作為半工讀的我,放學都已經十二點鐘。去到間舖...真係估唔到地好多人會在舖入便食。初期諗住都冇位...但係老板好好人咁安排左個位畀我~~所以都唔洗點等就有得食...........入到去...一個人又好想食好多野...咁都算啦~~本住食得幸福的心態,就叫左好多野食..「三色糕點」、「朱古力雪糕批」同埋「心太軟伴雲呢拿雪糕」1. 三色糕點:三色糕點 分別為 「紅豆糕」、「椰汁馬豆糕」、「芝麻糕」食之前都諗住一般...但係估唔到三款都幾有特色~~~見到芝麻糕...成個都灰灰黑黑...都覺得一般...但係食落去...真係估唔到好有芝麻香...我自己本身對芝麻的香都唔太喜好..但係食落去好順,好易接受。椰汁馬豆糕都好好食..因為本人都幾驚椰汁馬豆糕的馬豆太搶...但係都幾唔錯...馬豆同椰汁的味道都幾配合...唔錯...同埋個味道都唔HEAVY..紅豆糕.就...比較濃味左D...因為佢係用紅豆沙去整...所以個味道都幾重...同埋都會有少少的陳皮會食到..不過...有時會因為陳皮的問題..會好易搞到下一啖的紅豆糕都會仲有一D陳皮味..2. 朱古力雪糕批..其實本人對於雪糕批都唔係超級沉迷,但係對於呢D凍野的甜食都OK...其實食落去都幾好食..有朱古力味..整體都有幾好的分數...不過唯獨係因為個批底的問題...最後問一問個老細...原來佢原意係唔諗住食個批底...不過...其實佢都幾好...因為佢會話宜家都會改善...其實佢都會迎合其他人的口味會改一改個批底...等唔會太過覺得油份比較重..但係佢都會放入一些生果令到件事都唔會太過HEAVY... 但係若果個朱古力醬可以無咁甜..或者加少少苦味會幾好...3. 心太軟配雪呢拿雪糕心太軟其實好多地方都會有得食,但係其實都會偏甜。不過,對於我黎講要配雪糕的話,我個人都會鐘意偏甘同苦的心太軟。最起碼唔係砂糖的死甜。而呢一間都會覺得唔係死甜,佢會嘗試用輕甜食的概念去做。在食落去都會有一些個焗心太軟的焗味,朱古力味都係偏向唔太甜。加入雪糕都可以平衡到...係一個普通水準之選。不過佢有樣野都幾唔錯有得去揀唔同的雪糕作伴..同埋明顯係新鮮即整...我諗其實呢間舖頭都幾好...因為起碼佢會去嘗試去帶出材料本身的甜,而唔係單單依靠糖粉或者白砂糖的甜味...我個人都比較鐘意...同埋其實你食幾多都唔會覺得好膩...有人會覺得若果我一日內咁食會好濟...但係講真..我食完之後,都會覺得好飽足得黎唔會好膩......其實在寫呢篇野的時間候有去食佢其他的野..都幾值得翻炒去食.....講好食...我可以話唔係最好食,但係會讓你覺得唔錯同埋想去繼續食LAW..呢個真係我自己的諗法...唔好意思。因為本人比較唔會去食野前影相,所以未能POST相...…Read More
