香港既上海菜餐廳食過唔少,但講到正宗既上海餛飩,我都仲係會諗起上海弄堂。今日收工之後同男朋友黎到歌賦街搵食,再次比呢間精緻既餐廳吸引,隔咗幾個月再食,等我睇下有冇保持到一貫既水準先。糖醋魚塊侍應姐姐好貼心咁先上左糖醋魚塊,味道酸甜醒胃,而且魚塊大大舊,啖啖肉,好適合作為第一道菜。西洋菜餛飩(季節限定)終於輪到主角餛飩出場,姐姐話西洋菜餛飩係季節性限定,其他日子冇得食架,我50胃又點會錯過呢個機會。餛飩皮好滑,浸係鮮甜既湯汁入面,食落去鮮嫩多汁,好好味。原本以為8隻餛飩都幾多,但食完發覺都唔夠喉。菜飯平時出街食得比較少菜,最後叫左個菜飯。但係相對餛飩,菜飯就冇乜特別,同男朋友一人一半啦!埋單一共二百幾蚊,兩餸一飯,食得好飽好滿足,下次會再幫襯。…Read More

冬天凍冰冰最啱就係打邊爐。記得上次嘅一鍋堂體驗非常好,所以今次再食多次。原來佢地嘅LUNCH係有一人60分鐘午餐,半放題方式出面有啲熟食、菜、丸同野飲可以任食!而且價野好平,食一個餐都係70蚊左右,真係好抵食!!我50胃出名大食,所以都係選咗90分鐘嘅午餐放題。今次我地就叫咗豬肚湯同沙嗲湯,一如以住個湯底都係咁足料,而沙嗲湯味濃加埋啲竹苼食根本就是一絕。佢既火鍋醬料都算多選擇,仲有我最鐘意既柚子醋,加埋多茜同多蒜好正,口臭都要食了。介紹返啲食物先,係煮食方面我就特別推介黃金炸魚皮同埋牛腩。啲魚皮係啱啱炸好!卜卜脆加埋好嘅蛋黃係個面,好鬼好食。牛腩就好入味但又唔會好淋有口感,我自己都食咗2碟!打邊爐又點少得牛肉,我比較喜歡封門柳同埋安格斯牛肉。我地只係叫B餐唔係最貴,但D肉都非常高質肉味濃,口感都相當好。另外加左每位20蚊要海鮮,最欣賞係d蜆,新鮮無沙,鮮甜又大隻,抵食既。飲品方面好多選擇,偶爾愛好健康既我次次黎都係飲薄荷烏龍茶,好清新解膩既感覺。而且仲有芝麻雪糕食,佢質地比較杰身,比較似Sorbet, 好香濃既芝麻味又不太甜,推介的。總括一鍋堂係火鍋連鎖中一個好唔錯既選擇尤其係荃灣店翻新左之後,坐得好舒服。…Read More

MK既高質西餐唔多,仲要係黃既少之又之,仲要係要坐得好舒服既,我諗LAB EAT算係不二之選。餐廳大既好處係方便搵位,就算星期日繁忙時間黎都唔洗驚!我係對上個星期六既lunch time去食既,咦,原來都唔係唔洗驚架喎。雖然個場真係好大,但已經坐左8成滿,令本人既期待指數標升!見個lunch set都幾抵幾多野食咁,所以立即去馬!講下野食先:頭盤方面我要左餐湯 - 南瓜湯南瓜湯很creamy,雖然好清楚嗒到南瓜既味道又有南瓜蓉,但都唔會影響到順滑感,不錯主菜 - 炭燒美國安格斯牛肉眼扒配薯條我睇完蘇樺偉套戲,套戲入面蘇媽話樺仔食牛生肌肉先拎金牌。為左響應蘇媽,我都要食返下牛。牛扒既水準幾好,叫medium無多無少,肉質嫩多汁,完全無筋,而且肉味香濃,點mustard 原汁原味。廚師應該有焗一陣,所以個面好香脆。伴碟既露荀以海鹽調味,都好鮮嫩。薯角上到碟已經唔脆,不過都唔錯。我媽叫既海鱸魚都好好食!尤其欣賞佢個sauce, 帶點酸,好清新。薯菜 - 炒野菌加30蚊有咁大碟,有磨菇草菇,調味適中,香味濃郁而且爽口,不錯。甜品 - 有機豆乳忌廉芝士布甸幾特別既甜品,欣賞佢唔會過甜,濃濃既豆乳搭配芝士既咸香。口感不是布甸,比較似厚身既mousse, 都幾好,撈埋d好香口既曲奇脆脆就好快食完。總結是理想的一餐。…Read More

阿叔泰貴為元朗其中一間最好食既黃店,一直是本人喜愛既餐廳,食船麵是無誤的。我次次黎都係叫豬肉船麵,每次叫唔同麵底,唔會食厭。個湯底係不得了地好食,牛味勁重,嗒落陣陣藥材味,忍唔住率先飲左好多湯😂唔係講笑,真心好飲金邊粉都真係幾夾,冇河粉咁滑,但比較健康。飲完原汁原味既湯,就會響應4大配料,缺一不可,去加甜酸苦辣4個元素落去個湯度。鋪頭會提供白醋、砂糖、辣椒粉、魚露。個人黎講就鐘意酸辣,咁我咪落多d白醋同辣椒粉,落完勁開胃。不得不提佢既豬肉片同豬肉丸都係好食。豬肉片係偏瘦,所以唔係油花香個種,但就好重豬味。豬肉丸都好彈牙香濃,想食多幾粒。而留到最後講既炸豬皮更加係邪物,沾少少湯,好食!我飲左唔少湯,但都完全唔會口渴,因為完全冇味精。飲品方面必須叫香茅菠蘿特飲,比例剛好,是真菠蘿既甜,好好飲。另外佢既裝修幾有泰國風味總結真心推介佢既船麵,黎到必叫😍不過除此之外都有其他選擇架…Read More

來HARA竟然沒有打卡

HARA我食過幾次,因為係一間pet-friendly既餐廳,次次都同埋狗狗黎食,門口打卡位無論for人定for狗都係一流。今次同媽咪食的,所以同長輩就免了打卡位(設計對白:呀女呀,我唔知有冇影到呀😂),所以還是專心享受野食吧~去相:鮮活紐西蘭托托蜆 - 配香茅椰汁($138)托托蜆size巨型,鮮味爆發,隨蜆附送bb蟹在殼內(陰公),新鮮就是咁簡單。煮法方面都有3種選擇,呢款是清香帶點creamy既感覺,欣賞佢既調味同烹調中和左海水既咸味,要知道鮮味同腎虧咸只是一線之差呢。。香烤鴨肝配燒菠蘿 ($88)賣相都贏了,鴨肝微帶焦糖色,烤得脆身,配上新鮮沙律菜同燒菠蘿,中和點油膩感。睡蟹意大利飯 ($208)HARA的signature菜式,似乎是必叫的。發現今次不是以蟹蓋作擺盤 ,而是碟上,有點失望。但味道依然好,每啖混和蟹羔同三文魚子,很鮮味很creamy。意大粉飯熟度剛好,口感實足。伊比利亞黑毛豬T骨扒 ($228)睇相就是好食吧,生熟程度岩岩好,粉嫩既肉再加微脆既外皮,一啖放落口,肉質爽口,油香爆發,超級滿足。點埋佢個汁都好正,撈上大量蔥同蘿蔔蓉,生色不少。煎芝士蛋糕配海鹽焦糖汁 ($68)外層像是酥片,内層是煎得微暖帶點融化感既芝士蛋糕,配上水果同海鹽焦糖醬,不會太甜,喜歡。總括HARA既A LA Carte水準不錯,服務水平好,環境氣氛適合三五知己把酒談心,推介。…Read More

一向都唔好京菜(註:還是抗拒不了北京填鴨)既我焗住去朋友飯局,結論都係唔好京菜。我表示粵菜先係世界級。先講講個茶,茶錢15蚊一位,菊花清香叫對得住價錢。菜式方面比較ok到既菜式係魚香茄子,佢係比較新派既造法,茄子唔多,主要青椒木耳絲,食落酸酸甜甜,幾有口感,但略嫌油膩。酸菜魚既魚係新鮮,魚好滑唔多骨,湯底較為清淡,如果再酸d更好。順帶一提d粉條係好食的,但花左唔少時間搵。北京填鴨都係唔錯,都燒得幾香,但鴨皮略嫌唔夠騷脆。不過包埋春餅加乾蔥青瓜點醬就可以了。218蚊半隻黎講算唔錯。最後全晚最滿意係炸芝麻湯丸,好香口,芝麻味好香濃。總結京菜係重味偏油,適合重口味人士。…Read More

焫焫焫焫焫焫著,校長燒肉快啲約!(此乃男友創作之標題,與本人立場無關)身邊不少男士(包括本人男友)都係校長燒肉既粉絲。佢最近成功爭取左我第二次陪佢黎食。佢表示上次2個鐘都食唔哂啲野。所以佢今次調整策略邊燒肉邊打邊爐再覆桌咁話喎😯今次去發現熟食比上次多咗,仲多咗熱狗腸同點心😇點心種類都幾多:蝦餃,金錢肚,燒賣等等。係放題有點心食就真係小有,味道就正正常常,帶埋爺爺嫲嫲黎食就啱哂👍🏻不過呢除左第一轉見到有熱門既蝦餃燒賣金錢肚,跟住就冇再出過,要食就要去搶喇😂燒肉櫃區多野食,雞牛豬基本啦。淨係雞翼都有三種,比較鐘意土匪雞翼。仲有我最鐘意既多春魚,我鐘意呢度燒野會鋪張油紙,冇咁容易痴底,少有地煎到唔係五馬分屍既多春魚。另外仲有魷魚雞軟骨台灣腸金沙骨叉燒....真係勁多選擇。肉類我最中意食牛五花,呢味野就好難伏,肥肥地有油香點埋燒肉豉油食真係唔錯。前面提及到喺燒肉既同時可以打埋邊爐,咁就唔洗係度等!湯底方面有就款,可以用鴛鴦鍋,本人就食咗壽喜燒同埋四川麻辣鍋,二個都幾好。打邊爐可以整啲粟米、菜、丸類、肉等等。咁就唔洗驚燒肉期間會餓啦😂呢度仲有個刺身櫃,帶子、三文魚、甜蝦好多種類都帶!食得出幾鮮甜,融雪做得幾好,值得一讚。食到飽飽,仲有一大個甜品櫃,推介伯爵茶涼粉,茶香足,唔會太甜。另外仲有好多款雪糕雪條,蜜瓜雪糕好食就好多人都知。有隻唔起眼既榴連雪條原來幾重榴連味,不過食落都有d甜,但係幾好食既。另外仲有朱古力沙冰,幾香濃的,好食。以呢個價錢黎講,提供到咁多食物選擇。如果多人食都幾好,起碼個個都岩食,推介的。…Read More
