we ordered takeaway but the food wasnt ready at expected pickup time. The staff was super rude and impatient - refused to check for us and just kept us waiting. And he even shouted to us that since the app we used offered tiny discounts that we deserved to wait for longer???? After waiting for over 30mins in heat, we checked again. Guess what happened?!
