上星期約個 friend 去旺角睇戲,睇之前去醫定肚先,朋友話一直都好想食 Bigpack,咁好啦,就試吓啦!上到去時間尚早,無咩人,其實晚市個爐都未開,坐著先,睇定個 menu 亦可以預先叫定啲嘢。同朋友就叫咗個(大)嘅 Goulash(匈牙利牛肉湯),有麵包配埋上。先講麵包,幾好食,夠香脆、夠熱亦夠軟熟,麵粉香都夠,唔錯!至於 Goulash,同以前飲開嘅唔同,辣椒味比較強;另外個湯都幾足料。主菜方面,余點咗味餐廳本身推介嘅巴伐利亞傳統牛肉卷配紅菜、薯蓉,呢個菜應該係技術含量較高,入面釀咗煙肉、洋蔥之類,醬汁較濃,不過有紅菜同薯蓉平衡。呢個菜係食肉獸必點,而且份量多,幾抵食。朋友就點咗個巴伐利亞烤雞,無咩油,而且夠香脆,朋友稱讚話肉夠多,唔似得出而食嘅咁少肉,都係抵食之選。…Read More

同好朋友到百幾年老字號嘅攪笑晚膳。

今晚同一位難得一聚嘅好朋友約出嚟晚膳,當然都想食好啲啦,太平館餐廳由 1860 年經營至今,係難得嘅老字號,余相信能夠經營一個又一個世紀一定有佢值得之處,所以就同好朋友前來進膳。嚟到現場,其實睇落又同其他西餐廳好唔同,感覺唔係好「西」,當然佢有炒牛河呢樣嘢本身已經好唔西啦,反而好「港」,不過呢種「本土性」余絕對無限支持!西中有中,中中有西,對香港文化多元性嘅堅持就係我哋香港人嘅核心價值之一。(咁即係核心嘅外圍定內圍?)其實本身都有心理準備要等位,不過好在都係10分鐘內就有位,之後前台店員拎咗 menu 比我哋睇,我同好朋友最興致勃勃嘅唔係睇有咩食,而係睇有關呢間老字號嘅歷史同有關「瑞士汁」嘅故事,了不起亦有趣。之後坐低叫嘢食,朋友點咗瑞士汁牛河,而余就點咗岑味牛脷。本身對牛脷有偏愛,加上個雞肝汁好夠味又同個牛脷夾倒,俺會比高分,當然惟一嘅不足係無得跟餐,如果跟餐可以跟麵包/飯/意粉/什菜同上就更好,因為個汁真係好正,而且仲要係多汁,撈飯啱用。當然,西餐都唔一定係美式鐵板大堆頭嘅...瑞士汁牛河,瑞士汁炒牛河,個人對瑞士汁無咩認識,不過汁、粉、肉都 ok 所以總嘅嚟講都係 ok,不過樣樣嘢都 ok 嘅同時,即係都好穩陣啦,而通常穩陣嘅嘢都同驚喜無緣。可能碟牛河份量足啦,所以好朋友食唔哂,正好余仲未飽所以食埋佢未食嗰半就啱啱好,就食物水準嚟講,余同好朋友都大致滿意,而且見其他食客點嘅菜色都似乎幾吸引,所以都認為有返兜呢度嘅可能性。…Read More

尋日廿七號一個人食飯,近近哋周圍 hea 搵食,行行吓嚟到 AHC 呢度。其實一開始無話諗著食呢間,所以都係靠伙計介紹有咩好食,是咁的,佢個 lunch set 有兩類,一類係 $48 中式,一類係 $62 阿拉伯式。難得有阿拉伯菜食就緊係叫阿拉伯式 lunch set 啦!個叫法就係 main dish + 頭盤 or soup or drinks,比大家睇吓個 menu 先!都幾多選擇,食一兩次絕對試唔哂啲嘢。善用空間,有哂圖文解釋,降低叫錯嘢食風險。再望吓出面個景,都幾開揚,食嘢心情自然靚!卒之叫咗個4號餐:蕃茄醬羊肉腸配白里安尼飯,再加個阿拉伯奶茶,不過就出咗少少意外,伙計比咗雞扒我,不過余用刀郁過吓件雞扒,所以都試倒少少個汁嘅味道,幾香幾惹味,亦比咗心理準備自己知道阿拉伯菜口味偏向大致如何了。等緊自己原本嗰碟時都留意倒張檯布,圖案好靚,如果佢呢度包賣埋檯布,我都有興趣問吓價。好喇,等咗陣,終於到我嘅蕃茄醬羊肉腸配白里安尼飯,個飯口感幾得意,而且好夠香料味,剩食飯都無問題。至於個羊肉腸,肉汁都好夠,用把刀壓落去時會見們肉汁滲出,當然羊肉味都夠,但唔羶喎,怕羶嘅朋友放心食啦!最後係個早早嚟到嘅阿拉伯奶茶,可能飲慣港式奶茶,要有茶澀味先夠 feel,呢度嘅阿拉伯奶茶茶味係夠,不過無咗港式澀味,反而突出咗奶味,不過整體感覺就比港式奶茶「輕身」,論 texture 比港式更加「茶」又無咁「奶」。食完,拎著張卷打九折,樓下有得派。總嘅嚟講都唔錯啦,係落單有少少甩,不過 services 大致上都幾好,講解清晰,小店可以 serve 得貼身少少,印象都 ok,所以今日又拉咗個同事一齊去食。今日廿八號就叫咗個3號 set:什菜醬羊肉粒,相比起蕃茄醬羊肉腸,更偏重肉同汁之間嘅交流,令成件事更歸一,呢個醬汁比較稀(但香料味十足,所以有微辣),唔知餐廳方面會唔會考慮將之發展成一味什菜羊肉(凍)湯,如果會嘅都可以試吓。飲品方面就叫咗個肉桂紅茶,真係成片肉桂放落嚟,靠塊肉桂吊起茶味,清清哋,好唔好味就好難講,因為對品茶無咩認識,不過余認為不妨一試。其實余本身都想試吓阿拉伯甜點,不過真係食唔倒咁多嘢,所以又要等第三次去食,到時先再食甜品順便補返什菜醬羊肉粒同肉桂紅茶嘅圖啦。…Read More

其實本身都嚟過兩次,不過到上個星期食完之後拖到今日先寫食評,無計,懶之過。話說第一次嚟食已經係上年十一月二十號,當時通脹已經開始升溫,想搵啲又平又好食又地段方便嘅餐廳食吓開心吓,就揀咗呢間,當時上嚟 Openrice 呢度睇其實都係搏吓,點知食落又正喎!$38 嘅套餐,有湯、有前菜春卷、餅、飯、主菜咖哩羊仲有餐飲。論陣容、論份量都唔失禮,最衰第一次去事隔太耐,當時又無習慣寫食評,所以記憶散失哂。比如話呢個餐湯,余已經唔記得咩味道。不過余肯事隔大半年 encore 證明當時印象都好好,如果要講印象最深刻最強烈,一定係 Momo 個醬汁,都真係幾香辣,不過又有少少清新感覺,好得意。個餃本身就咁食都已經好食又夠料。到上個星期喇,又再次有機會同另一位朋友嚟呢度食,不過呢次余就記得個湯係咩味,如果余無飲錯就應該係雞湯,有紅蘿蔔絲,湯本身個質感其實都算幾清,不過口味就相當適中,啱啱好。前菜照舊都係春卷,正!夠香脆!如果再乾身少少,少啲油就完美。主菜揀咗食咖哩牛;呢度嘅咖哩口味上算係入門級,香甜帶少辣,啱香港人口味,呢次坐响余身後張大檯就有一個地道香港家庭。比較可惜係呢次無再叫 Momo,不過都驚食唔哂,唔緊要,去埋第三次補返數!…Read More

呢日因為 somehow 一啲原因啦,要下晝好趕咁去觀塘,攪掂啲事後就是但搵啲嘢食醫肚,咁啱去嗰棟商廈樓下都幾多嘢食,見自己上一篇食評都係食薄餅,咁一於再食薄餅啦。見倒呢間有 set 又唔貴,要咗個薄餅2魚,比大家睇睇個 set 先。同BILLY兄唔同,我配咗薯蓉。BILLY兄上次已經介紹過個餅嘅內容,余唔再重複喇。不過余好難評其優劣,因為成個餅,除咗三文魚嘅鹹味之外,余都無咩印象,整體未見突出,不過不失咁啦,$26 成個 set 余覺得不宜太苛求。至於個湯,算啦,預咗係罐頭湯,講真,$26 一個 set,以目前 CPI 咁高,賺得嗰少少...算啦。而且正如BILLY所講,都夠湯料嘅,不過事實都仲係...罐頭湯!XD至於薯蓉,都係咁啦,無咩特別,最衰自己膛餓掛著食無特別影多張相比大家睇,不過余覺得個肉醬個味同 texture ok,如果落多啲就好啦。總體而論,普通,$26 一個 set 以目前 CPI 唔好要求咁多,余寫呢篇食評時亦極力避免同上一篇嗰間薄餅店作直接比較。…Read More

五月最後一日,放工之後又要返學,放學就快快手手去醫肚喇。行返落紅磡睇吓有咩好食,經過蕪湖街見倒有間「京滬一品牛肉館」,標榜食中國清真菜,都係食啲牛牛羊羊之類啦,咁余 ok 嘅,由其是見佢好似都對自家嘅「爆汁牛/羊肉餅」頗為自信,就入去一試啦,叫咗「兩牛一羊」:兩件牛肉餅 + 一件羊肉餅,右下方深色少少嗰件就係羊肉餅。個人當晚就其實好攰,味覺唔多靈敏,所以覺得啲嘢有少少淡口。不過話又說回來喇,其實爆汁牛肉餅同羊肉餅煎得幾香口,外層夠脆,而且餡料都多,啲汁堅係會流出同爆出嚟,所以余覺得大家可以一試。其實呢間嘢仲有其他嘢食,主要都係京菜同上海菜,相信嚟緊都仲有機會食吓其他嘢。呢間店強調自己所選肉食都係 Halal(即係屠宰牲畜前係先頌經再用放血方式等隻動物流血流死),亦不忘出示名人食客相片合照,幾識做生意。希望下次再有機會食呢間店後會出倒篇高質素少少嘅食評比大家睇啦,呢次真係有少少散亂,要改善!…Read More

其實都已經係第二次嚟食架喇。第一次食就係二月嗰陣,第一次食俄羅斯/烏克蘭菜,都係食入門名菜:紅菜湯、俄羅斯燴牛柳絲、基輔雞,而呢兩道菜都配上甜醃菜。兩餸一湯看似簡單,但都食得我哋好飽。正式東歐嘅紅菜湯其實係唔辣而且口味係濃郁而含蓄;佢紅,唔係因為蕃茄而係因為紅菜頭。牛柳有啲啲「鞋」不過肉味好夠,同個汁平衡倒,由於口味比較濃,宣配以伴碟嘅甜菜、薯蓉同食。基輔雞雖然係炸物但食落都唔會好油好 heavy,伴碟嘅 cream 點雞食唔錯架。伴碟方面,甜醃菜清新之餘,薯蓉唔知佢用咩方法整,食落好似一粒粒小薯珠咁,幾得意架,又唔會一 pat 嘢咁杰撻撻,就咁齋食都正。當晚涼涼哋食完個人都暖返哂。^^由於第一次食完感覺良好,所以一早都知會有第二次,呢次就點多咗嘢食:格魯吉亞辣肉片湯、烏克蘭三文魚湯、芝士燴牛脷盅、焗蘋果鴨胸、烏克蘭燒豬腿、牛羊炒飯同埋就咁薯蓉。先講講兩個湯先,其實應該三文魚湯較佳:大大舊方型切件三文魚、有三文魚嘅咸香、魚味好正。個人主觀係鍾意辣肉片湯多啲,雖然講唔上話好特別,不過少少酸少少甜少少辣幾醒胃,作為餐前飲品余覺得 ok 喎。之後個芝士燴牛脷盅太正喇!個人本身係鍾意食牛脷,呢度無令余失望,牛脷都仲係咁爽、彈、嫰滑。最正係個汁,頂層啲酥皮盛著啲肉同汁食真係無話可說!啲汁勁滑勁有牛味,余係啲酥皮食哂之後忍唔著吞埋啲汁!之後係焗蘋果鴨胸,相比之下其實呢個菜都唔差,不過可能余少食以蘋果入饌嘅菜式,唔太 feel 倒蘋果個作用。反而蘑菰同薯仔似乎同個汁更為一體化,係成個菜嚟講發揮倒更大作用,蘋果就似乎做咗配角。再嚟就犀利喇,大大隻烏克蘭燒豬腿!當然大家有眼見唔係成條腿上啦,不過只係計佢切落嚟嘅部份已頗為驚人。其實佢肉味十足但汁唔太夠用(個汁香料味好足,多啲汁就好喇。),可能因為咁食落有啲 dry & heavy,如果甜醃菜同醬汁比例多啲,肉比例少啲會更啱余。最後叫咗個牛羊炒飯,相信東方人初食東歐菜會好易適應倒呢個炒飯,一樣有香料味,而且食落個質感都好似我哋東方人嘅炒飯,我哋一呢次一行三人仲叫咗份薯蓉,食完真係飽到呢...值得一讚係老闆服務:反應快、熱心負責,余走時賴低袋嘢,老闆打幾次唔通都仲 keep 著打嚟希望通知倒我哋拎返袋嘢。同埋老闆有時講嘢都幾好笑,咩事就唔講喇,haha,睇吓幾時再嚟食吓先:p…Read More
