃肉,你會發現肉並不太濃味,都算幾健康。(如果你不吃雞皮的話不建議試這家店)另外試了一個"韓式炒年糕"但老實說這個炒年糕並不特別,牛肉過老,年糕也不入味兼過硬,全鍋只有底部麵條及湯汁好味,並無特式。大鄉里的我,點了一個自認為特別的特飲(好似叫Apple Rita,$88):都幾醒胃好飲。(不過中午飲酒好似過份少少)桌上提供了手套及盛骨桶,方便食客進食。美中不足既係,由入店到離開餐廳都冇主動提供開水,我旁邊的一桌客人要向服務員要開水,未夠細心。由於餐廳提供食物份量多,建議至少四人來幫襯。…Read More

值得一試的阿修羅特製拉麵

偶爾聽人說恒豐中心地庫開了一系列日式拉麵店,特地來逛逛。今次選了"阿修羅",全因圖裡的叉燒很吸引阿修羅拉麵基本上很簡單,分別在於辣、唔辣、有冇蛋、幾多叉燒,所以不怕選擇困難症發作。這次單點了小辣湯底,足料叉燒及一隻蛋($98)。小辣對於我呢啲鍾意辣味但又唔食得辣既人嚟講可以話啱啱好。猪骨湯底味道剛剛好,唔算太咸。蛋就同其他鋪味道差唔多(味付玉子都係食佢個質地架啦)。主角叉燒有陣陣炭燒味,係我以前食拉麵未試過有既,值得一讚。美中不足係瘦位比較乾,有啲難咬。整體上覺得呢個價錢算合理。除單點外,更有一人、二人前套餐,但由於小弟食量有限,未有深究套餐餐牌。題外話,由於即叫即整,全場都派部機,起菜震你去攞,唔洗企到腳軟。另外入門口俾張點菜咭你,靠佢點菜,食完靠佢埋單,唔好唔見呀!…Read More
