好耐無食過咁難食嘅餐廳

好耐未試過食到咁難食嘅餐廳唔明點解食物放上枱唔夠5分鐘 連暖都唔算 直程凍 令人懷疑佢入面有冇廚房係有開爐嘅?定係純粹加熱預製菜? 不過預製菜其實都有好味 但呢間好明顯唔係。先講青咖喱 稀到無咩味..全部嘢都好似恰完加入去咁;沙嗲雞肉串,雞肉勁嚡,沙嗲汁都可以稀同無咩味其實都係第一次見;冬陰功湯似蕃茄湯,同埋我真係唔明點解湯連鍋上都可以唔係熱,我朋友飲完一啖用手摸一換個鍋 竟然都唔熱🙃 之後金邊粉仲離譜 啲金邊粉係碎嘅 食落仲有浸奇怪既膠味。同埋可能為咗似泰國菜啲 好多樣餸都加咗三隻解凍完烚咗嘅蝦放喺幾道菜上面 係冇味嘅 其實睇到就已經知咩事 好失望唯一可以接受嘅 就係啲嘢飲係正常,但係嘢食真係一樣都唔得,去到發現餐廳有一邊係俾人玩滑水嘅 所以環境方面相對亦都比較嘈 所以講嘢大家都要好大聲 如果想朋友之間靜靜傾偈 就唔建議呢間餐廳,除非去玩滑水。最後食咗啲咁嘅嘢 埋單 千一 真係史上最伏 食到咁嘅質素 就冇特別影食物相 同朋友們一致認為 食老麥好n倍 但諗諗吓覺得應該要提醒大家慎選 …Read More

雖然在香港炒雪糕早已不是什麼新甜品,但可能是因為我孩童時嘗過一次炒雪糕,雖不記得那是在哪間店買的,但記憶中那炒雪糕的味道是令人難人忘懷的……難吃。因此我一直沒有再嘗過此品。 今天,我回家時恰巧經過Holly Brown, 可能是因為很久沒有吃雪糕的關係,而且我知道Holly Brown的炒雪糕也蠻有名氣的,所以我便抱著"必死"的決心 走進Holly Brown,挑戰我那童年陰影,看看這次仍是一場惡夢,還是一場美夢。 我站在menu前考慮良久,最終我叫了一客Large Berry Overload, 為何叫Large? 抵囉!! Small 和Large的價錢只差$4,so..... 下單了,不一會兒,店員就開始炒配料,草莓粒,紅莓粒,藍莓,接著是加入草莓雪糕繼續炒,我在櫃前看著炒雪糕的過程,仍如小時候一樣覺得此過程饒有趣味,只是此時我心想著如果這次炒雪糕的味道還是令我失望,我就不會再試了……前前後後店員炒了約分半鐘就好了,我又想,這麼快就炒好了? 雪糕你才炒了沒有超過廿秒,應該還沒好吧。 :( 我戰戰兢兢地用勺子勺了一小羹嘗嘗,酸酸甜甜的草莓,紅莓,加上帶點酒香味的藍莓,這味道令我喜出望外。而且,店員炒得很好,所有材料都與雪糕混合起來,令每一勺雪糕的味道和口感的差異不大,十分平均,相當不錯。為著我早前對那店員炒雪糕功力的質疑,吃完後,我還特意在臨走前,向她報以一個微笑,以表示我對其炒雪糕的功夫的讚賞。 話又說回來,其實Large的份量其實足夠兩個人吃,除開後每人才$29,價錢亦算合理,值得一試。這場好夢就待我下次再來嘗嘗其他口味再延續吧!! :) :) …Read More
