舊朋友約食飯~ 佢揀左呢間點都諗唔到佢會揀既餐廳~原本BOOK左8點~ 但因為有幸早左放工~ 我地早左40分鐘到~ 希望佢比我地入...點知一入到去~ 只得3-4檯人~ 人少少~ 仲有大把位... 佢好快就比我地入去~呢短短分幾鐘~ 不斷聞到好香既煎肉味~ 開始覺得肚餓~ 行入去時~ 旁邊有Salad Bar 仲有 Dessert添~坐低後~ Waiter 比Menu我地揀野食~ 仲表示~ 我地依家先揀Main Dish 之後可以出去拎野食~ 本人食得唔多~ 朋友就提議我Order Salmon 同Scallop~ 而佢就叫左西冷扒~Waiter叫我地一陣食完前菜叫佢地~ 佢地先再上Main Course比我地~ 佢個SALAD BAR 野食唔算多~ 但見D野都算新鮮~同時Waiter仲烘左蒜蓉包比我地~ 佢仲有個鵝肝醬搽~ 超好味~ 我地叫WAITER可以上菜~ 時間岩岩好~ 食完前菜傾幾句就到了~ 先講我個個3文魚+帶子~ 魚好好味~ 裡面好JUICY~一D都唔DRY~ 好怕D煎魚煎到乾柴咁~ 呢個JUICY 3文魚襯返個白汁~ VERY NICE~跟住就係朋友既西冷牛扒喇~ 佢呢個好得意~ 係石頭上面燒~ 佢D扒完全冇醃~ 只係會比一枝鹽同胡椒~好熱既石頭~ 就好似鐵板燒咁~ 好香好香~
但有一樣野同鐵板唔同~ 就係佢一路一路煎~ 我地要將佢由個石頭拎走~ 搵個碟擺~ 如果唔係就會OVER COOK了~食完MAIN DISH~ 你仲可以出返去SALAD BAR 旁邊拎甜點~ 佢有自助BAR有甜品~ 有湯~ 有芝士~ 有冷盤~ 有包~唔算多~ 但應該有既都有~慢慢食~ 傾下計~ 絕對係一個非常好既地方~…Read More
