滷水鵝三寶，鵝腸爽滑彈牙，鵝肝味道算不錯，唯鵝肉比較乾柴，以三百元來說，份量偏少。滷水汁不算味濃。九肚魚烙，蛋少魚多（！），蛋漿不算脆，和魚肉混合起來的口感比較軟。個人認為這種質感較一般蠔仔餅好吃。乾貝春菜煲，春菜很腍，亦被高湯浸走大部分菜味。很普通。咸菜胡椒浸台山蠔，比較特色的菜式。很重胡椒味（類似胡椒豬肚雞湯），咸菜不太咸，蠔有一點點腥（有些人會覺得這是鮮味）。味道還是不錯的。反沙芋頭，據說很巧功夫。由相片來說，功夫應該合格。有很清晰的芋頭味和糖衣味，不過個人不太懂得欣賞這道菜。埋單三個人1078元。總括，比一般集團式餐廳明顯較好（價錢相若），不過味道不算有驚喜。如果你吃飯旨在欣賞菜式，而不在於吃飽暖身，那麼可以試試海鮮款式（涷蟹、各種魚類），手工菜等，或許會帶來驚喜。…Read More

今日偶然經過這餐廳，叫了一個腩仔蓮藕飯和一個黑毛豬肉眼扒餐。首先來的是腩仔蓮藕飯，腩仔不肥不瘦，蓮藕入味，茨汁一流，只售39元，還包飲品，真是超值！黑毛豬扒有兩大塊，一點也不硬，很脆口，味道不錯。伴菜的薯條就十份可口。送羅宋湯和飲品，但仍覺得貴一點。會再去和試不同的食物。…Read More

Today I went to Slices Pizzeria for tea. I always want to try Bellini because of it stands out itself in North Point. I finally have a chance to try it on New Year's Eve with my family.We ordered a Christmas set dinner and other dishes in the menu. The starter was cold assorted seafood including oyster, prawn and spiral shell. Next comes salmon, palma ham and cheese tomato. I think that the most delicious is the grilled rib-eye steak. It has a rich fabulous taste and it is extremely soft. The gravy sauce was also excellent. I strongly recommend this restaurant because it is not expensive and the tastes of the food are fabulous.
