麗晶自助餐強勢回歸了,他的晚餐真難等位。-月上綱才可等到三月的晚上時段,所以祗得先試試他們的午市自助餐。他們有free flow酒精飲料,$268便有紅、白酒及氣泡酒。如果要香檳就得要$438了。先來吃些沙律菜,他有好幾款調好味的沙律及很新鮮的蔬菜給你自行配搭。再來是凍海鮮,那麵包蟹的蟹膏非常飽滿,凍蟹腳及凍蝦就正常鮮味😋跟著吃刺身及壽司,午餐是沒有toro的,祇得赤身。但是質素亦都很好。非常美味good good👍👍轉熱食前先來一些餐湯,西式是栗子湯。中式是普通老火湯。但是他的溫度很合適。午餐祇得燒牛肉及燒豬腩肉。但是質素亦都很高。其他熱食也很味美。咖哩味也濃厚帶辣味。也有海南雞飯。他們的份量不太大,以使我們可品嚐多些花款。甜點多得很,雪糕是自家製的。各種味道也很好吃😋那跟餐的餐茶是用很大的水壺,真是驚喜呀。總括來說,午餐亦很好吃,用AE咭還有85折扣。真是抵食呀👍👍👍…Read More

今日一行五個人到充滿古典氣息的半島酒店中菜部-嘉麟樓享用美味的點心午餐。服務員安排坐位給我們安頓後便上一客琥珀合桃那合桃很是鬆脆美味,不會太過甜而奪去合桃的原本味道跟著便開始美食之旅⋯⋯第一樣是咸水角,味道豐滿但係皮就淋了一點。跟著是很好吃的芋角🥰它是外脆內軟而且是滿滿的芋頭香味,真的Very Good 呀再來是鮑魚撻。真係份量及品質十足,面頭還有金箔,那撻皮是西式帶牛油🧈香味。再來是很矜貴的紅蝦小籠飽,可惜上菜後發覺不太熱,所以找服務員跟進。其後部長立刻通知廚房再做一客,還親身拿回新一客熱噴噴的紅蝦小籠飽。這就是五星級的酒店服務👍👍再上就係叉燒主角,分別是叉燒飽,半肥瘦叉燒全份及叉燒酥。飽是正常好的。叉燒酥就失色了😔而那份叉燒就拿99分,肉質是很好的,只係味道輕了些。其後的和牛餐飽反而味道過濃郁了,而飽身也是較西式口味。最後是焗蟹蓋,它不是西式焗法,不帶洋蔥及忌廉的濃味,反而是中式全統一絲絲滿滿的蟹肉。好吃得不得了呀😗👋🏻這麼豐富的午餐令我們吃不落甜品了😁…Read More
